This is how he wrote out the bill and remember I said our package was $200 for 15 children that came with soda and pizza I added two pizza

I spoke to the owner Chuck we agreed that I was there a private party for 15 kids $200 with drinks and pizza when I got there he seemed a little weird but I paid no attention to it because it was my daughter's birthday as the party went on I noticed he was in a private one, there wasn't very many people there, so I just let it be my daughter head maybe 15 kids when we counted it was 14 and a few adult family members they had drink from the sodas that was refilled that they refilled once for the three Sotos and 1/we order by the time my $200 bill came I was at $393 and wage he stated six adults had drink from the refillable salt. He didn't give us excessive amounts of soda. We only had to refill but he charge me for adults drinking from those refills , that was a part of my package. I asked him why would they charge me for a soda that was already a part of my package and he said it was because I don't drink from it so he charge me for a 16th child without bringing it to my acknowledgment that there was a 16th child when I tried to speak to him about the incident he was very rude and dismissive as if what was going on mate, no different his staff was great but he was a dick. Also, he had a pit wall there, which seemed very nice but unprofessional in the setting. Every time he was a dick or dismissive. He made sure it was by the pitbull. Like I said, there wasn't very many people there and the way he acts there won't be give it time and he too shall be shut down and I'm pretty sure it's because of the way he carries Business rude, disrespectful dismissive I would never go back there or recommend it and I'm pretty sure my color has something to do with that.

This is the best skate rink in SE Wisconsin. Chuck is the best, very family accommodating. We are customers for life!!!

It was really fun. The only sucky thing was that the bathroom stalls were able to see you using the bathroom.

This place seems nice for reasonable people who take their kids to family open skate--there's video games and a bouncy house and all-you-can-eat-pizza nights, etc.

I learned recently that it's also a polling location for folks in the surrounding wards. I popped in to cast my vote in the election and it was my first time actually inside. Turns out it's essentially a warming house with a big ol' fire place in the middle as a place to get warm during skating season. There is plenty of free parking available. Games and events are always taking place. I look forward to returning when the snow falls!

True, winter means snow storms, bone chilling winds, shoveling, icy roads & lots of other things we'd all rather forget. But, winter also brings opportunities for a wide array of great outdoor activities, including a traditional favorite--ice skating. Longacre Skating Pavilion & skating rink are right next to Stormonth Elementary school at 7343 N Longacre Rd. The skating rink has one area for free skating & a 2'nd for ice hockey. Although, stray pucks tend to find their way into the free skating area. The ice surface can be pretty bumpy. Nobody around here owns a Zamboni! Skaters are invited to go inside the pavilion to warm up, the fireplace is awesome & always ablaze on weekends. The skating pavilion also hosts games & events. Free parking is available.

Upon entering into the rink area to the right in an area to purchase skates and/or skate accessories and next to that is the concessions. Just a couple of steps from the concessions is the washrooms. Going straight through the door there are games and moving past those is the prize area and skate rental area. The beverages are over $3.00 and some change each, but they sell the pitcher for a little over $6.00. They offer pizza and snacks as well. We ordered the nachos and fries. The nachos which were good, but those fries, they were so good. This group rented the whole place to enjoy their birthday and is was very nice. Employees were both very kind and fast. I wasn't aware of the dress code though. I wore a sleeveless shirt because I knew I was going to get hot. They offered a free tshirt to wear to cover up my shoulders. Wore it for most of the time but it just got too darn hot. They stopped me and told me to put on a shirt or leave. Threatened to call the sheriff's office to force me to leave, but there was really no need because I was too offended at the apparent accusation of dressing like a ho. I was not dressed provocatively... just no sleeves. I left early, with all 4 kids I brought and I'm not coming back until the dress code loosens up a little. It says IN GOD WE TRUST on their sign in front. Based, and I'm Christan too. Jesus told me that showing my shoulders is not inappropriate in a family-friendly setting. They lost my business.
