The icing on the cake was hearing the manager/supervisor say out loud to an employee clocking in (when someone finally did show up) that there was a $10,000 large party about to show up where he would rather focus their attention. Aren't all paying customers valued? The staff was clearly flustered and overwhelmed. Their attempts to pacify the clearly agitated crowd was filled with attitude. I felt like we were inconveniencing them. Maybe close off reservations on your website next time, or position staff better. Leaving the front unattended for that long is ridiculous.
