Let me start this review out with, I've worked retail for over 22 years, I hope with this…read moreknowledge, that my perspective of this review is not personal, this is buisness when anyone reads this, and how this buisness can take this knowledge and use it as an opportunity to grow in the right direction. We came in with a group of 10 the other day, only to be greeted by what I can only describe as the most unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful lady I have ever met. We would ask basic questions, only for her to quite literally yell at us and make extremely unprofessional remarks about every inquiry we had. Hands down top 3 worst customer service I have ever seen and dealt with in over 20 years. The other male bartender was nice, and was friendly and personable. The lanes where we were out at had the overwhelming smell or poop for about 2 hours, absolutely disgusting (the bathrooms are over there). Everyone in our group was flabbergasted how we were treated, and we were nothing but respectful, and just wanted to help a local business. We come here every year for our birthdays, but never will again, ever. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1, is I found the prices to be fair, and the other staff seemed normal and professional. Again, I hope this buisness uses this for information for areas of opportunity, I'm not trying to attack, but just be honest .

Wow, completely terrible AWFUL customer service…read more My sister had called weeks ago to book a birthday party for my nephew. She spoke to an older woman on the phone who took the reservation and said everything was in order. Fast forward to last Saturday. The birthday party starts at noon. My sister shows up at 11:30am to get everything set up and the place is closed. The sign on the door indicates that the place was supposed to open at 9am. Frantic phone calls to the number listed on the website go unanswered. The answering machine also confirms that the bowling alley was supposed to open at 9am. So my sister is in tears trying to find a way to salvage this party. She was able to move the party to Meadow Lanes North on less than 20 minutes notice, which was a life saver. I sent an email to the address listed on the website looking for clarification on what happened and received no reply. Facebook messages were also ignored. A worker FINALLY showed up at 11:50am to open the place up (remember it was supposed to open at 9am). This worker was incredibly rude to my mother when she demanded an explanation. The worker claims there was no party booked and demanded my mother leave. So all in all, terrible, awful, customer service. Do not book parties here. Do not give them your business. Owners and employees don't bother to write down reservations or own up to their mistakes.

This place is frozen pizza, beer on tap or in a bottle, and friendly faces. The owners Bruce and Penny are the sweetest, most kind people you will ever meet. I had been talking up the food to a friend for months! We were finally able to make the trip out today. We were so stoked!!! Unfortunately, when we got there we sat at a table and were ignored for 15 minutes. The lady at the next table said, "you had better go up to the bar to order". Finally the waitress, Who so obviously hates her job, said she could take our drinks order. We waited a while, she finally brought our drinks a long while later. We said we are ready to order. In a very short, annoyed and clipped tone , she shit back that she didn't have her writing pad. She left. We waited another inordinate long amount of time for her to come back to tak our order. In the meantime, 3-4 parties of people came in, were served, and had their food in front of them before our food order was even taken. Cut to the food: the burgers I had talked up for so long came out charred black and nearly inedible. I feel if we had sent them back, that grouchy lady may have huffed and spit on them. After all the work my family put into this place, trying to foster a friendly family atmosphere, and bragging it up to my friends...I had to APOLOGIZE to my friend for THEIR shitty service. I am deeply, deeply saddened and disappointed today. The employees clearly just despise their jobs. And when we got our food, this lady plops them on the table and walks away. No, "Enjoy your meal", "can I get you anything else," "can I refill your drinks". I was so grossed out at the bullied reputation we worked so hard for nearly 2 decades to build. Never thought I would EVER have to give this place a 1 star review. Yet here we are. Very sad today. Wonder what mom and dad will say when I stop.over ther after this.... sad.
