Making decisions is not an easy process for me and I was super nervous (albeit excited) about wedding dress shopping. Three Graces Bridal was the first boutique I visited and it was perfect for me. I was unsure of what I wanted and really overwhelmed with the prospect of having to pick THE dress. During my first visit, I worked with Bernadette and Pauline - two of the most beautiful (inside and out) women I have ever met! I was immediately in love with Three Graces Bridal and while I decided to browse elsewhere to get a feel for other shops, I always wound up wanting to be back at Three Graces Bridal. After two visits to other shops, I realized I was wasting my time anywhere else and that Pauline and her team were the place for me. Three Graces Bridal made my wedding dress shopping experience more than a dream come true because it was better than imaginable! The staff is extremely attentive, listens to what it is the bride truly wants, and is incredibly positive and warm. One day, Pauline even let my mother and I stop by when the shop was closed because I was hoping to try on the final two dresses I was deciding between yet again! How crazy amazing is that?? They were patient, flexible, and really did everything to make finding the dress of my dreams a reality. I am convinced that no other boutique offers the personableness of Pauline and her staff. I felt as though I gained another Momma during the wedding process and that Pauline took care of me as she would her own daughter. Not to mention, I had the dressed tailored at Three Graces Bridal and it was an incredibly straightforward, easy, and professional process. Everything about my dress and my experience was perfect. I honestly cannot recommend Three Graces enough! Not only are their dresses beautiful, their space is intimate and elegant and feels like a home. Everything about Three Graces is perfect, but honestly- their staff is what makes the experience so phenomenal. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The seamstress was extremely talented and a perfectionist. My dress fit like it was made for me- like a glove! I have to say though, if there was one person who MADE the experience for me, it was Kristen. Within ten minutes of me being there, I felt like Kristin was a friend I had known for years. She is down to earth, honest, real, and made me feel beautiful. She even gave me some killer advice on using KT tape to make my boobs look phenomenal haha! Her daughter was equally as wonderful and I honestly felt like they were friends that I brought along to all my appointments. I wanted them there for everything! Some bridal shops feel like factories. The prices might be a little less, but you get what you pay for honestly. Specifically in terms of the experience and the professionalism of the work. Three Graces was not only affordable, they really make you and your dress a priority. They work around your hours and availability and you will feel like the only bride. Very unpleasant experience. The sales consultant starting out, said some very rude things about a member of my bridal party. I chose about ten dresses to try on and was not able to try on most of them (but we had time for her two selections). The consultant also made comments from the underwear I was wearing at the appointment to the way I was walking in the dresses. I never felt so uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave. Brides beware, there are so many better places to visit where you don't get an attitude from your consultant! read more

No wonder all the good reviews are from so many years ago. Brides, stay away. Came here with my best friend to try on dresses. From the second we walked in, the woman who greeted us (I forget the name) was awkward and rude. She told us to pick out a bunch of dresses and she would pull them from the back. This is where it got weird. After all the dresses were pulled (from the actual display rack might I add so they were all in different sizes) she proceeded to tell my friend that she couldn't fit in the dresses. My experience, you keep PLENTY of sizes in the back just for this reason so you can pin and pull back where need be. She then got another dress from the rack in a bigger size (not what my friend wanted at all) and then when she tried it on she proceeded to tell her how AWFUL SHE LOOKED IN THE DRESS. I was honestly shocked. We joked to try and make it less uncomfortable, but she went on to say "I've never had this happen before" and not kidding offered no more options to us and basically said we have nothing for someone like you here. Needless to say my friend left there in tears. I was SHOCKED at the unprofessional, lack of awareness and overall experience. I've been to plenty of wedding dress appointments and this was truly jaw dropping. Steer clear ladies. read more

I came here for my first appointment to try on dresses, and I'm so glad I chose this beautiful store. Pauline, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and clearly loves her work - she made me feel instantly very comfortable, she explained all the different shapes/necklines/materials, and made this whole experience one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. My appointment ended up running over 2 hours (Pauline was so patient and had me try on all kinds of dresses), and I came away with a much clearer idea of what style of dress I liked, and most importantly, less stressed about this whole dress search. This is a magical bridal salon! It's by appointment only, but you can bring your bridesmaids and really make an event out of shopping for gowns and dresses. The salon is sophisticated and very elegant, and the owner, Pauline, is incredibly stylish and knowledgable. They offer a wide range of specialty designer brands, including bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and even had some great accessories. And their prices were actually pretty reasonable. Best all all- we were able to get great fit and fashion information, plus answers to all of our questions. And they have a tailor to do the alterations. The salon is in a small shopping center, and difficult to see from the highway (nested in with a frame store) but really worth the search. read more

So I am actually the first one in my family to get proposed to. I had no clue on how the wedding process went. Including the planning, searching, and everything that goes into a wedding. I am such a rookie with all of this. So with that being said, I had no idea how to look for a dress, what the process was, how long it normally takes to find a dress, ect. When I had heard about 3 graces bridal I emailed them and right away they notified me on when I could come in. I went in and Kristen was absolutely amazing. She picked out dresses she thought would look pretty on me and everyone she picked I loved. But nothing compared to the very first dress I tried on. It was such a wonderful experience. A friend recommended three graces bridal to me, and I am so glad she did. Their prices are more affordable and they have so many beautiful gowns. It is a small bridal shop and I love how when you come to try on dresses, you are the only bride in the shop! It is very private and you have one wonderful staff member assisting you. They were very professional and helpful. My only complaint was when I was trying on my dress and mention some concerns- I was reassured of what things the seamstress could do to fix it, however when I met with the seamstress after purchasing the dress- she told me she was unable to do that or those tricks wouldn't work with this style. So if you can speak with the seamstress for a second with any concerns before purchasing- do it! Besides that everything was perfect and their seamstress Lena is so talented! I found my dress on my first appointment at any bridal salon and it was the 4th dress I have ever tried on.I was hesitant to try it on because of the silhouette and the fact it hard straps. Love Love Love Three Graces Bridal! Pauline and Bernadette are truly so sweet, caring and amazing to work with! This was my last and final dress shop to try on bridal dresses and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I had been to three other places before saying yes to the dress at Three Graces and came into the shop with a favorite dress in mind, knowing that they carried it in their store. I tried on about 5 to 6 other dresses during my appointment with Bernadette, but when I put on my previous favorite, I knew it was the one. Still hesitant to say yes that night due to certain aspects of the dress not being 100% what I was looking for, Pauline said that the designer could customize any dress to EXACTLY what I wanted. Too good to be true, right? From there, Pauline and Bernadette worked with the designer to put together my dream dress and they even sent me a personal sketch from the designer! After seeing the sketch and coming back into the shop to try the dress on again, I was able to finally say yes! To top it off, the dress was actually more affordable than the original store I first tried it on at. I couldn't be more excited to see the outcome of the dress and am SO happy Pauline let me know that the designer could customize, as it is seriously my dream dress. I just got my wedding dress from Three Graces and I do not have enough positive words to explain how satisfied I am with my decision. I originally went to try dresses on with Bernadette and she was amazing. She was patient and kind and let me think for myself without pushing me in one direction. I tried on EVERY single style. A month later I returned to try on a dress that I liked. When I put it on I knew it was not the one for me, but I just loved the feeling the salon gave me. Bernadette and the owner, Pauline, were so kind and knowledgable. I ended up finding a dress online that I liked, tried it on in another salon, and knew it was the one. I then called Three Graces and told them the designer and the dress and informed them that I wanted to get my dress with them. The back of my dress is an illusion and I trusted their expertise over the other salon that had it. I was very nervous to get this illusion back without Three Graces seeing it on me and giving me advice and the owner Pauline actually OFFERED to come to the other salon with me to see it on me. She drove an hour to the salon on a Sunday without me even guaranteeing the purchase of the dress at her store. You can tell she honestly loves her job, cares about her customers, and is a kind hearted person. The salon is overall very clean, they offer you water, it's comfortable, and everything you could ask for in a bridal salon. I highly recommend going to Three Graces.
