Biscuits and Gravy with Eggs, bacon and hash browns.
    Kent B.

My wife and I recently moved to Everson from California. This place was recommended to us by my cousins. To those of you that have made comments about the front of this place, I must say, never judge a book by its cover. I've been here twice and only lived here 4 days. The jr burger for seniors at 8.95 is priced within a budget. Certainly was worth it. My wife and I split the full order of biscuits and gravy. 3 eggs bacon and hash browns. We had a very nice conversation with our waitress (Anya). I got to connect with a local that lives nearby us and used to milk cows on my uncles dairy farm years ago. If you are driving thru and looking for some comfort food or variety, stop in and make yourself at home.

Three Flavors may be unimpressive from the exterior and super simple on the inside, but don't be fooled. I went here for lunch with a friend and we were impressed by the friendly staff, varied huge menu and the quality/portions taste of the food. I had the special birria taco plate which was really good and my friend had the Thai basil noodles special which was also very good. Each of our entrees would have been enough to feed two people! I will definitely be going back to try more of their menu!

Came for breakfast and it was good/ok. The basics are great - eggs, waffles, bacon etc. I got the traditional eggs Benny. Eggs were done well but the sauce lacked flavor & same with hashbrowns. The ham was deli sliced ham which I did not like. I was expecting a piece of ham vs. deli lunch ham. The chicken fried steak was missing enough gravy and it was ok but again lacked some flavor. The waffle and eggs good and bacon. If you like basics than it might be for you. Nice smaller cozy restaurant if you are looking to not have a busy place.

    Very bad chili rellono

Three flavors....what can I say. Some restaurants stay in business due their convenient location, some stay in business due to a cult like following of customers; it doesn't matter what it looks like and taste like. I've ate at 3 flavors off and on for the last 3 years. And it seems that if you keep it simple it's not bad. But if you order something that takes time, effort and experience to cook, they are not good. It's my opinion that probably half the product that they make is premade frozen. It looks, and tastes like it. The chili relonno we ordered was absolutely disgusting. Indeed, the very opposite of appetizing. It truly looks like the by product of an irritable bowl. I will not be returning. Either put quality into all the food you make or don't bother having a restaurant.

Wow. I wouldn't spend one penny at this restaurant ever. My friend received a frozen chicken nugget meal after ordering a chicken strip basket which is expensive. When we called, they said it was a mistake and when she talked to the owner about getting her money back for the difference the owner as ridiculously rude hung up on her! He was blaming her for it when she didn't order it and was charged $42 for it with a pasta dish. Gross business practice.

    I. Summary: The three flavors this restaurant offers is Italian, Chinese and Mexican. Good People and Good Food.. small, unassuming place and relaxed atmosphere, very good service and very kind people II. Disclaimer: I have not been paid or compensated to write or share this review by anyone in any way shape or form III. Review: The closer You get to the Mt. Baker Wilderness, there aren't a lot of food options available unless You make it as far as Lynden or Everson. It was a relief to find this place and have a decent meal... we ordered - Orange Chicken with White Rice: Good Flavor, well cooked and Tasty - Open faced roast beef sandwich with Veggies, Mashed potatoes and Gravy: The beef was cooked well. The mashed potatoes and gravy was really good and the veggies were fresh - Garlic and Seasonings Fries: Very crisp and tasty - The service was super good. The people who work here are very attentive and kind. They are very polite and take very good care of their clientele. It is a small unassuming place in the middle of nowhere with some good food options..

Myself and my family have gone to this restaurant on many occasions over the past 5-6 years so I feel confident in my star rating. The Pro's imho are the location; not far from where we live (which is a plus because there's not a lot of options out here) and on a main road with plenty of parking. The atmosphere and furnishings are simple, no frills, down home cozy. I love sitting by the huge front windows and watching the world while I eat. Staff has always been super friendly, and the food is good, not fab, but good! The Cons, prices on some things for the portion and quality isn't good. The service is unreliable; the past FOUR visits they have messed up our orders, and they don't deliver everyone's food at the same time, I'm personally always getting my food when my family is already done. The actual cook of items is inconsistent, my French dip has been SUPER delish, and also over cooked and dry like leather. Their garlic fries are fire, but one persons will have loads of garlic mix and another's will have very little. I will recommend going to others but my tip is, don't go with more than 4 people. They do better when it's smaller tables and not during peak meal times. It is good food and again, the staff is very nice!

Biscuits and gravy, 3 eggs hash browns and patty sausage.
    John P.

I've had their prime rib dinner which is always exceptional this morning I thought I would try their biscuits and gravy for breakfast. I must say the biscuits were fluffy and light the gravy tasted wonderful three eggs and a patty sausage that were delightful. I would recommend this to anybody that likes good biscuits and gravy. Again I'll say they're Friday night and Saturday night prime rib dinner is affordable and very good.

We are traveling around the country and came across this little gem of a restaurant, and were so glad we did! The food was excellent, the menu huge with something for everyone. Several different types of eggs benedict -- I had the special, bay shrimp and fresh spinach -- yum! -- and breakfast is served all day. The portions were so generous, my sweetie and I each saved half of our meal for later! The server was very friendly, polite and efficient. Don't miss this place if you are in WA!

    Mongolian beef

25$ for a plate of mediocre, inconsistent Mongolian beef.... Maybe if they would clean the place up and make it a desirable place to sit and eat I'd be ok with the price.

Great small town family restaurant putting out down-home cooking. The small dining room is usually packed, so we tend to just do takeout.

We have eaten all across Western WA with many disappointing recommendations but this one blew us away. First things first. Make a reservation. There is almost always a wait and cant imagine how long it would be without one. Great small place with an electric vibe as soon as you walk in. It has that homey chaotic feel as it is a smaller place, very busy but still very inviting. We were met by Papa who is hilarious and just sets the tone for the experience here. All of the staff are very engaging and have wonderful personalities as well as are very proficient in their positions. This place is very much dinner and a show. It was great just watching the mechanics of how everyone worked together and interacted with each other as well as customers. We sat at the bar and I ordered a drink while my wife ordered a handmade lemonade. (she does not like the sugary ones from the gun so the bartender made her one from scratch-she loved it). There are 2 menus, the traditional menu and the specials board. We were served homemade bread with oil and balsamic and also ordered a Caesar salad to split for a starter. I ordered the lasagna from the traditional menu and my wife ordered the Pork Belly Cannelloni from the specials board, both were absolutely delicious. You can tell they make their pastas from scratch as the texture was spot on. The flavor combination for the cannelloni was something I had never had and might be my favorite pasta dish I have ever had. We couldn't finish the portions that were given to us and we were excited to get to enjoy them again at home the next day. We did order the Creme Brulé Cheesecake to take as well and that was also delicious. We got the check and had to relook at the bill to make sure they got everything. For the level and quality of food, we expected the bill to be much higher. Overall we cannot recommend this place enough. We live in Renton and would easily make the drive to eat here in Anacortes with no hesitation. This is our current new favorite restaurant and can't wait to come back.

My companion and I arrived during Happy Hour and these two selections are on that menu, so we had them again--and I guess the utility of this review is to say that these selections continue to be consistently delicious and that this is a wonderful place. We also shared an Afogato--vanilla gelato with decaf espresso poured over! Perfect, quite light after our meal and beautiful enough to paint as a watercolor. This is one of our easy go-to's when looking to dine out. We were happily helped by friendly bartenders, Nicole and Sie, who made great recommendations and great drinks for us. I especially loved the Mario Cicotti cocktail (an interesting variant of an Old Fashioned--including tobacco bitters and charred orange peel!--very interesting). And we enjoyed the beautiful, warm Montepulciano Nicole recommended. And they concocted a surprise drink for my dessert--I can't recall what it was--but it was lovely and came with a bunch of hearts! Consistently wonderful place in all ways, with lots of heart itself. In my opinion, what's not to love?

Makes my family want to come back because unlike the rest of Bellingham this place is accessibility friendly. The patio doors didn't really need to be opened where bugs could come in. They had really good AC so it seemed odd all the doors were open. ‍ Now for the food. The bread was good the olive oil was high quality with fresh garlic. The salad was really good. However I got the prawn arancini & unfortunately I don't recommend it. The flavors were fine but it was the oiliest food I've ever had since I was a child. It was like the old school pizzas that you could ring the oil out of. I took it home & made a bowl of rice added lemon peel & lemon juice some basil & black pepper & it was 100% better. But at the restaurant they don't have that. I do plan on coming back to try other stuff because I honestly think it's going to be a fav place. Chef Alberto runs the whole operation himself cooking, serving, sharing stories, and making you feel like you've been invited to Sunday lunch at his family's table in Italy. Served in a simple plastic container yet unforgettable perfectly balanced sauce pasta cooked just right, and eggplant that was tender and full of flavor.
