Service was absolutely amazing quick cheap, and reliable. I would recommend this place for any bodywork or paint work that you need done.

This was my first time visiting a dealership, so I waited to write this review until I had something else to compare it to, and I'm glad I did because this place sets a really low bar. On July 30th, my husband and I went to look at and possibly purchase a used Mazda CX5. From the moment we walked in, the dealership gave off a weird vibe. We were the only ones in the showroom so all the employees were just standing around doing nothing. Neville (or Nabeel?) approached us and immediately asked, "Are you paying cash or financing?" to which we replied that we weren't sure yet. From there, he seemed pretty uninterested in us, and we could tell he was bored. Every time we asked a question or tried to move forward, he'd walk away and leave us hanging for long stretches of time sometimes 10 minutes or more. It was so slow moving and made the whole process frustrating. When we finally got to the test drive, things didn't improve. Neville had me sit in the back while my husband sat up front. The test drive was the shortest route possible, and Neville didn't share any details about the car. I had to ask for basic information, and he didn't even know the answers. He honestly seemed like he couldn't care less about us or our interest in buying a car. After hours of being there, we finally got to discussing pricing. This is where things got pretty ridiculous. Neville started off by saying, "The reason I keep asking if you're paying cash or financing is because there's over a thousand dollars added if you pay cash." Apparently, they charge an extra fee for paying cash because the dealership "loses money that way." He then proceeded to give us a print out with all the different fees that took the price of the car from the advertised price to over $5000 higher. The total price he gave us included the about $1500 fee for paying cash, over $2000 for the "certified Mazda label" (which is advertised as already included in the car's price), a $999 "doc fee" (which he said was for things like "keeping the lights on and buying coffee"), and an additional registration fee. All these added fees were completely unreasonable. Then came the real kicker, our trade-in. According to Kelly Blue Book, our car was valued at about ten times more than what Neville offered us. He valued our 2014 car with no issues at a shockingly low $390. That's literally one-tenth of the KBB value for a car in good condition. It felt like a bad joke. By the end of the day, the total price for the car was about $5,000 more than what was listed online and that was including our trade-in. It was beyond absurd. Having now been to another dealership I know that this is not normal at all and can be completely avoided. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers was overwhelming. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

We had many other quotes on the same vehicle we were considering. However, Open Road Acura had one of the lowest pricing available. I did my due diligence going around trying to find the best price and trade in for my old vehicle. I actually went to about 5 other Acura dealerships to shop and compare. I was very close on making a deal at another Acura dealership, but decide to give Open Road Acura a chance for our business. After reading many online reviews from yelp and others. I decided to ask for our salesman Raymond Lee. I bought many cars in my lifetime both new and used cars. I could say that in my past experience that other salesman were pushy, rude, arrogant, argumentative, and overall not easy to deal with. Guess what? Raymond is the opposite of those typical stereotypes. Ray was one of the best car salesman's I've ever dealt with EVER. He is friendly, attentive, professional, and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the purchase before you leave the dealership. On a personal note, I just found out that he owns more vehicles than I did. I have owned about 24 cars up to date and a car enthusiast so we both definitely relate. We were just taking about other cars in the market so it was a causal conversation and did not feel like a sales pitch. Overall, I definitely recommend Open Road Acura of EB and Ray Lee for your next new or used car purchase. He is a wonderful person to work with and I was glad I was able to work with him. He made us feel it was a no pressure environment when we were negotiating. Both him and his sales manager made us feel confident that they were giving us the best deal and trade in value that we decided to purchase from Open Road Acura. At the end of the day, we came home with a brand new 21 Acura RDX Aspec with color combo we wanted. If you are in the market go see Raymond Lee and the people at Open Road Acura of EB. I don't give out 5 stars ratings often at car dealerships, but they deserve 5 stars for Ray and Open Road during our transaction.

They performed an alignment not once, not twice, but three separate times -- and the issue remains unresolved. At this point, it feels like guesswork instead of professional diagnostics. An alignment should not need to be redone three times without correcting the problem. For the amount of money I paid, I expected competent work and a properly functioning vehicle. Very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this service department based on the lack of resolution and quality control.
