I mentioned it to the workers and they quickly just sprayed windex and wiped with a rag then walked off without saying anything. I had to call them back again and that was when they brought a scraper. I still noticed spots that were missed but didn't bother calling them back a 3rd time. The interior was not worth it. Crevices weren't cleaned properly, seats weren't cleaned properly. These were stains that I was very easily able to remove at home after the matter which goes to show that they weren't taking their time to be precise with the detailing. Wouldn't recommend.

Yesterday we were considering buying a Fiat in Manhattan, but even though we loved the car, the level of service from the dealer was off-putting. We searched on CarGuru and found a similar car at Novak. We spoke to Joel on the phone and we could immediately tell that he was a true professional. It was worth renting a car, driving out from Manhattan, and getting a much more personal and reliable service. The price was really fair and the team helped with everything from financing to insurance. Highly recommended - worth the drive out from Manhattan if you would like a much more personal service than what you might get at a city dealership.

This review is long overdue. I had picked up a Stelvio from Fullerton Alfa Romeo last year 2018…read more After negotiating with multiple dealers for a particular built I got in touch with Rob Long and Scott who had the car I wanted and the color combination, very rare Pearl white with red interiors. They were willing to beat any price that I had got from other dealers. Overnighted the documents and also upon delivery of the vehicle I handed over my previous lease which they returned. They also had agreed to take over a month's payment of my previous lease and to honor a true car cash discount on top. I never had the opportunity to use their service as I stay in NY and the commute will be extensive, so I can't comment on that. In short, I highly recommend this dealership. My lease is due to end coming May and I look forward to going to them again.

I have been a loyal customer to Fullerton (which is now performance) and had dealt with Scott in the past. My previous car was a Jeep Wrangler Willy's, which I hated for many reasons and still had payments on my lease, but having history with Alfa Romeo and staff, they did the right thing by me and was able to get me out of it a little early and get me in a beautiful Moonlight Gray Metallic Stelvio. Both their services have been nothing short of excellent! They made sure I was satisfied and did whatever they could to help me with everything. I've been dealing with them since 2019, so they have a loyal customer in me and they were excited to have me back and welcomed me with open arms. I highly recommend Alfa Romeo of Somerville, they will make sure you have the best service and experience and will do whatever they can to get you in your next vehicle. And all their inventory is beautiful so you have a wide range of selection! Excited to be back in my brand new Alfa Romeo Stelvio! Thank you Scott and Frank again, the best!

I was given a report on preventative maintenance to check against my records. My bill today was zero dollars!

We purchased three vehicles from Bridgewater Chevrolet in approximately two years, but…read moreunfortunately, after our most recent experiences, we will not be returning. When we purchased our Traverse, dealership staff told my husband he could leave his belongings in our Equinox trade-in overnight and come back the next day to get them. When he returned, most of his belongings were gone. We were later told a technician had removed them. After multiple trips, some items were eventually returned, but approximately $300 worth of personal property is still missing months later. We then purchased a Trax, and the dealership lost my license plates even though my salesperson had confirmed in writing that he was holding them for me. When my husband returned after being told everything was ready, the salesperson insisted that we had the plates, and the conversation escalated into a heated argument. The dealership ultimately could not locate them, so we had to complete additional paperwork and make another trip for replacement plates. There were also additional registration/documentation issues and multiple unnecessary trips back to the dealership. What bothers me most is how everything was handled afterward. Angel told me he would escalate the missing-property issue and follow up, but I never heard back. I sent two emails to senior dealership management detailing our experience and asking for help and received no response. I also documented the unresolved issues through the dealership's shared customer text system and received no acknowledgment there either. We gave the dealership multiple opportunities to resolve this privately before posting reviews. We were repeat customers who had previously left positive feedback and completed positive customer surveys because we genuinely trusted this dealership. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of follow-through, communication and accountability afterward is what ultimately changed our opinion. After three vehicle purchases, this is not the experience I ever expected to have, and we will be taking our business elsewhere going forward.
