Was at the mall and wanted to get my eyebrows threaded, so decided to stop by the threading station. It was a little hard to find the location, but once you find it you'll be set. There was a pretty decent wait with about 5 people in front of me waiting to get their brows done as well. She did a fantastic job and I have no complaints about the actual eyebrow threading. The only reason for the 4 stars is the price- $17 for eyebrow threading before tip! I felt that was very steep, but understandable that the rates may be higher since it's in a mall. Good if you're already at the mall and need your eyebrows done, but I'll definitely be looking to see if there are more affordable options. read more

I usually get my eyebrows threaded here. Located in the mall, it is a very convenient location. Whether I'm running errands or out with the family shopping, it's a quick and easy place to get my brows cleaned up and shaped. I am in and out within 15 minutes, and unlike many other places I've tried, the work here seems to be consistent across the board. All of my experiences at this location (the storefront right next to lower level Nordstrom) have been positive. The appearance is clean and the women who do the brows are very quiet, but friendly. For awhile they were not able to charge tip to your card but they can now! 5/5 read more

They do know what they are doing. The price can be a bit much. They do switch people. I had a decent experienc, so be prepared for that. The last lady that did my brows and lips was a bit rough and didn't quite follow instructions when I told her I didn't want anything on my skin after the threading. Overall, they are ok. This was my third time getting my eyebrows threaded. The other two times I went to different places and had pretty good experiences. However, the woman that did my eyebrows rushed through and didn't even ask how I wanted them to look. In addition to this, the previous places really didn't hurt at all but this place or the way the woman was using the thread did hurt. She irritated my skin so much that I had little cuts/scrapes and broke out all around and under my eyebrows. I switched to threading so that I could avoid breaking out from the wax. She also did a less than stellar job on the shape. Sadly I do not think I will be returning here again. Open for suggestions on any new places to check out! read more

NISHA!! Go to NISHA. she is the best person there. I was growing out my brows from really thin and she has brought me back to the thick eyebrow life! Bad part is their phone doesn't work so you can't call and she is only there Friday, Sunday, Monday. This place is so inconsistent! I keep giving them a try since I have had a few good sessions. But on more than a few, I've been botched! I went today after growing them out for over a month because I like thick eyebrows and they were too thin from the last time. She destroyed my face. Hacked off half of my eyebrows. I told her they were too thin! Before you remove that much hair, ask! Every time I go I say keep them thick and they only sometimes listen. Never going there again. The woman was one of the older ones with glasses. When I entered, she was so consumed with her phone she didn't even notice me, even after I said hello, until the other employee said something to her . Waste of money. There is still hair on areas of my face that were supposed to be removed. Maybe they need better lighting to see or maybe it's just a matter of them needing to take their time. TERRIBLE!! RUINED my eyebrows!! I asked the lady _not to make my eyebrows thin in the front. I _emphatically asked her at the beginning. I spent time, politely asking her and explaining to her so that she would listen. BUT SHE DID THE EXACT OPPOSITE of what I asked!! She just didn't listen to a word I said. The lesson is: You get what you pay for. For those of you who actually care about customer service and especially your eyebrows, run as far away as possible. If you're in NEW YORK, SHOBA is the Best, even better than Brow Bar (though the ladies there are super great too). 5 years at Shoba, and I find they are great. I've visited this location twice.... The only reason why I returned after the first time was because I wanted to give them he benefit of the doubt - they were new so I thought they were just trying to get the kinks out. I was wrong. Horrible customer service The women who work here barely speak one word to you, and are extremely rude. My last visit they were sitting on the couch chatting with each other, when I came in they seemed mad that I was interrupting their conversation. Bad threading Both times they did a really bad job. First time my eyebrows were too thin and they had removed my arch. Second time they completely missed hairs under my eyebrow, and we're putting so much pressure on my skin that it was extremely painful. The only thing this place has going for it is that it's convenient, however there are other places in the mall that do threading. Bottom line, don't go here. read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I got my eyebrows done there today and the older Indian lady that works there literally removed half of my eyebrows, they're now extremely thin. She left a lot of stray hairs everywhere around my eyebrows and almost just did half of my upper lip and left the other half and the entire time she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. I paid $20 for this awful threading job. Don't waste your money on this place. read more
