My daughter discovered this nail location over a year ago. I was using someone around the corner…read moreand was not very satisfied. My daughter would pick out The most technical and crazy designs that she would find on the internet; she would be delighted when they achieved the same results. She was always thrilled and elated with her nails, the look, and the amount of time that they would last. Her nails were always strong and vibrant. She bought me a gift certificate so I would try. So now-I too have been coming here to Vnails continuously and faithfully. I do the powder gel- I have no patience waiting for my nails to dry. I am much more traditional than my daughter and often get various types of French manicures. Ex. Yellow/white, Ombré, a simple flower or heart on a single nail . My nails easily last three weeks. I get bored of what I have chosen faster than there need for replacement. The service is fantastic and everyone speaks English. You never feel out of place or that someone is taking behind your back in a language you don't understand. When and if a nail does break they are extremely accommodating. The technicians are always warm and welcoming. They offer a free mini massage if wanted. Plus the place is immaculate!!! On a plus note the owner lives in the town. Her husband owns a restaurant next door. They are truly vested into the area. Excellent!!!!!

Why would I want my toes to look like crap and have dead skin on my feet??? Customers go there to be pampered. Seems like you can't admit when you're wrong and won't apologize for the service? Seems like you need to learn the Golden Rule when it comes to your clients? Not blame the customers for your wrong doing?? So sad. I had to give 1 star but tried for 0 stars just because you blame clients when they're not happy? Not good business practice.

For her birthday, Witchy Writer Friend was getting a haircut. It had been years since she had a…read moreprofessional styling (her method of taming her hair was to pull her hair back into a ponytail and hack at it with a pair of scissors!) so she was due. I asked the people I saw with great hair where they got it done, and the most popular answer was CR Salon. I called and booked an appointment. We had to reschedule a few times due to the plague, with a customer exposing the entire staff one day (which shut them down for a number of days), and then one of the other stylists had tested positive which did the same. We eventually found a period where everyone was in good health, and WF finally got her appointment with Alex. WF's only request was to move away from her then-current "swamp hag" look, to something a little more contemporary and easy to care for. My thought was that Alex is a stylist, not a miracle worker, but Alex took the request and ran with it. I was left in the beautiful and comfortable waiting area for a long time, while WF was hustled off into the cutting area. The perky receptionist offered me a beverage while I waited, one I gratefully accepted. Finally, it was reveal time! I didn't recognize WF at first, the cut, framed her face, took years off her look, and preserved her trademark "skunk stripe" that usually hung in her face! Alex IS a miracle worker! Prices are about mid-range for the salons in the area, and considering the amount of time required, was probably a bargain. WF was very happy, and has gone back a couple of times to keep the new look from reverting back to its preferred state. Highly recommended!

Nicole is a brow whisperer and knows exactly what to do. As a master brow artist, she'll know exactly how to shape them and take care of them so they can look their very best. She makes sure to shape out how your brows should look so that you can progressively get the right shape. I came in there a bit nervous but for sure after seeing her incredible work on ig I had no doubt she'd do an amazing job. And she DID. As surprised as I was when I looked at the mirror, it was no surprise my brows would SLAYY this hard. They were screaming. My babes were back and she totally brought them back to their best shape. Absolutely loved coming here, you're in the hand of a professional. Nicole is incredible from the moment you make your appointment to the instructions on how to find her location to the appointment itself, she is amazing at what she does!
