I have been here multiple times, and only one lady is good. The rest of them don't know how to keep an eyebrow shape. The last time I went, the lady threaded off way more of my eyebrow than she should have, making my left eyebrow look a lot smaller than my right. On top of that, they are all extremely rude. Plus one of the girls charged me an extra dollar for "a tip" when in reality she did not deserve it. Overall, the workers are just rude, and most of them will make your eyebrows look completely uneven. read more

this is the worst place to get your eyebrows done. i have came in multiple times and had different women do them and i hated how it turned out everytime. the workers are lazy and don't seem to care at all about their work or customer satisfaction. last time i came in, the lady doing my eyebrows ignored everything i asked for and made them incredibly thin. she didn't even clean up the tails or the bottom, she just ripped a ton of hair out of the top. she made them incredibly unsymmetrical and i had to redo them when i got home. i do not recommend going here ever. read more

I hate to be too picky, but I had to give 2 stars. 3 stars would mean they did what was expected and that's it. I wish I could give 2.5 stars. Here's what happened: I was in the area so figured I'd give it a shot and hoped my regular lady wouldn't find out. I found a Groupon for $5.50 so of course I HAD to go. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a somewhat friendly lady. They weren't busy at all so I was able to get seated right away. I told her ahead of time that I had a Groupon, maybe that was my mistake. The lady did a nice job on my eyebrows; she just had to clean them up since I just got them done a few weeks ago and I try to keep up with them. While I was getting my eyebrows done, my girlfriend was getting hers done as well, she got offered the aloe vera gel and was happy with her brows. When my lady was done, she asked "anything else?" I was confused... I didn't even know she was done since she had JUST finished my brows and hadn't even had time to put the string away. PLUS, was she going to offer me a mirror or something to look at my self? I mean, at least let me see what you've done to me! So of couse, I asked for a mirror and she handed me it. I liked my brows, then thought "she's about to offer me the cooling gel, she didn't. Ugh.. I still tipped and paid but wasn't happy with the lack of... I don't know what to call it.. This is an absolutely trash business. Never have I felt so uncomfortable or disrespected in a place of business. First off no proper covid guidelines are being followed (i.e. employees/customers not wearing mask/taking the off to speak, not sanitizing the chairs at all, not following the 6 feet distance.) Secondly getting discriminated against for being a gay Latino. Taking a group of young white girls before me and an older white female after me but telling me they can not help me because "it's too dark to see" even tho once again continuing to take customers. I gave it 2 stars because the location, ambiance, & workers are very nice . I came in a week before Thanksgiving and I told the woman "please keep them thick I prefer my eyebrows thick." And she made them way thinner than I've ever had them. I left thinking mistakes happen... I'll give it another shot. Came back again and if I thought they were thin then.... I take it back. It looks like sharpie lines now. I'm so disappointed since it's the holidays. I won't be back which sucks because everything else otherwise is nice. I went today for the first time. I got my eyebrows done by the lady wit the glasses. I sat down and she didn't even ask me what I wanted she just started, So I voiced what I wanted. I was done in less than 5 min, I don't know if that is a good or bad thing. Either way on the ride home, and once the redness ceased I came to find out it was kinda of a bad thing. I notice that my eyebrows where not even, one was higher then the other, in addition one was shorter than the other as in one was plucked to the inner corner of my but the other was not it was closer to my nose.... One also appeared thicker than the other, again I don't know if that has to do with one being higher than the other. I will give this place one more shot but after I grow out these brows :P if not i'll just go back to my old threading place, a little longer drive same price but i'm heard and get what I want. For the owners, if they read this. I wish you would be more attentive to those who's eyes get really red. I typically get aloe Vera lotion at other locations. I once went to one that actually messaged my eyes to sooth them. I always find the those that threading places that are located in a mall of a big shopping centers, such as the palladio, are not as attentive then little salons. I wanted to like this establishment because it's often convenient to visit but honestly, they really do not do a good job. I have been here about three times when I didn't have time to get to my regular threading places. This place does the worst threading I have experienced. They really rush on the threading, do not get all the hairs and after threading, barley take anytime to pluck and trim outlying or stubborn hair. It is all very rushed and done with little care. I am not sure why they are rushing. Every time I am in there, there is no one else in the store so it's not like they have customers lined up. I think if they just spent about three more minutes threading and shaping, it would be a decent job. Three times, subpar threading. I am not going back. There are much better places that take a little more time and shape your eyebrows nicely. read more

This place is so so so amazing!! I recently made the decision to switch from getting my eyebrows waxed to now getting them threaded (due to having acne prone skin and usually always breaking out afterwards). So, I was in search for a good threading place and I'm so happy I came here! I've never had my eyebrows done so precisely and the good news is, I have no breakouts! This is definitely my new eyebrow place; for being in and out in under 10 minutes and paying $10 plus tip, that's pretty awesome. I usually get my eyebrows wax and unfortunately something happened to my usual lady (If you watch the news in the Folsom area you probably heard :( ) So I went here to try something new and I was pleasantly surprised. I got a 10 dollar off full face coupon in the mail which made it only 25!! such a great deal; so we are already cheaper than waxing (YAY!) The lady was very quiet and didn't ask much questions and most importantly did not ask how I usually do my eyebrows, which is why I gave it only four stars. She made them a little too thin for my liking. So I suggest if you go there defiantly tell them how you would like them or you may be befriending your brow pencil till your next visit. This place is a true GEM! The ladies are very professional and listen to what YOU want, not what they think would be best as other places do. They are very open to you pointing out hairs that were missed, critique on the job they did for future apts, and genuinely want to make sure you are happy with their work. So just communicate to them exactly what you want and it will massively help to bring in pictures (they can't read minds ;)) Personally: I am extremely picky where my eyebrows are concerned and recently i'm dealing with hormonal disorder that causes thick black hairs to grow all over my chin. I felt like i couldn't go out of the house until these ladies reassured me they could pull out EACH AND EVERY HAIR. They shared their personal facial hair struggles with me which really helped me get over feeling ashamed. Every time i leave here i feel like a new woman. There is a couch to sit and service is done on a first come first serve basis. It will take a few tries to see which lady works best for you here and then you can choose to wait for her specifically. UPDATE: I moved out of the area and have been desperately trying to find a place that compares to no avail. Other places either have unclean/smelly hands, unprofessional behavior, make my brows embarrassingly uneven, over thread, A LOT of obviously black chin hairs remain afterwards, and its just plain painful. I tried Threading Place in the Palladio after reading the reviews - I also wanted a place where prices were reasonable. I walked in and was promptly taken care of. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was very quick, precise, and she left my eyebrows looking amazing! She not only cleaned them up but shaped them perfectly. In addition, it only cost $10! There were 2 other ladies working and there was a steady stream of people coming in to get threaded, but it didn't look like the wait was very long at all. I'm so excited I've found this threading place - and my eyebrows look better than ever (even better than up in Portland!)! read more

I recently moved to Folsom, CA and I was looking for a threading place as I've been getting my eyebrows threaded all my life. This place did not require any appointment, I did a walk in. And very quick to take me in. I so far liked the experience till I got done with my eyebrows and my lower eyebrows had cuts due to the threading. I've never actually had that happen to me, which costed me $12 for "cleaning up eyebrows". I did not appreciate the quality of work and customer service at this place. I've been to a better places in Roseville and Sacramento that has done my eyebrows for less than $10 and spend more time shaping and cleaning the eyebrows. I wish they did a better job as there's only few places that threads eyebrows in Folsom. I have a feeling I'll be driving to Roseville for my old place that truly did an awesome job and charged me $10 for threading and upper lips. I WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER HERE.
