I called to check hours and was told that although they closed earlier than I wanted, they were willing to hold up a few extra minutes for me. I made it in the nick in time through traffic and rain and was welcomed and taken straight to the chair. What is the point of having an appointment system and then ignoring it??? I made an appointment at 6pm and I had to leave at 6:25pm because I needed to be somewhere else. There wasn't even much of communication and no one told how long is the wait, etc. When I saw a lady in front of me leaving I thought I am going to be the next one and then a woman who works there told me that she needs to clean up and then she'll take me. After a few minutes I looked where she went and she was already with another client!!!! Unfortunately, I wasn't even able to get my service done. It's a disappointment. I was highly disappointed in my experience. Since I've moved I've been looking for someone closer to home to thread my eyebrows. My previous lady was amazing. This place has a lot of reviews and 5 stars so I figured they had to be amazing too. I called and made a same day appointment which was such a mistake. The appointment felt rushed and the girl who did my eyebrows didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I expected that a place with 5 stars would have a staff that's more experienced. It's like the receptionist did my eyebrows. I wished I showed her a picture of my eyebrows in the past or that she would of asked me for clarification on what I wanted if she didn't understand. I literally have to different eyebrows. My eyebrows are not even and literally look like two different eyebrow styles. I've been getting my brows threaded for years, but the experience has never been without much pain. I have hyper sensitive skin, therefore, causing severe redness & much pain each time, except for now! Sam works quickly yet is precise! She nailed it.
