I asked if they offered a B12 Shot so I can bounce back to my cheerrryyyyy self again. Ms. Daniela, the owner, and her husband are people oriented. When I walked in, I explained to Daniela what I was encountering and asked her if she did have something to boost me up. This Studio gets booked quickly and appointments are made online, which is nice, and it also gives you the option to speak to a live person. Daniela welcomed me and gave me a tour to see what she had been doing in her wellness center. The Wellness Center was beautiful inside and looked luxurious. Her equipment was all top-notch state of the art and cleanliness is key for me. I filled out my application on an Ipad so she can create my profile. I was taken to one of her rooms in the back, explained what I was feeling, and she listened, suggested, and recommended. She also recommended different packages that she had that I might enjoy as well. I want to give Daniela and her husband a big shout out for getting me where I needed to be. What I loved about her was that she also checked up on me the next day & called me on my cell to see how I was feeling. To me that was key!!! Caring about your customers is very important especially the way this world is going where we need to show more love towards one another. Additionally, every time I call, someone answers the phone while seemingly chewing, tells me they can't hear me, and then hangs up. This has happened multiple times. If there is an issue with your phone system, please address it. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend improving the way customer calls are handled.
