I am so glad that I found this place. I found them on Instagram three years ago. And I have been a loyal customer ever since. When you come in, they greet you with so much warmth. They make you feel comfortable. The tech that take care of you is amazing. She definitely makes me feel comfortable and glad that I made the decision to book an appointment with them. They normally have water or some kind of refreshments for you when you come in. It's easy to book an appointment with them. They always have some kind of sales going on so if you want to get other areas treated. My results has been amazing. I know laser hair removal isn't a permanent fix, but is a solution to slow down the hair growth process. I'm always referring them to people who has PCOS or any other hormonal issues. read more

I've been coming here for a few months and honestly have no complaints. I found them through Instagram and they had a special for a free laser session on a small area. I was scared at first because I thought it would be painful but it wasn't. The treatment rooms are always clean and the staff is always very friendly and inviting. During your consultation they explain all the pricing and give you several package options. I would recommend this place to anyone. Once you get to your 3rd or 4th treatment they do turn up the laser and it does sting so I recommend using a numbing spray. read more

The girls are friendly, the sessions are quick, and the machine works great. I saw results from the very first session. Highly recommend.

Very much a scam and very disappointed in results. I still have significant hair growth even after 12 treatments AND their "one year touch up" Then they ask you to buy ANOTHER package for unlimited touch ups... Recently went in for a touch up and then was sold on more areas by the manger offering 70% off with a 24 month "INTEREST FREE" still paying $3200 in services through Care credit. She forgot to mention the $30-50 security fee for each monthly payment...LOL. Will NEVER buy another service from them again. Especially with poor results that don't last long term as well as the dishonesty. read more

This company is honestly a scam. I bought a 12 session package as well as the unlimited lifetime touch ups. On my 1st touch up they told me "you can only get a touch up once a year." How is that unlimited then? I finally convinced them to let me have a 2nd touch up considering I still have a ton of hair and they told me in their eyes I have 90% hair loss and they don't offer any touch ups once you've reached that point. Again I paid for LIFETIME UNLIMITED touch ups and am no where near a 90% hair reduction. They lie and make up a reduction rate to prevent you from utilizing the touch ups you paid for. Such a waste of money. read more

Savannah and Chantelle were great! very fun and polite service! They were also having a party when I came.

Semper Laser is hand down my favorite place for laser hair removal, I've tried quite a few other companies and I feel that they treat "low and slow" so that you have to keep coming back and buying more. Semper Laser actually works, they even offer a package with free touch ups for life. Game changer. I always request Paola (Boca Raton Office) because aside from genuinely being an awesome person, she is extremely thorough at her job read more

Friendly and welcoming staff!! Almost done with my treatments and my hair is about completely gone!!

So so disappointed in this place. Spent thousands of dollars and I was not happy with the results. I was told on my last session (that I had no idea was my last session) to come in and they will touch it up cause I still have a lot of hair left and when I came in they basically said ok you can pay even more money and get the unlimited! Even though I could have sworn that's what I already had and understood it as ok come in and I'll keep touching it up until Im at least relatively satisfied with my results. They could see I was visibly upset and offered ZERO compromise but instead basically told me I understood it wrong and made me feel so dumb. wont spend another penny here thats for sure! read more

At first I was unsure of what the laser treatments would be like, but after a little research I went ahead and had my first treatment and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless it was. My results are awesome after 6 treatments, I'm almost at that perfect no shave moment, but I am alsoaware I'll need to maintain it over time to keep those hairs away. I'll be back! THE worst experience ever. I had to pay full price for the services before scheduling an appointment. After being 10 minutes late for the appointment they refused to do the 2nd area because "we close at 7.00 pm (this would take another 5 minutes) and we did just 1 area instead of 2. Because the specialist was in a hurry to go home, the procedure was the worst experience and she hurt my neck with laser. After such a "pleasurable" experience I asked not to re-schedule my appointment to do the 2nd area and asked for a refund instead. They said "it takes 15 business days for a refund". Like what? You are quick on stealing money BEFORE you even schedule an appointment and then you need 15 days to refund? It's been 15 business days and I haven't received my money back. I've been told "no worries, wait for a few more days". What? Never ever waste your time and nerves on this salon. They don't care about their clients and service their provide. Oh, and the last thing - is it okay to ask your clients "What's your budget?" when the Client refuses to buy your packages three times in a row? hire a better sales person. read more

I'll start by saying the actual women who does the laser treatments is sooo nice and definitely makes the experience comfortable. On the other hand the front desk and management is extremely unprofessional. I called to change my appointment date and was told I would receive a call back later because she needed to confirm with her manager. Two days had past until I called again and spoke to the same girl. She had no idea what I was talking about and then proceeded to say that the day I was trying to book my appointment for was a day they were closed (Monday). That's perfectly fine, but isn't that also information that could have been shared during our first phone call to avoid this entirely?? Anyways, I ended up speaking with a manager who basically did nothing but argue with me until I eventually asked to just changed locations. I will now be continuing my services at Pembroke Pines:). Also I would like to add that both my friend and I have gotten scars from the laser at this location and this location only. Photos are attached! read more

Amazing employees!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get laser hair removal! They are so sweet!!

Love semper laser and this location is great! Always on time a great energy. will definitely be back for more sessions!

unfortunately after 12 sessions I got absolutely no results... After all the excruciating pain I went through. They asked me if I have been taking male hormones. um no lol. Also told me to get my hormones checked and I did a few months prior of starting laser (so no I don't have any issues. I just have blonde hair but my hair isn't blonde where I got laser) Spent thousands of dollars for no results and pain. They took pictures and said they will see if they can give me more free sessions. I never heard back and all I got is the one a year touch ups. One extra touch up isn't going to do anything if it isn't working. Everytime I asked the staff they kept saying it would work and obviously they were lying. Also I saw a review that they deleted... About this place not working for them too. But it's not here anymore. So I assume it got deleted. The staff was nice. I spent over a year in pain and spent money for no results. read more
