My upper lip treatment shows not difference; under arm hair was 95% removed, Brazilian bikini area 60%. They kept pushing for me to buy another package. Way to pushy. Nobody ever answered the phone. If you need to call to reschedule an appointment they won't answer, and if you miss the appointment they will charge $25 bucks. Nobody, ever, st the front desk. read more

Aside from that I very passionate about skincare and love learning about the amazing new technologies that are not invasive and non surgical to keep our skin looking young and happy. They gave me a free consultation to assess what would be the best treatment for me. I came in a day or so before a modeling job and they decided to give me the Radiofrequency and ultrasound facial. I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal and had good results so I purchased a second package as my technician was willing to give it to me at the Groupon rate. I know this usually isn't their practice so I appreciated the offer and went through with it. My biggest complaint with this spa is they are somewhat unprofessional. Almost every appointment I arrive before the technician does and she is usually 5-10 minutes after the scheduled time. Because I schedule appointments before work it is important to me that my appointments begin on time. Also the website indicates the spa opens at 1030am but I have always arrived at 11am to the door locked and no one answering calls. I absolutely have loved my experiences at this salon! Sahar is so knowledgeable- I originally went in for a consultation and she ended up putting me on a plan that we are going to continue in time. Anywhere else I have gone the consultant just says ok this is how X product will work for you and let's do it. They don't actually think about what's best for the patient where as Sahar sat me down and said "I know that's what you wanted but let's talk about a plan that's better for your health and lifestyle to get you the best results." My experience at Jardin Bleu has been very good. I did laser hair removal on my armpits and it has worked wonders. The main reason I did it is because I was having painful ingrowth of hair in this area. I also had discoloration and was always embarrassed to wear tank tops - which is insane since I live in Florida! But now, I don't have the discoloration, and I don't have any ingrowth or pain in my armpits. The hair now grows very very slowly (but I'm not done with the treatment). Honestly, I know that the hair may not disappear completely but the progress has sure been a relief! Sahar is the one who did the treatments - she is very quick with the process. Beware ! Bought a voucher on coup Tessa for a Botox treatment. I was a little concerned when they told me they were only able to do Botox treatments "every other Saturday". I should have asked for my money back right at that moment. After driving to the location listed on their website, I was told they had relocated, I was then directed to a dingy office building that was not sanitary or spa like at all ! I was told to wait in a room with no ac ! the "dr" on site had no numbing cream ( which Is protocol at previous places I have received Botox) he attempted to give me a Luke warm ice pack. I am in shock that they are advertising themselves as a "spa". It appears they are advertising discount vouchers and renting out ramdom office space just to stay afloat. STAY AWAY !!!! read more

They are amazing, Sahar has hands of gold, I can't explain it but she knows exactly what to do with the skin and the body and is very knowledgable in her line of work. Bought a voucher for $99 for spider vein removal for one area- 2 sessions BIG WASTE of Money. Vouchers just specified arm, leg, etc. When I got there they told me the area for a 4" x 8" to be treated. Zapped with a laser just a few times took no more than 2 minutes. Went back for 2nd visit same thing. The treatment did absolutely NOTHING. I am not one to write bad reviews but this was just horrible for the price I paid. read more

The Coolsculpting process stay away from. I don't believe they know how to perform this procedure properly. It has been two months and I have four scars on my stomach. She says I can get laser done to remove them. But shouldn't of happened in the first place nor did she ever worn me This would happen. My dermatologist stated they are burns and believe gel packs were not applied properly. Bought a Groupon for 3 photofacials. What a complete waste of money and time. Ive had photofacials and IPL in the past and never have I had absolutely zero results. Im not going to return for my 3rd treatment. Sure they say you need a series but thats BS. I got awesome amazing benefits after only one treatment at a spa in Orlando a couple years back. They are using cheap machines and crappy technique. Save your money and go to an authentic medical spa for IPL. Oh, and the place reeked feom the food they were preparing in the lunch room, it was filthy, the machine was dirty and the treatment chair was bare black pleather - no sheet, no towel, NOTHING! I had 18 sessions of brazilian, anus laser hair removal, and went away in 2 months and watched every piece of hair grow back. When I explained to her that the hair was back and I had nearly spent a $1,000, she not to worry that there are stray hairs that will grow back every once in a while and that I would need to come back and get them touched up. The night before my appointment and before I shaved I took a picture to show her that it wasn't stray hairs it was full-blown, and when I showed her she said she's never had that in her 15 years and that my hormones had to be off balance. Then she told me she would do my last session plus give me an extra session to see if any changes what happened, but she wouldn't sell me any more sessions if it wasn't working for me meanwhile you've already have almost a thousand of my dollars I'm sure you could care less about getting any more money for me. Going off the hormone imbalance Theory I thought about it I also was getting my underarms done at a different place where the machine wasn't so evasive I didn't get any Burns and not all of the hair is gone but it didn't all grow back like the Brazilian did my underarms I may have to shave once a month. The Brazilian in the back it looks like I've never had anything done, not to mention I would have her turn the machine up to 40 which is the highest just to make sure that I would get rid of the hair because every time I had to buy another set of six sessions was another $275 and I wanted rid of the hair but at 40 by the time I got home I would be blistered and skin would be peeling the only good thing about that was it never scared because the machine did even your skin tone and I'm not going to hold her responsible for the burning because that was something of my choice I just wanted to not have to keep buying sessions read more
