The young lady at the front desk was also super kind and polite in checking us in/out and helping book our next apts. They were even able to make sure we got back to back apts together. Nicole continues to be absolutely wonderful! She is always eager to answer my million questions and is SO informative! She genuinely made us feel confident in our decisions and helped calm any nervousness. She always makes sure we understand the post-peel / post-microneedling procedures to do at home and urges us to reach out with any questions. Please tell her that if she had looked up in ANY medical dictionary or any medical textbook 2020 or earlier "coronavirus" means Common cold!
