They don't answer the phone, the girls leave the office early, there's should be 2 people to run this place! A secretary and a Nurse, but they have the Nurse do it all! It doesn't work like that. They never answer their phones, any of the numbers I've tried, and I never get a call back. Their main number they post on the front door of one of their locations has a voicemail box that's full. For a business, that's a red flag. I've driven to the location where I'd been receiving services just to try to talk to someone and reschedule an appointment I'd had to cancel by text weeks earlier, but they were closed and locked up during their posted business hours. I don't know what else to do at this point. Feels like a money grab by the company, going under taking their lifetime warranty with them. Stay Away from this place! I brought a family member here who is traveling. We had a full schedule, came in early for her appointment @12. She wasn't seen until almost half an hour later. They want you to be there early or you will be charged. However, they won't be ready for you at the time of your appointment or warn you that your tec is running behind. Her Tec Catalina was already late but she had to have a long drawn out conversation with the man in the front desk before being available to take my cousin. The man working the front desk on Saturday morning had a bad attitude, not only with us but with other customers. He has zero peoples skills and clearly looks like he doesn't want to be there. Higher someone better. If I had any intention of joining they made a really bad impression. They don't respect others schedules whatsoever. read more

Yesterday 27th at 6:30pm I went there for my tattoo removal I don't know what her name is but I don't think she knows what she was doing but she burned my neck I only have pretty light color left on my neck she didn't move the machine around the tattoo like others girls do she put it at one spot for too long I could smell my skin burning. After the treatment my neck was really really burn I have never felt like that before was on fire for couple hours still hurting right now like my skin cooked by that laser tattoo removal. Other girls have done for me I felt really good but the girl yesterday was horrible . She didn't even put aloe and the thing to cover. I have stood by the company through the obvious struggles it has gone through. I want to start off by saying - I would love to stop coming to this establishment but my tattoo is sadly still not gone after 6 years. (A small to medium sized tattoo on my upper back)  I've written 5 star reviews for Christina at this location. She was sweet and effective. I also want to start off by saying my tattoo is stubborn but every time I arrive it's a guessing game on how they are going to treat and what settings they are going to try.  I had a terrible experience with Ashley today. Let me start off by saying I was one of four people in the waiting room with no one at the front desk. The establishment smelled like WEED. I assumed it was probably a client that just walked in smelling like that. After further review on GOOGLE...a review was posted 3 weeks ago of another customer complaining about the smell of weed. I understand it's 2024 but it's such a bad look for a medical facility. While waiting one woman walked out.  As I was sitting in the lobby I got an auto-mated text that I missed my appointment and would have to pay 25$ to reschedule...as I was sitting waiting to be seen. I let Ashley know I got a text and she said "YA... ignore it." Then she was unable to view details on my chart, like photos, settings used etc.   Ashley has treated me before with both modalities back in March. My tattoo still has ink, but it is also hypo-pigmented with scar tissue. The hypo-pigmentation came from one of my treatments with this establishment. The hypopigmentation is nothing new and something I really don't care about. Regardless, I still have dark blue ink visible on my back. Ashley refused treatment today and I really couldn't get a clear answer why. She advised me to apply vitamin E oil on my back and to go in the sun for the hypo-pigmentation and to check back in 5 weeks. EVEN THOUGH THEY SPECIFICALLY TEXT YOU AND REMIND YOU OF RECENT SUN EXPOSURE. It was obvious Ashley did not want to treat me today and had no reasoning as to why. Ashley was just pushing off the appointment and left it at "TBD.... I'll give you my number and we'll see in a few weeks".  I am completely healed from my treatment back in March. I am determined to remove this tattoo because it's what I paid thousands of dollars for, over 6 years ago now. At this point the establishment has lost money on my service. I'm sure they will be out of business before the tattoo is actually gone. The constant turnover of inadequate laser specialists has made this a long, dragged out process. I understand every tattoo and skin type can be different... I can assure you this is NOT that type of situation. I am not sure if she was unsure how to treat or if she was overwhelmed because so many clients were waiting for her.... (Or maybe she was just high, given the smell of the office) The entire encounter was uncomfortable and a waste of time. We ended it at "she would reach out to me." I videoed the entire thing because I felt like I NEEDED to. I've written a review before but I'll make an updated one with 1 star, explaining the situation and even attaching the video I have of the entire encounter. The ending specifically is so rude and unprofessional. I don't think she realized I was recording the entire interaction and I'm sure whoever owns this franchise would be turned off by this as well. I understand people have bad days but this was so bad on many levels. I also want to make it clear Ashley tried to take a photo of my tattoo on her PERSONAL cell... that is definitely not HIPPA compliant. I asked her in the video to please take it on the iPad that is securing my personal health information. Let me start with I signed up to get a tattoo removal. It was an unlimited package until the tattoo was removed. Ive only gone 5-6 times. A very small tattoo .5 x .5 inches at most. But my job has me relocating to the west coast next month. Unfortunately there are no locations available on the west coast. I wrote corporate 2 emails explaining my situation. That I was happy to pay for the sessions I have received but didn't feel I should pay for the whole unlimited package. Since the tattoo would not be gone before I moved. Of course I received no response. Which I find unacceptable. They were very quick to sign me up and take the money. But not respond?! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The rep that I will see this coming Saturday for my last visit had to contact corporate. She phoned me today saying she spoke with her manager and the only thing that they can offer is for me to keep coming back to FL or TX for sessions. It's not a realistic resolve as I'd have to take off work AND pay for airfare. As a prominent business owner I know exceptions can be made. They choose not to make any exceptions. In closing I've had tattoo removal before on a few different tattoos. The sessions here should have had MUCH better results. I was trying to be patient and trust the process. Since there was unlimited sessions. Now I'm left with a tattoo that isn't gone while paying for a full package of unlimited sessions instead of the sessions I have had. Which I was happy to pay for. They tried to charge me $350 to reschedule the appointment. Oh and good luck finding a time slot to begin with because they never have any open appointments unless it's 6 months out. HORRIBLE!! I had the WORST experience here. They literally burned my face!!! As they were doing the treatment, my face had visible spots on it and the nurse didn't notice. As soon as I walked out of there my face felt like it was on fire for hours. I had to call them and return to this location so they could prescribe me something. I then I had to go pay for a prescription, Benadryl, aloe and a dermatologist appointment later in the week to make sure my face wasn't completely messed up. The dermatologist told me that they put the laser level too high and that's why it happened. Unacceptable!!!! I had a visibly messed up face for almost two weeks. This happened at the end of July and until today I still have discoloration on my face. They called me once to check on me and never again. I will NEVER go back to this location. Laser hair removal is a fairly expensive and very personal treatment, so I did my research prior to coming to Body Details. I feel I made absolutely the right choice. The facility is very private, highly professional, and very accommodating. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The free consultation was very detailed, so that I knew exactly what to expect, what will it cost and what to do. They gave me very detailed instructions on what to do pre- and post-treatment to minimize my discomfort. Sayan is a great professional and is an artist with the laser. Treatments are done thoroughly and quickly. She is very good at guiding clients through the process and has overall superior bedside manner. The equipment used is state of art, and my personal experience was with minimum discomfort. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is considering laser services! read more

Netta from the Boca location is amazing! I was originally going to another location closer to me, but I rather take the extra 10 minutes to go to Boca. Netta definitely knows what she's doing. I saw way more of a difference after seeing her and I believe it's because she adjusted the laser to the thickness of my hair. She's also very nice, whenever I'm in pain (like cramps) she'll turn down the laser. She also updates you a lot about what's going on and what you should do. I'm so glad I came here instead! Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with and honestly thinking of bringing on a lawsuit. Paid over a thousand dollars for a small tattoo removal. As soon as I signed the contract, I immediately was met with horrible customer service. They would call me the day of and reschedule me because they didn't have the laser at my location or would make me drive 45 minutes to the location that had it and they never credited me for the inconvenience but when I try to reschedule an appointment they legit will charge you an insane amount and they will not work with you at all even if you have an emergency. I am reporting them to the BBB. Just awful customer service and they bleed their clients dry for more money any way they can. I have complained multiple times but do you think I've ever got a call from corporate? Not a chance. Do NOT do business with this company. This has been going on for well over a year now and the the tattoo is still very present. It's shameful. I learned my lesson. read more
