Instead of listening, she gave me something completely different. When I complained, she casually offered to remove some lashes, but by then glue was already on my natural lashes. I refused because I didn't want my real lashes ripped out. No explanation of the procedure was ever given to me, and I was left feeling uneasy and unassured about the damage that could be caused. After repeatedly emailing them, I finally received a call but not until days later, after I had already left town. They claimed they were "professionals" who could remove the lashes without damaging my natural ones, which I absolutely do not believe. And when I told them it was too late because I had already gone on my trip, the woman on the phone actually had the nerve to say, "There are people dying in the world, and the least thing you should be worried about is your eyelashes." That is one of the rudest, most unprofessional responses I've ever heard in my life. I never once questioned their ability to apply lashes. What I questioned was the fact that I received something completely different than what I requested. It's no different than walking into a salon with a photo of a hairstyle and walking out with something you never asked for. I asked for one specific look, I was promised it could be done, and instead, I got lashes that look like they belong on a Vegas showgirl. To top it off, the last phone call ended in an argument, with them dismissing my concerns and refusing to take accountability. I paid $135 for something I absolutely hate and that makes me feel embarrassed instead of confident. This was a horrible, frustrating, and insulting experience from start to finish.
