Denise gave me a wonderful lash lift and tint! I was a little worried because this was my first time having it done and I don't like people touching near my eyes but Denise was great to work with. She explained the process to me and was very careful and gentle. It's only been about a week but the lashes still look great. Overall it is expensive so I'll have to wait 6 weeks to figure out if the price is worth it. $99 for the lift and tint, $30 for the keratin for at home care. read more

Got a lash lift for the first time and I absolutely love how they turned out. The procedure felt weird but after an hour, voila! All done. Nice enough place sweetly decorated. I went for a lash tint and lift, which I have had before. My technician was nice enough however I could feel the fairness.after I was done she raved about her work. I, however,was not so impressed. I told her the lashes didn't look evenly lifted. To which she replied " oh, they are ". I was so disappointed to leave the same way I arrived- as if nothing was ever done to my lashes. The other negative thing is they have a dog in the salon. If you are in West Palm Beach and in need of some eyelashes rush this is definitely a spot to be visited. I got a hybrid set after a month of traveling and being unable to make it to my original russian lash lady in NYC so when in west Palm this was amongst the best rated places for Delray Beach, I called and lucky for me they had appointments available that same day during the morning but only for classics or hybrid. I got the chance of working with Hanna and she was very gentle, soft (completely fell asleep and caught myself sneaking in a snore that definitely woke me right back up lol) and FAST ( we were done in 1 hour and 30 minutes). It all came out to a total of $185 which is really great pricing since I'm accustomed to paying more THE ONLY BUT (I apologize in advance but take it more as constructive criticism) my lash eyelash set lasted me A WHOLE MONTH it hasn't been two weeks since I got this work done and I am already waiting to get my refill done since the retention of the actual lashes (pretty sure it's the glue being used) is not the best, they have been coming off since day one and I'm probably down to my last few so that's a bummer because as I mentioned my lashes usually last me a whole month but you cannot win them all. Overall great customer service, EXTREMELY relaxing ambience, great music, amazing smells and extraordinary customer service just remember that this is more of a easy and quick solution to being forced into walking around with no lashes but not a long term place where you would want to come all the time as it will more than likely be a thing of tops 2 weeks ( if you are lucky) read more

Hannah has been doing my lashes for months and I recently tried the hybrid instead of the classic or volume and they are amazing. She listens to what you want and can tailor the shape based on your desires. The shop is feminine and pretty, they play very relaxing music for your lash nap and the ladies that work there are all so nice and accommodating. I absolutely love love love having my lashes done! I had them done for my wedding back in April and now I can't go without them. I'm a redhead, so I have light blond lashes naturally. I moved to Delray so I had to find a new place for lash and brow services. Nicola did an amazing job on my lashes. She listened to what look I wish to achieve with my lashes, asked if I had any sensitivities to any products, and taught me how to properly wash my lashes (I had been doing it wrong). I booked in for a classic, showed a picture of what I was looking for (very natural looking) and the lash lady told me that what I was actually looking for was hybrid. I thought that was strange as I've always gotten classics elsewhere, but rolled with it. Quite unhappy with how they look - way too bulky for my style and truthfully my left eye is really sore from her pulling at lashes (no clue why she was doing this, I audibly said 'ouch' twice). I also think masks should be worn while doing this. Everyone was really nice and professional, just disappointed with the result and some issues that I think for $180 + tip I shouldn't be facing. read more

I have been going to Belinda for over a year and my lashes are OH SO FABULOUS! I have never had someone be so careful and attentive and she makes sure that not only are my lashes beautiful they are also healthy. My husband is an Opthamolgist and he never worries that I might have problems because of how immaculate the facilities are and how impeccable and caring the operators are. I was reading an article about lashes and one of the issues that people have with lashes is mites! The best way to never have that issue is to WASH YOUR LASHES!!! Belinda has always been adamant that I have good at home lash care and I have never had a problem with retention (my lashes stay on!!!) or mites! I love this place and the girls!!!! I booked a Groupon and made an appointment through the website after arriving and going up the stairs with my child stroller (never on the website said it's a kids weren't in allowed) I have a two-year-old that was in his stroller strapped in with his tablet. After walking into the place got told I was booked with the wrong person since it was a Groupon and she could reschedule me. Before she did so she asked "if theres anything that i can do with that" as she pointed to my child. I politely said i would find somewhere else & we left. I understand the environment might not be kid appropriate but there was other ways of handling that instead of calling my kid "that" & maybe make it known on ur website so people like me don't carry a whole stroller upstairs for nothing. read more

I started Oh So Fabu-Lash as a solo stylist and within a short time I quickly outgrew my location. Again whether they were grown out or not, I should've been told from the beginning that they were planning on charging me $300 so I can make my decision whether or not I wanted to continue with the service. Right before I was done the girl told me that she was charging me for a full set. When I looked at my Lashes, they did not look anything like I asked. I stated that I wanted them very full and very long and the 4D or 5D whatever they are called volume Lashes. They were not even close. I tipped the girl and I paid the $300 after arguing back-and-forth and then she said she would have the manager contact me. The manager who is extremely rude, contacted me and told me that she would discount my service and charge me $220. Instead of paying $300. I then told her how unhappy I was with my Lashes and she told me that I could come back and somebody else would fix them for free so I agreed. I had an appointment at 6 PM on a Thursday. I got out of work early that day and I asked if I could come early she said she was out of the country and she would check with the girl who was doing my lashes. She said they have 3 PM available but it was close to 3 PM at that time and I said I could be there a little after three so they agreed for 3:15 PM. I went to the salon and I stood there while the door was locked in the middle of a workday and this is not the first time this has happened. I even sent a video to the owner saying that I've been outside for 10 minutes knocking on the door and nobody is answering. Mind you I live a good distance from that Salon. She then told me that the lash tech said OK to something else and that I wasn't supposed to come at 3:15 but then She She told me I could come back at 6 PM. I was fuming. I drove out of the way. Got somebody to watch my daughter so that I could go there and she acted like it was no big deal. She then told me that she was confused on the time because she was out of the country, but that does not change the time for somebody here in Florida when you state 3:15 PM. At this point I was done and I just wanted my money back and then she had the audacity to say "you were the one who changed the time" I asked if it was OK I did not change the time without any confirmation. The owner is so snotty. I cannot believe the way that she treated me because she made a mistake, she tried turning it around on me. She said "my time is different than Florida time" but the girl that you text messaged in Florida knows what time it is. After complaining, she finally agreed to refund the money and told me she would do it on Wednesday of the next week when she got home. Wednesday came and she said she processed the refund and it will appear shortly and she will send me the confirmation. I still did not receive the confirmation or the refund and then she told me that it's too late because my service was done last Thursday that it was too late to do the refund. I've been stated to her that was not my problem that you made a mistake and did not process the refund in time and I still wanted my money. She told me that I needed to call corporate to get this handled and I told her no you call corporate and get it handled. This was your mistake. She ended up sending me the money through Zelle and refunded the other $220 that she charged me. The reason for my review is that an owner of a Salon should never have treated a customer in this manner and because she made a mistake. She tried turning it around on me. That is not good Managment and that is not the way you treat customers. Then The lashes that were done initially from the girl that I did not like ended up falling out the first week. My right eye only had about 20% of the Lashes left. It's a shame because when I find somebody I stick with them for a long time. I truly did love Amber and thought she did a wonderful job, but I will never return to that Salon because of the way that I was treated from the owner. That is not classy, and I would never treat somebody in that manner. Go elsewhere. Save your time and money.

I found the company by looking up reviews for places that specialized in brows. I usually go to nail salons to have my brows done (nothing wrong with that) but I wanted to try somewhere new that focused on the face . They had other wonderful reviews and I wanted to give it a try. I love that I could book my appointment online, so convenient for me. I also appreciated that they had appointment times later in the evening because I work late. I arrived and the space was clean, and relaxing. I got just my eyebrows waxed by Loreen. I did not have to wait, she was on time and ready. They came out beautifully. I have pretty thick eyebrows that grow in a big blob that dont match each other. Nicola and Mackenzie Absolutely in love with my brows AND lashes!! I've always had super sensitive skin so getting waxed makes me a little nervous. Fast forward to MIDNIGHT that same day (the day before my appointment!!) and I get a text saying that my appointment is now with a completely different lasher and a later time. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and I will go to another salon. I don't understand where this is acceptable. I hear horror stories all the time about clients cancelling last minute and trying to dictate their lashers schedules. Never would I think a SALON do this.
