Denise gave me a wonderful lash lift and tint! I was a little worried because this was my first time having it done and I don't like people touching near my eyes but Denise was great to work with. She explained the process to me and was very careful and gentle. It's only been about a week but the lashes still look great. Overall it is expensive so I'll have to wait 6 weeks to figure out if the price is worth it. $99 for the lift and tint, $30 for the keratin for at home care. read more

Got a lash lift for the first time and I absolutely love how they turned out. The procedure felt weird but after an hour, voila! All done. Nice enough place sweetly decorated. I went for a lash tint and lift, which I have had before. My technician was nice enough however I could feel the fairness.after I was done she raved about her work. I, however,was not so impressed. I told her the lashes didn't look evenly lifted. To which she replied " oh, they are ". I was so disappointed to leave the same way I arrived- as if nothing was ever done to my lashes. The other negative thing is they have a dog in the salon. Hannah has been doing my lashes for months and I recently tried the hybrid instead of the classic or volume and they are amazing. She listens to what you want and can tailor the shape based on your desires. The shop is feminine and pretty, they play very relaxing music for your lash nap and the ladies that work there are all so nice and accommodating. If you are in West Palm Beach and in need of some eyelashes rush this is definitely a spot to be visited. I got a hybrid set after a month of traveling and being unable to make it to my original russian lash lady in NYC so when in west Palm this was amongst the best rated places for Delray Beach, I called and lucky for me they had appointments available that same day during the morning but only for classics or hybrid. I got the chance of working with Hanna and she was very gentle, soft (completely fell asleep and caught myself sneaking in a snore that definitely woke me right back up lol) and FAST ( we were done in 1 hour and 30 minutes). It all came out to a total of $185 which is really great pricing since I'm accustomed to paying more THE ONLY BUT (I apologize in advance but take it more as constructive criticism) my lash eyelash set lasted me A WHOLE MONTH it hasn't been two weeks since I got this work done and I am already waiting to get my refill done since the retention of the actual lashes (pretty sure it's the glue being used) is not the best, they have been coming off since day one and I'm probably down to my last few so that's a bummer because as I mentioned my lashes usually last me a whole month but you cannot win them all. Overall great customer service, EXTREMELY relaxing ambience, great music, amazing smells and extraordinary customer service just remember that this is more of a easy and quick solution to being forced into walking around with no lashes but not a long term place where you would want to come all the time as it will more than likely be a thing of tops 2 weeks ( if you are lucky) read more

I absolutely love love love having my lashes done! I had them done for my wedding back in April and now I can't go without them. I'm a redhead, so I have light blond lashes naturally. It's so nice to roll out of bed with beautiful lashes. Weirdly enough- it's super relaxing and I often fall asleep... I booked in for a classic, showed a picture of what I was looking for (very natural looking) and the lash lady told me that what I was actually looking for was hybrid. I thought that was strange as I've always gotten classics elsewhere, but rolled with it. Quite unhappy with how they look - way too bulky for my style and truthfully my left eye is really sore from her pulling at lashes (no clue why she was doing this, I audibly said 'ouch' twice). I also think masks should be worn while doing this. Everyone was really nice and professional, just disappointed with the result and some issues that I think for $180 + tip I shouldn't be facing. read more

I moved to Delray so I had to find a new place for lash and brow services. Nicola did an amazing job on my lashes. She listened to what look I wish to achieve with my lashes, asked if I had any sensitivities to any products, and taught me how to properly wash my lashes (I had been doing it wrong). I have been going to Belinda for over a year and my lashes are OH SO FABULOUS! I have never had someone be so careful and attentive and she makes sure that not only are my lashes beautiful they are also healthy. My husband is an Opthamolgist and he never worries that I might have problems because of how immaculate the facilities are and how impeccable and caring the operators are. I was reading an article about lashes and one of the issues that people have with lashes is mites! The best way to never have that issue is to WASH YOUR LASHES!!! Belinda has always been adamant that I have good at home lash care and I have never had a problem with retention (my lashes stay on!!!) or mites! I love this place and the girls!!!! I booked a Groupon and made an appointment through the website after arriving and going up the stairs with my child stroller (never on the website said it's a kids weren't in allowed) I have a two-year-old that was in his stroller strapped in with his tablet. After walking into the place got told I was booked with the wrong person since it was a Groupon and she could reschedule me. Before she did so she asked "if theres anything that i can do with that" as she pointed to my child. I politely said i would find somewhere else & we left. I understand the environment might not be kid appropriate but there was other ways of handling that instead of calling my kid "that" & maybe make it known on ur website so people like me don't carry a whole stroller upstairs for nothing. read more

I started Oh So Fabu-Lash as a solo stylist and within a short time I quickly outgrew my location. Thankfully, my daughter helped me with the overflow and very quickly filled her own book with loyal and happy clients. I tried booking online for a curly cut, color, and extension consultation, but I kept getting scheduled with different stylists, which seemed strange. To clear things up, I visited the salon in person, and the front desk agent confirmed that my appointment was good to go. A week before the appointment, I received a call saying the appointment wasn't fully set, and they suggested changes so I could have both the cut and color with the same stylist. I agreed, moving my appointment from noon to 10 a.m. to accommodate the change. On the day of the appointment, my extension consultation went great, and I had a very informative conversation. However, the confusion started right after that. The stylist who was supposed to cut my hair greeted me and offered me a drink, but while she was preparing my coffee, the salon decided to switch stylists on me. Another stylist came over and said she would be cutting and coloring my hair. I shared my color goals with her, but since she was working with another client at the same time, our conversation kept getting interrupted--something that seemed normal at this salon. She did, thankfully, understand my hair goals and started the coloring process. Then, another issue arose. She mentioned that she was still learning how to do a curly cut, which was what I had requested. After checking with the front desk, I was informed that for a proper curly cut, I needed to come in with my hair naturally dried, but since we had already started with the color, the curly cut couldn't be done. I had actually come in with my hair naturally dried for the cut, but due to all the confusion, my appointment wasn't honored. I decided against a regular cut and asked if the curly stylist could diffuse-dry my hair instead, but she declined. They offered to have me sit under a dryer, but I chose to leave with wet hair instead. Later, the owner called to apologize and asked if I'd be willing to give the salon another chance. I said I'd think about it and called back two weeks later when I was considering extensions. The owner again apologized and appreciated my willingness to return. She asked if I still needed a curly cut, but I had already gotten it done elsewhere. She did offer a free gloss with my next color service, but I wasn't interested in returning for another color in a few weeks. I asked if there could be any discount on extensions, but unfortunately, no adjustments could be made. I thanked the owner for her time and offer. The team was kind and apologized for the confusion, explaining that typically, new clients aren't allowed to book online for a curly cut, as these appointments require a call to discuss expectations. That wasn't my experience, though. Despite the miscommunication, the color service was done very well. Since I left the salon with wet hair, I couldn't tell how the color turned out until I got home and styled it. I wish the experience had gone differently because I really wanted to love this salon and return.

I am an old high school friend of the owner Luisabel and in high school she would always do our hair and makeup before we'd go out. She is passionate about everything esthetic-makeup and hair included. I just knew my niece would be in good hands this afternoon as she prepped for her prom debut. And The pain was excruciating, I pleaded with her to help correct it since it was my daughter's wedding I went back for A touch-up especially since The color was wayyyyyy off for my dark skin It still looks too warm THEY LOOKED NAVY BLUE I've contacted her 3 times and She's INSISTING me for to pay her $150 additionally I sent her pictures Showing her how disfigured the shape is AND how off the color is how sparse the shading is Yet !!!!she's refusing to give me a refund so I can go elsewhere to "fix" my eyebrows - Very disappointed and will not recommend her services ever!!!!
