Buyer Beware : I checked the website price before booking on the phone but was charged an additional $30 on checkout. I ended up paying 130.99 for a lash lift and tint when the website clearly states the price is 101.99. I called back and the manager argued with me and refused a refund of the $30. She tried to claim my stylist was a master stylist and has an up charge of $30 but that is not stated on their website nor was it discussed when I made my appointment by phone. After firing the technician I've been going to for months (really hard to find one who will not force the "faster-to-do Volume" look) and NOT telling me: they charged my card and now refuse to reimburse me for a service I cannot receive, unless I'm willing to be a Guinea pig to a new person. Dana has always been very consistent over the almost year I've been coming here. I've been with many lash techs but Dana makes my lashes perfect. Hello, I had a credit for over $400.00 from another location in Boca but because I work near the Delray, I requested to change the location to Delray, and when I spoke with the former manager she approved to transfer the credits and I would pay any extras. I also brought another person, however this new manager at the E. Delray location was extremely rude along with her team stating that they will not honor my credits. I think that as a franchise, they need to look for a manager that's willing to accommodate their clients. I will never come back to that location and will make sure to let all my friends know not to return either as long as the same manager is in place. I had an app't at amazing lash today with Dana. This was definitely one of the worst experiences from start to finish. I was brought into a room and told to lie down. I was not asked my name. When I told the technician I was cold and asked if they had a blanket she said no it is 74 degrees. I was freezing. I probably should have gotten up and left but one eye was done. The facility really doesn't give you the whole story of prices. They give you the price for your initial full set then they charge you double for fills. It reminds me of those places where you have to read the fine print. My full set took 1 hour and looks like it took 15 minutes. Aside from rudeness the work was not good. A superior location. I've been to a ALS location in NJ where my experience was just ehh. Quality of work, cleanliness and the staff were professional & friendly at the Delray location. Nikki the master stylist is amazing but I would not recommend the front desk receptionist and those that make appointments. I called on Friday June 24 to make an appointment on July 1 at 11am for Nicky. I got a reminder email from Amazing Lash on June 29 at 10:25 am for my appointment July 1 at 11am. Then I got a text message on Jun 29 at 11:39am for my appointment July 1 at 11am. The next day, I got a voicemail stating that my appointment is at 10:25 on July 1. I called on July 1 at 9am and Gabby at the front desk said there was nothing she could do and my appointment is at 10:30. No apologies, no acknowledgement of the change. I had another work meeting at that time and had to change it. I asked how this was changed and she said she did not do it and my appointment was at 10:30 and could not be changed. I arrived at 10:20 and showed her the Jun 29 email from Amazing Lash and the automated text message and she still insisted that there were 3 other people at the front desk and she did not make the change. I said that if customers make the change last minute we get charged but in this case, the staff changed the appointment without asking the customer. This is not acceptable. Furthermore, I have been booking with Nicky for over a year now and when I showed up, they booked me with a non master stylist who proceeded to admonish me about all the things I did wrong such as not removing all the lashes and starting over. Both are actions that should have been taken by the stylist not the customer. After asking to speak to the manager, she proceeded to tell me that the system that sends out the appointment reminder notifications on email and text have nothing to do with their actual appointment schedule. She has no idea who changed my appointment. She does not go by the automated appointment reminder system. What the heck? What kind of customer service is this? read more

I had a great first experience. The staff had on masks, sanitized pens for me to use, and the girl who did my eyebrows wore gloves as well. Her name was Maria and she did great. I had a mask on as well and they took my temperature upon arrival. I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted. The wax didn't hurt more than it should and she shaped them well! I have had eyebrow waxing and tint today at Delray Beach FL location and it was not amazing. While coloring my eyebrow, Nikki left stains on my face and even did not think that she supposed to clean it. She told me that it will be washed out when I wash my face. As you can see, one eye has the long lashes and the other eye has lashes that are light & short.
