AMAAAZING! Ladonna is a top quality artist. She specializes in more than just brows as well. I went to her for microblading. It was my first time getting it done and and such an enjoyable experience! Ladonna knows what she is doing. Very knowledgeable and has loads of experience. She mapped my brows real well and explained what she was doing throughout the process. She would always ask if I was doing okay and not uncomfortable. Ladonna also offers complimentary services for cancer survivors which I thought was extraordinary. From the get go she took care of me; told me how to prep prior my appointment, gave me the supplies needed for aftercare after my appointment, what to expect, what to avoid, etc. Her studio is state of thee art. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had in the beauty industry. I not only know multiple people who have come here with wonderful results, but used their experience to choose who I went to. I over-plucked my eyebrows when I was younger and needed more definition now since my eyebrows won't grow on their own. I had a great time, I was told clearly how before and after care would affect my brows and I could not wait to come back. It was also COMPLETELY PAINLESS due to her numbing process when I have heard other horror stories. She was also understanding when I had to reschedule an appointment.
