Beige pigment was also added in an attempt to camouflage mistakes, creating additional concerns about future removal. I actually pointed out the double tail before leaving the salon. Lorenza said she would fix it, but it remained. I tried to trust the process and even left a $100 tip. Once I saw my brows clearly in natural daylight, I realized this was not something I was willing to let her "adjust" by adding even more pigment to my face. I contacted Lorenza, explained what happened, and letting her know that I am not happy with my brows. Her response was essentially that she was sorry I "didn't like it," the beige would go away, and she could adjust them. The beige did not go away. After I requested a refund, she stopped responding. NO REFUND, not even a partial one, and no accountability. I paid $550 for the procedure + $100 tip, and was told the retouch would be another $200. Three weeks later, I am still dealing with the consequences and may need additional removal sessions. I am also concerned about possible scarring or permanent skin changes. My advice: use a credit card, NOT Zelle, even if she is suggesting, and inspect your results carefully in natural light before leaving. Worst cosmetic experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend this provider.
