I've been a loyal customer for six years. At the Okeechobee location.. I went in there today and she chopped my eyebrows I've never been so disappointed you lost a loyal customer. I will never go back there again and you know her excuses was that my eyebrows were thin. no they weren't when the last time I went the girl did my eyebrows they were fine. I am so upset I told the lady that did my eyebrows that I had been growing out my eyebrows for 6 months that I just wanted to clean them up. She made my eyebrows super thin. I could not believe it when I looked at myself. She told me she understood. So why make my eyebrows super thin. She just proceeded to do whatever she wanted. Let me start by saying I'm very picky about who does my eyebrows. I always get them done by the same girl where I live. But I was in town for a holiday party and realized I needed help! Disha came to the rescue with her friendly and wonderful service. She took her time and made sure I was happy w the results. The cold stones at the end made for a relaxing finish. I would recommend having aloe vera or witch hazel on hand for clients as a finisher too. read more

Perfection! I have been going to the same place for at least 6 years; at the beginning a lady named Disha did my brows. I loved her but she left and I never saw her again. I bounced around from person to person and their employees came and went non stop. Sometimes I'd get great service. Sometimes I hated my brows. But it was the only threading place I knew of so I kept going. 2 weeks ago I was driving to a doctors appt and had to go get my brows down later- when I saw a sign for this place. It's much closer to my house and I thought "what the heck I'll try it" I went in and was warmly welcomed by Dee who was nothing short of sweet. She threaded my brows and took her time and explained that one she was just cleaning up to fix it next time. The place was very clean and I had time before my doctors appointment so I asked for the foot massage. She set up and we talked tho whole time. (Usually I HATE talking during a massage but this was good conversation and it was no big deal!) I started to tell her about the place I previously went to and how my brow girl's name was Disha... Turns out the owner of this place is MY OLD BROW LADY! I'm more than happy for her to own her business! Such an accomplishment! Anywho my massage was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I will keep coming here because wether I get Dee or Disha I know my brows will be perfect. I kid you not, I have been getting compliments daily on my brows! When you move somewhere new, even if you have friends and family around you, it's still hard to call it home. When you're "home," you don't have to find your go-to places. Why? Because you've been going there for years. Sometimes even decades. I can honestly say I've found a home at Threading by Disha. Dee actually did my brows, and although I read the Yelp reviews, I had already had a less-than-stellar experience elsewhere and well... it's just not your go-to person, ya know? Dee was AWESOME. Admittedly I can be very critical depending on the circumstances, and she was very patient as I tried explaining to her how I had them done in the past. Even when I tried to look up pictures on my phone to show her examples (again, VERY patient, lol), she assured me I was in good hands. And I most certainly was! She has an extremely delicate touch, and she took the time to get them done perfectly. Again, I can be critical and I said PERFECTLY. It's suuuch a relief to know I don't have to keep searching for someone that can do the job right. Divia is now my go-to! If there's one thing to mention, it's a little more than I paid in a bigger city. Roughly 33% higher. But sometimes you have to make exceptions for exceptional work. I won't say those cold stone massages are worth the price difference, but they are a nice touch. Hahaha read more
