I booked an appointment with a master stylist, asked for a natural looking cat eye, and ended up with very long lashes that appear the same length all across the eye. They don't look bad, but they aren't at all what I asked for. Additionally, my right eye was completely pink and irritated for the rest of the night and next day. In fact, I still have some redness 2 days later. Anyway, I called back the next day to tell them I was unhappy with my lashes and ask if I could come back in - I specifically said that I didn't like how long the lashes were. They booked me for an adjustment, so I went back in, at which point I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. Then, when someone finally saw me, she said that she couldn't do anything about lashes that were too long because she didn't have the time to redo them, then told me that the lashes are in fact "cat eye" by their specifications, they just don't look right on my eye shape. (I've had lashes plenty of times before and always got a distinct cat eye when I asked for one, even at this studio.) So TLDR, I got lashes I didn't like, asked to have them adjusted, and then spent 40 minutes in the studio only to find out that they wouldn't redo them for me, even though I told them over the phone that the issue was the length and they should have known at that point the lashes would need to be redone entirely. read more

Did a very good job and it looked amazing!! My eyes turned very red after and the minute i went to the bathroom in the studio to look at my eyelashes a peice came off! I also moved around a lot so that's probably why a peice came off and my eyes turned red. So many peoced came off right after i got them done. Sorry not coming back! read more

The master stylist I was booked with did not show up & after 20 minutes the receptionist came back to the front to tell me that the owner booked my appointment by mistake. Really informative about the variations of the lashes but fail to inform best particles in scheduling a refill. This location is more accommodating than the Boca one, but in terms of service, I always feel a bit rushed even though I arrive on time. If you need an appointment in a hurry, this is a good fast solution, especially if you're a member. Be sure to be thorough in explaining what type of lashes you already have if you're coming back for a refill and push to get the style you won't despite if they are running behind schedule. read more

The quality of their glue is terrible!! I would not recommend them at all. By the fifth day 80% of the lashes had fallen, I tried to get them refill and they asked me to pay additional 89$, mind that I had already spent 170$ for the initial set! Terrible experience! I just moved to the area and was so excited to try out this studio. I asked my eye lash tech, Adrianna, to ensure she used glue for sensitive eyes, as this works best on me from previous experience with eye lash extensions. She assured me that she did. As soon as she was done with my lashes, I knew something was wrong - my eyes were extremely irritated and they were a bit swollen. She assured me it was the fumes. She also recommended I take biotin, so my real lashes would grow, as she commented the hair was rather thin. When I got home, I checked the extensions closely in the mirror and noticed that some of the lashes were glued to my lash line, instead of my actual lashes - this is what I feel caused the irritation. That evening my husband commented how red my eyes were getting. Throughout the night, I couldn't sleep because my eyes were irritating and getting progressively worst. I finally got out of bed and when I looked in the mirror, my eyes were blood shot red, extremely swollen, and irritated. I took an antihistamine, eye drops and arnica for the swelling to alleviate the side effects, and I immediately drove to the the studio and waited in my car until they opened to have the lashes removed. I shared with the front desk receptionist that I felt something may have gone wrong with the application, as some of the lashes were glued to my eye lash line instead of my actual lashes. The removal process was horrific. I'm not sure what was used but it felt like lash tech, Adrianna, was pouring hot sauce in my eyes. It took 45 minutes and the tears streamed down my face as she tried to remove them. The front desk receptionist came to check in on me during the end of the removal process and commented to the lash tech that she would have to pluck the last of the false eye lashes to remove them. I've never heard of such a thing - they should always be wiped off, never plucked. When I finally came out, I asked the front desk about a refund and to my surprise, she shared that they wouldn't give me a refund, but instead wouldn't charge me for the removal process. I emailed corporate twice, with no response from anyone! Overall, a terrible experience! read more

BUYER BEWARE! I phoned into Amazing Lash Delray on 9/8/21 at 5:41pm and spoke to Julie where I asked to be refunded for a remaining credit on my account. When they advised that they could not refund me, I asked what other services or products I could use to apply my credit towards. I was advised that it could only be used for lash services - to which I was no longer receiving, as they had caused damage to my lashes. Because my account was suspended and not fully terminated, I expressed that I would like my membership to be terminated. Julie acknowledged my wish and I expected my membership to be terminated. On 12/29/21and 1/29/22 I was charged two additional membership fees, each in the amount of $219.98. When I called in about the first charge, I was told Julie was on leave and there was nothing they could do but they would write a letter to Julie for her to reach out to me once she was back. After the second charge was made, I called in again and surprisingly, Julie is back from leave and I still have no resolution. I proceeded to explain the situation and the conversations that we had back in September, to which she tells me that she never said any of those things. I am now out of $439.96 for services I haven't used since August of 2021 and I am not even local to them anymore. All I have asked for is the refund of the amounts charged AFTER I asked for my membership to be cancelled and have had no resolution from them. Save yourself the drama and book with a private lash stylist. They are MUCH more skilled, professional and courteous than these clowns. read more

I have already sent in a review regarding Amazing Lash charging my credit card for my Fiancé's account after she cancelled her membership. I received a reply from Claire H who stated she was their business manager so I called the store to try and resolve the issue. I was then transferred to Julie who informed me that Claire only answers their reviews and is not the Business Manager. I explained to her the issue at which time she stated that my Fiancé ( Jennifer ) suspended her membership when she called but didn't cancel and that according to the contract she had to cancel in writing. I then proceeded to ask her for a copy of the contract that Jennifer purportedly signed so I can read it and she told me that she would send me a blank copy of their contract. When I told her that I want a copy of the contract that she claims Jennifer signed she told me that she didn't have a signed contract by Jennifer. She then stated that the owner would be back on August 21 and at that time she would speak to the owner about the issue. I then asked her if it was safe to assume that I would receive a call by August 23 or 24 and she said that she would call Jennifer not me and it would be sometime after August 21 but she didn't know when that would be. In summary I find it odd that someone answers their reviews claiming to be their Business Manager and isn't, that they would continue to charge for a monthly membership after it's been cancelled knowing that they do not have a written contract and that Julie's responses were contradictory, her attitude extremely rude and her customer service was non existent. And I don't know what she does but she smelled good which I feel is important since her hands and face are within smelling distance to your nose (and I'm pregnant so I gave super smell!) And of course I love my lashes! They make me feel pretty and like I don't have to wear makeup which is a crazy super plus being a mom! Receptionist makes an appointment with a master for a full set of lashes. She had me waiting for a response from the expert. It was 9:30 and the appt was 11:00. I slipped her my number and asked her to text me if there was a problem. I left and came back at 10:55. When I got to the door, a sign was on the door that said "return at 12:00", but I noticed them at reception. I came in and told them how the sign scared me. Then she says, oh the girl never responded so I guess you won't have an appointment today. I asked why she wouldn't have text me. Waited 1.5 hours and never thought to let me know. Not my first time at the circus but my first and last time here. The $30 upcharge for a "master tech" is kind of ridiculous and since I was not happy with the results by "a master tech" I doubt the experience and technique of the rest of the techs. My lashes, a few days later, are falling out. One eye looks fuller than the other and basically my lashes look skimpy and not attractive in the least. I've had my lashes done many times before so I do know what to expect. read more

Ughhh this place is so conflicting. I've now had two memberships with them and can only seem to find that their master stylists are the only ones who can somewhat do the lashes properly. Now let me tell you the girls at the front desk are hit or miss. I purchased a cleanser they were out of and they made were supposed to call me when it came in. Unfortunately I was left calling them as a week came and no one called only to find out that they had received it days ago. They don't even answer their phones I called 3 times in the 30 minute time period only to get left on hold two times and sent straight to voicemail. Amazing lash studio is so impersonal. I went many times and each lash tech spent less than a minute talking with me about what I actually wanted and every time I looked at what they'd done, my eyelashes looked bare. When I decided to cancel my memebership the woman that I talked to told me that as long as I canceled 10 days before my bill date that I would not be charged. I canceled 12 days before and was charged AGAIN. Manager said policy is 30 days but maybe they should have their front desk trained and aware that it is 30 and not 10? I had my eyelashes filled elsewhere. I would have used my final month if I had known this would happen. Overall, amazing lash is impersonal, expensive and a scam. I loved my lashes from here and my experience but I went back to ny and my lashes needed to be filled so I did that. She said shes never seen so many gaps in my eyelashes before. Other girls were good as well, but honestly the horrible management and front desk girls really turned me off from this place. There are so many better places within Delray and Boca that you can get your eyelashes done.
