I think I found my new go-to place for eyebrow threading! Before I came here my eyebrows were way overdue for some threading because the last place I went to made my eyebrows uneven! So when I came in to have my eyebrows done here, Mina first asked me how I would like my brows done and I just said I wanted a natural look. So since my eyebrows were a bit arched she curved them naturally and I love them now! She was really sweet and even applied make up on the brows to show me how to get the right look. Thread a Brow is located in a small complex across the street from the Hat. It's also conveniently located next to Ann Groomers were I get my pup groomed at. Parking lot is small, street parking is available too. Thread A Brow is very clean and simple with a hipster vibe. After a nightmare experience at the brea mall. I stopped getting my brows threaded for about a year. I was hoping to get Mina to thread my eyebrows due to all the yelp reviews but she stepped out to run errands when I came in so, I took my chances and had Ms. Bijal thread my eyebrows instead and no regrets whatsoever she did a GREAT job threading them!!! She used a mirror to show me the areas she would be focusing on. I told her in advance I did not want that much taken off of it as the shape was still there and cleaning up the strays is what I wanted (plus asian brows...not much to work with). She took her time to listen to me and was careful during the whole threading process. Scissors were used to trim brows at the end followed by a mini eyebrow massage. No tugging, no superficial scratches. Just very nice threaded eyebrows that are on fleek. :) I will definitely be coming back as a regular and also bringing my mom next. Eyebrow threading was $8 dollars. Cash or CC accepted. There is also a stamp card for a free service on the 10th visit! :) read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Mina is incredible! When it comes to eyebrows, I can be pretty picky with how mine are done, but I have never been disappointed. The prices aren't bad and the interior of the shop is always clean and has a very cute interior look. All the workers are great, but Mina is definitely my favorite. She is incredibly sweet and also very precise and has such a great eye and attention to detail while doing eyebrows. They also usually give a nice light massage around the eyebrow area after threading which I really appreciate since my skin is pretty sensitive. I absolutely love thread a brow. I wish that they were a little closer. But whenever im in the area, I will always make it a point to go in. When I was searching to get my eye brows done, this placed caught my eyes based on all the great reviews. I decided to come in. I believe the owner greeted me. She was super friendly, and asked how I wanted my eye brows done. I told her to surprise me. Boy was I surprised. They were perfect and they give you like a mini short massage on your eye brows and temples. I went back in this past week with a friend and she loved it as well. She said the best part was that the lady asked how she wanted her brows. The lady who did my eye brows did a great job and she also recommended me some oil to make my brows thicker. It was AMAZING!! first of all, the facility is very clean and has a calm ambiance, and the products they used are top notch! Before they start the process, they tell you exactly what they are going to use and what it does, which I find very important specially if you have sensitive skin! 2nd, the facial was so relaxing! She honestly had the gentle touch that I pretty much slept like a baby!! Her massage technique is impeccable- gentle with just the right amount of force that it doesn't hurt your facial muscles! Even the extraction part of it was not too painful (my last facial lady felt like she's digging a hole in my face!! ). I use to go to YUVA threading which is closer to my house however I don't enjoy their service there at all. The women I suggest is Mina, the owner, is amazing! She asked me how I would like my brows done. Of all the threading places I have gone to, they have never once asked me how I would like my brows done. I told her I wanted them thick and with shape. This place was great! The lady working was friendly and really seemed to want to give me exactly what I wanted. My eyebrows were in horrible condition when I came in and even though they are in the "growing out" stage to fix what the waxer had ruined before, she made my eyebrows look beat and tidy and like they had a good shape to them. She also penciled in afterward what she was planning on making my eyebrows look like over time to give me the "perfect brow" which I appreciated and they looked great afterward!
