We called them numerous times and they assured us that they were just coming. My mom missed her whole day at work just waiting for these cleaners to show up. They worked until 9pm when we have to be up at 4am for work so this was way too late for us. When we complained about the lack of communication they wanted us to be grateful to them instead of apologizing for the mistake that they made then lying to us that they gave us the option to reschedule since we put down $163 to book the cleaning service. How could we reschedule when they were assuring us that they were just 5 mins away. These people are scammers and crooks and they didn't even do a great job cleaning. See below photos of the floors still dirty. We spent $1000 for an ok job and horrendous customer service. When we put down the deposit they did not inform us that it would be $150 plus tax. So we were surprised to see the $163 on our card. They do not know how to do business and will waste your time. They also dumped the dirty water into our lawn and we spend so much money and time on landscaping. They just dumped the vacuum dust outside our front door. They were supposed to bring all of their own supplies and they used ours without our permission, even using our vacuum that we didn't say they could use. They just tell lies left and right. Please don't trust them.

I confirmed via text with Maria and booked a time and date about a month in advance. Closer to the date I reconfirmed with Maria to ensure I would still receive service.
