Um, YUM! I have made it out to several of their pop-ups and it is DEEEEEEEEELIGHTFUL! I've enjoyed every single creation. They always take their time when you get to the window to order. Their baked goods are very good as well. One of my favorite seasonal drinks was their PB&J but with espresso instead of matcha. It was SO GOOD. Like a yummy goobers sandwich in a drink! I like their coconut drink as well. The line is always a bit long no matter how early I try to go, but it is worth it! Bring a fan, water and a friend. Oh! Finally got the opportunity to catch one of Those Guys Cafe's pop-ups today at House of Langs, and it was such a cute little coffee stop! They have a nice mix of their regular drinks along with seasonal latte and matcha options. We tried a few: Gooey Bun Iced Latte with oat milk -- definitely on the sweeter side, but in the best way if you love cinnamon rolls. It literally gives cinnamon bun in iced latte form! Blackberry Pie Iced Matcha -- a really unique seasonal flavor. Just FYI, the milk is already infused/prepared with the blackberry pie mixture, so they aren't able to switch it out for an alternative milk. Blueberry Matcha Latte -- refreshing and fruity! Make sure you mix it really well because once everything comes together, the blueberry and matcha complement each other nicely. The truck itself is super cute, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and House of Langs was a nice location to hang out and enjoy our drinks rather than just grabbing them and leaving. Overall, such a fun pop-up experience. I love seeing more creative coffee and matcha concepts like this around town, and I'd definitely catch Those Guys Cafe again at another pop-up! read more

Their espresso machine was down during my visit, which seemed to slow down the entire operation--even for non-espresso drinks like matcha. The line moved extremely slowly, and with the heat making the wait uncomfortable, the experience became frustrating enough that I ended up leaving before ordering (Nearly an hour wait). I understand equipment issues happen, but there didn't seem to be much urgency or a clear system in place to keep things moving. Hopefully they're able to improve communication and service flow when unexpected issues come up. read more

I've seen them all over my social media, and with the weather being cool enough on the weekend, I decided to drive to their location of the day. I did park a block down, and once I walked to their location, it seemed like people had waited at least an hour before opening. I waited a total of 1.15 hours, and ordered a gooey bun iced latte. With tip, the total was around $8. They do have pastries and other menu items, so I'd say it ranges from $4-$8. Once I got to the register, the people working the trailer were so nice and welcoming! You can tell that they care about the community and everyone who walks up to them. I definitely think it was worth the wait and money, and would love to go back! This was an unexpected stop for me, I was driving I. The area and saw them parked by the hospital. I've always wanted to try you guys so this was meant to be. Ordered: Toasted Coconut Iced Latte, carrot pecan loaf slice and a cinnamon roll. The latte has a cold foam on top and flakes of coconut on top, it was the right amount of strong and sweet, so delicious!! I will order this again. The carrot loaf is soft and moist and so flavorful and fresh. The Cinnamon roll was also really good! I've made it out to 2 of Those Guys' pop-ups with their cute coffee trailer and I am OBSESSED! The first one I went to was at Park Ave CDs and then second one was at the House on Lang. Loved it both times! They're starting to draw quite the crowd, but service is quick and friendly. They have a variety of iced and hot drinks, matachas, and pastries. They also have different house-made syrups and cold foams to choose from, along with a rotating seasonal drink menu. So far, my husband and I have tried the butter pecan crunch iced latte (seasonal), crème brûlée iced latte (seasonal), and the blueberry dream iced matcha latte (signature). They were all great, but I think the crème brûlée iced latte was my favorite. Their branding is on point and I look forward to seeing them pop-up at more local businesses around town. Actually really enjoyed this local pop up coffee. I got two seasonal flavors: Crème brûlée latte Velvet fever dream latte Both really good. I went on a little adventure to try some new coffee spots and Those guys cafe was on my list. They're a traveling pop up cafe spot so the were at Lake Haven at Britt when I visited them on 5/3/26. I ordered the Golden Brown Sugar iced Shaken espresso & a lemon poppy seed loaf . I'll def say this was some damn good coffee! It was perfect in taste . The ambiance was an outside pop up with other vendors so the line was long but, it moved quickly. I'll def be back to try some other flavors. The customer service was great. read more

I've been hearing wonderful things about Those Guys Cafe and I was so excited to try them out! First, there's no storefront. Yes, it's a trailer that travels around the area to various locations. The great thing is the locations are always updated on social media and their website as to where they will be and when. I appreciate the numerous and varied locations throughout the area. It's a vast area and some locations are better accessed than others for me. In addition to drinks they have merchandise and bakery items. I got the seasonal menu item the PB&J Matcha. It was delicious. The ingredients are fresh and don't seem processed. There was jam on the bottom and actual peanut butter mixed throughout the matcha. I would love to get it again! I also got the Hackney roll. It was huge and seems similar to a cinnamon roll. But less cinnamon or icing. It is a popular spot so I would recommend getting there as early as you can because it does sell out. There were tons of people there and even more when I left. Those Guys are so welcoming and personable. They are more than willing to take the time to explain their menu and make suggestions. I love local business and this is definitely one to not miss! read more

I FINALLY caught up with Those Guys! They have a mobile coffee truck so they move around but if you can chase them down DO IT! Because MY OH MY was that a great brown sugar espresso. It was Puuuurrrrrfect. I also tried the peanut butter and jelly matcha latte and it was so amazing I thought to myself, "Am I sleeping on matcha combinations?" Because I would never have thought of this myself! I also had to try the treats because if they can make a coffee that good the treats have to pair well with it. The lemon poppyseed tea cake was delicious. Perfect little size for a coffee. The pecan carrot cake was incredible! SO moist and a generous slice for the price. my favorite goes to the hackney. This is a cinnamon roll made with croissant dough. SO GOOD. Like I could eat way more than one of these. If I can catch those guys again I will absolutely be getting in that long line again! They move it quickly and its worth the wait. I was so surprised that 5 guys could fit in that little trailer so efficiently and work so well and quickly together. GREAT TEAMWORK! Finally got a chance to check out the new coffee cart everyone has been raving about and I have to say, there's a valid reason the line wraps around the building wherever they post up: this coffee (and the treats) are GOOD! A passion project for the owners (LGBTQIA owned, by the way!), Those Guys are more than just "those guys." I tried two of the drinks including a seasonal offering AND a matcha. The matcha was supposed to be a seasonal flavor as well but just tasted like matcha. Good matcha, but missing the seasonal flavor that was promised. The orange tea cake was light, fluffy, and not overly sweet--so good! The banana bread was dense and moist (yeah I said it). Get on this line, it is worth the wait!! This was my third time lining up at this cozy, cleverly designed truck, to get a matcha. The branding is absolutely adorable, I had to buy stickers the first time! The first two times were at the House on Lang, this time was at Rollins College in Winter Park. They are intentional with their matcha preparation which was neat to see in action. My drink order here is a matcha with oat milk, vanilla syrup, and cold foam; it is incredible. The cold foam was glorious. I want to drink a bottle of it; I don't know what they use but it was lightly sweet and perfectly creamy. I ordered the iced lemon poppyseed cake the first time and it was very yummy; I love a potent lemon element in anything and this cake delivered. This time I ordered the carrot cake loaf; it was the perfect delivery of spice and sweet. The pecans added a fun texture. The folks running the truck are such pleasant people! It's always such a wonderful experience chatting with them. They are professional, fun, and kind; you can tell that they really care about their business and the experience of their customers. Finally got to try this coffee truck and it was so tasty!!! I got the raspberry cream latte and it was 10/10!! I really really enjoyed it. The people were so nice toooo. The only downside is how long you have to wait in line (especially in the heat) and then wait for the drink to be made. I think it was probably like 45-50 min. (Totally wonderful for them that they're super popular!!!) but I think I probably won't go back again unless I saw there was no line because it was a really brutal wait especially in the heat. One thing I did notice was that people order like 3 or more drinks - so that probably slows them down a bit. Maybe if they see they have a huge line, they can limit and say 2 drinks per person? But overall, I was excited to try them, and glad to have done so once, and I recommend them at least once!! read more

I never usually wait in line for coffee but the workers set a vibe with music, kept us hype, there was even a photo strip set up that was exciting to use. Not only did they have coffee but also delicious pastries and a dark chocolate sea salt cookie that I wish I had more of! DELICIOUS!!! And the coffee and matcha blends were amazing. I almost wish I got more cookies and another couple rounds of coffee and matcha . lol can't wait for the next pop up .
