I can not thank Loan enough!!!!! Ugh, I'm seriously so happy with the service and work that I've received at Tho's. I feel like Loan went above and beyond for me and my car, but I honestly feel like she does it for just every customer that comes to Tho's, which is amazing. I had someone back up into me and was having trouble standing my ground on communicating with him to pay for my damages. I came in to get an estimate from Tho's and let Loan know of the situation. She was so understanding and encouraging about doing what's right for me as I was annoyingly nervous about making this liar who hit me with no license, no insurance, and no tags on his car - ugh what are my chances! Loan literally took over communicating with him and met with the guy the next day. She was able to get the guy to sign and pay for my damages, even though he literally told me he wouldn't pay for the price that was asked. It wasn't because Tho's price point was too high because it was very reasonable, but because he was giving me quotes that he's gotten from other shit auto shops that I couldn't even find a yelp or google on elsewhere. Privately arranged with Loan to schedule my car drop off once she texted me that the guy paid for the damages and I was stress free from there! Loan was seriously so accommodating and amazing. She offered to stay back after closing time if I wasn't able to drop my car off coming after work and even offered to come in on their closed day to open shop just to take my car in. Thankfully she didn't have to do any of that as we made the schedule work but the fact that she even offered says a lot. Dropped my car off on Monday evening to get started on Tuesday, let Loan know I needed to pick up by Friday and everything was set! I even got picture texts from Loan about the progress of my car, she's seriously so awesome!! Got to pick my car up as scheduled and I was so impressed. My car literally looks new and you really can't even tell I've ever gotten hit. I mean the damage was really minor and I'm just being dramatic with getting backed into. However there was definitely a scratch and dent in my bumper and now it's completely gone! I was really worried about it looking butch; not from Tho's but just having to be fixed in general and it looks perfect. My car was returned back to me clean and in better condition than it was before. My car was washed and cleaned - to the point where my boyfriend literally had to wait for Loan to assist with another customer when we had already said bye to her to ask what they do to clean my car... lol! She really is so sweet, so friendly, and made me feel so good about leaving my car in their hands. I know it isn't that big of a deal as cars get into accidents and hits all the time unfortunately. But my car is my baby - literally my first brand new car that I purchased completely on my own that I try to take really good care of. My mom informed me that she miscalculated on a turn. She asked me if I knew any place to get her damages repaired. I have no idea on the course of action but Yelp helped me through it by reading the experiences of others that had body collision repairs completed. I made several phones calls to some repairs shops before going online. For the repair shops that answered our call, we decided to visit three repair shops. Two repair shops provided us similar estimates for the repairs. There are several recommendations when getting body repairs done: - Call the body shop first to verify if they charge for an estimate. - Get at least 3 estimates to get an idea of the repair cost. - Ask if the parts being used are preowned, after market(generic brand parts), or dealer parts(most expensive). - Inquire on the estimated timeframe of completion. We had an idea of the estimate of the repair and timeframes before coming to Tho's Auto Collision, a small family owned business. I contacted the shop and the call was promptly answered by Loan. She was friendly, courteous and asked me to send her photos of the damages. She gave us an approximate repair estimate on the phone but advised us to come in for a more thorough assessment of the damage. Please be advised that the repair shop is connected in a row with other repair shops. Be sure to inquire that it is Tho's Auto Collision. Lihn, one of the mechanics and Loan's brother, was kind in giving a repair estimate with after market and dealer market parts since my mom could not decide on the route to take. My mom decided with after market parts for the repair since her car is an older model. She also decided to have additional work done to even out the color of the car from the damaged area. The price for the intended repairs are cheaper than the other repair shops we visited so we proceeded to have our repairs completed at Tho's. They replaced the left headlight and even buffed out the oxidation off the right headlight to make it look even. The after market bumper fit very well and the paint job looked great on the side fender and back bumper. My mom got her car back after a week and she was ecstatic on the results. We are very happy and satisfied with the service and workmanship we received from Tho's Auto Collision. I will definitely refer family and friends here for their auto collision needs. The service and work here is beyond amazing. I had emailed and sent photos of recent scratches on my car to Loan. She answered promptly and asked me to bring in my car to see if it could be buffed out or needs to be repainted. I was really prepared to pay the $500 to repaint the car because the scratches were so large and to me so prominent. Her mechanic worked on it for about 15 minutes and the scratches were gone. It actually looks better than before. No signs of any scratches. We all need an auto repair shop we can go to where we don't need to worry about being ripped off. I first sent pictures of my car after the accident. My estimate was nearly out of my budget to get my car fixed otherwise I would have considered my car totaled. Though, I negotiated with Loan and was able to bring down the price. I bought the parts I needed through Amazon and elsewhere for cheaper and skipped the car detailing part. I just asked to have my car fixed and running. The results turned out great. Loan was able to find me an old hood of the same color for my car and she let me know what are the minor and major things that needs to be fixed within the engine. She made sure I was aware of what is happening to my car and what to expect if some parts were left untreated. A family friend referred me to Linh and I am so glad I made the decision to let him fix the body work of my Prius. I scraped and dented the passenger side and was hit by another car which scratched up my bumper. The dent eventually began to rust so I needed to fix it ASAP. Linh fixed the body in exactly a week as promised and he did an amazing job! As good as new, like nothing ever happened! I also appreciate that he ordered the stickers originally put on the car by Toyota to protect the paint and gave it a complimentary wash! I don't usually write reviews so here goes. I recently had my 2022 Nissan Altima repaired at Tho's Auto Collision and wanted to share the experience. I've had my share of auto collision repairs over the years and rarely does it turn out so favorable. I was a first time walk-in with no appointment and Loan the manager immediately took notice. She took care of everything from the car inspection to dealing with the insurance companies. I didn't have to do a thing other than to give her my insurance info. Loan handled every step of the process. She went over what she thought would need to be repaired or replaced. Loan was very responsive and the car was completed on time and to my satisfaction, 110%. Afterwards she went over everything that was done with me point by point. Here's the part that got to me, she tested every single component of the door that got damaged in front of me to make sure everything was done correctly before she would let me drive off. The attention to detail at this place is off the chart. The best part was that she was able to collect some money for me from the other insurance company for the lost of use while my car was being repaired. I didn't even know that you could do that. How cool was that that? All in all my experience with Tho's Auto Collision was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto collision repair. We coincidentally own the same year and model Subaru so I knew this was the place for our baby Heather. I don't recommend for high end paint jobs. They did a good job on one car, but my second car needed a repair and paint and the color doesn't match. Actually, the First time they returned it to me it was painted without repairing the damage. If you can believe that. They fixed it and then repainted it a second time and now it doesn't match. At some point I will need to save money to get fixed elsewhere. i wasted about $1750 here. I did not address this with the shop because I don't like to complain so Ill just write a review. read more

I just very recently had a great experience with Tho's Auto Collision, my car (Infiniti G37) received some minor scratches on the rear bumper and had to get it repaired through insurance. Turns out the insurance company I was working with gave me a very low estimate on damages, Loan (the manager) quickly got ahold of the insurance company for me and was able to increase the appraisal. I also got my door repainted since the color was slightly off since I bought it. They also went the extra mile for me and repaired some other minor damages, installed some parts for me, at no extra cost to me. The car ended up taking a little longer than expected but that was mainly because the insurance company took a while longer to re-appraise my car. Got the car back and I am ecstatic with how everything turned out. It was much better than I expected and given how low the cost was for everything, it was more than perfect. The greatest thing about this place is the communication, no one likes being left in the dark when it comes to reparations of their baby. I've sent several emails regarding different concerns/questions and they were all responded to very promptly and respectfully by Loan. This is the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life where the office manager Loan Bui was so pretentiously sweet talking and being nice to me on day 1 and day 6 but OMG low and behold, she ghosted me on day 7 after she saw the repair estimate from State Farm. $2,500!!! Nope! Not worth the work. No courtesy. Unprofessional. Fake. Obviously don't care about bad reviews either. And do not believe the 5 stars either because they don't post anything below 5 stars to lure customers like me in or they manipulate the reviews. So I lost another 3 days of starting repairs after an entire month of waiting for insurance carrier to tow my car to shop once they determined it wasn't totalled. Worst was when she asked me do the virtual assist so she could go to the Big Bear. Horrible horrible experience. I wish it upon no one to be inconvenienced like this but this is the grim reality of small mom and pop local body shops who basically don't give a rat's ass about you. read more
