I'm going to start this by saying, if you're reading this, it's 100% genuine, and I'm actually a customer locally in Huntington Harbour.. This is what happened and my gods honest experience working with this collision center. I crashed my brand new 2024 Kia EV6 GT, no one else involved, the car was essentially totaled, or at least I thought it was.. I had the car for a couple days, yet I had forgot to insure it. Yes, huge bonehead move, I know.. The day the accident happened, I apprehensively looked for a local shop with solid reviews praying for a shop to pop up locally. I know what to look for with my previous background in working in the auto industry, selling high end used exotic cars for 4+ years and at Mercedes Benz.. I saw this collision center, decided to call and immediately Pablo answered. I told him the situation, within 30 minutes he was at my house looking at the car in person, the owner of the shop .. Upon meeting Pablo, I noticed his attention to detail, kind manor, and his expertise was clear to me from his assessment of the vehicle just in person that day. I knew I was really really screwed NO insurance, this car was 63k and had the most recent high end tech, I needed help and I was SO nervous choosing a shop and being taken advantage of... yet something about Pablo and his approach, showing care and understanding, just his nature in general... I trusted him and I took the leap - I decided to go with him and his collision center. Throughout the entire process, Pablo and his team kept me updated every step of the way, he approached the car in a manor so that he could hopefully decrease the amount I had to spend out of pocket, starting from the front of the car working to the back. Guys and girls, this car was a MESS. Within a period of months Pablo, his friendly professional techs, and kind front office department called me and had my car completely fixed, it literally looks brand new again like nothing ever happened. I'm talking immaculate, it drives EXACTLY the same. You should have seen my face when I saw the car. It was shocking, almost the entire suspension, rims, front bumper, headlight, the list goes on .. everything fixed. Pablo saved me THOUSANDS, instead of just ordering the parts because he could, he literally ordered them as he proceeded to work on the car, assessing each part individually as it was removed from the vehicle, he wouldn't let me pay for the parts until the work was officially underway and that he was confident he had all the right parts and was ready to go essentially for a rebuild of roughly 60-70% of the car as a whole. If you do have insurance, or don't... which I never suggest.. or you have a car with minor or major damage and need help like I did .. don't just go to one of the big local behemoth collision centers, there's money on the table - always... and if you want someone you can actually TRUST that has YOUR best interest in mind and not their own... well you found the right place. You wouldn't believe the lengths this man went to get this car done, the day it was done, he wouldn't give it to me because he wanted to have it professionally detailed (which he covered) being as he wasn't happy returning a car that wasn't - perfect (couple water marks and sediment built up on paint that wouldn't come out from the standard wash they did, basic being as car had to be outside for months while being worked on)... if that doesn't tell you what type of gentleman he is and his obsession with expertise and to detail.. I don't know what will. To pablo and your team - thank you. You saved me so much money, time, and energy. I just sat back, and left it in their hands, don't look elsewhere. This is the shop you should go with. Simply put. I don't write reviews or take time out of my day to do things like this - unless it's deserved. Angie is the absolute worst receptionist and unfortunately the only one at this business. She is unprofessional and disrespectful, I feel sorry that this business has someone like her working the front desk all these years. I had my car fixed about two years ago here and the work done was great, 10/10 , but the customer service that Angie gives is beyond disappointing. Unfortunately I got rear ended recently & my attorney referred me here again & me having forgot that I had to deal with Angie for the whole process I agreed. Once again my car came out great aside from some issues that had to be fixed the service on the car was really good, but Angie's customer service , -10/10 . It's unfortunate she's still employed with the way she acts. My car was in this shop for a little over a month and so I would call here and there just to get a quick update. The phone calls were draining & the responses I would get from her were either excuses or just plain sarcastic responses. I would ask for the owners number because I I reached a point where I just did not want to have to deal with her disrespect & she always had excuses or would just tell me she couldn't provide it. I finally was told my car was ready so I came to pick it up , mind you it was a 30minute drive, all for my car to have to stay again because of an issue that had to be fixed. When I was here she was yelling at me, talking to the mechanic about me in a very disrespectful manner, she was laughing, and honestly acting like a complete child. As I first arrived there was an older lady in there as well asking for an estimate & she even noticed how rude Angie was being. She even went ahead and called enterprise and demanded they pick up my rental immediately when my car wasn't even fully ready. Enterprise then called me and I explained the situation & they even acknowledged Angie is difficult and unprofessional. Finally after making a whole scene for no reason, she finally gave me Pablo's number which is the owner, he was professional and apologized and I explained the situation to him and assured me he spoke to her. I returned again today, this time with my mom, to finally pick up my car , and she was still snappy but nothing compared to 2days ago. It does surprise me how she's able to treat customers like this and still get away with it. The work that is done here does take a bit longer but it is really good . Although, I do feel the need to give one star because unfortunately you have to deal with Angie through the whole process and it is the most exhausting situation to be in when you already have to deal with an accident situation. I hope Angie can find it in her to do better and at least look a little happier because she gives off very negative energy. At the end of the day I'm just happy to have my car back & not have to deal with Angie any longer . After today, I will no longer be giving this place any of my energy . read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this body shop. The owner was dishonest throughout the process and I do not trust how my claim was handled. My signature was used on documents without my authorization, which caused serious concerns for me. In addition, the repair quality was poor and my vehicle was returned with damage and unresolved issues. Communication was frustrating and misleading from start to finish. Beware!!! Our attorney suggested this body shop to repair our vehicle. I continued to call to get an update and kept getting excuses. After keeping our vehicle for over 4 months, we received a call to pick up our vehicle. We were so disappointed with the results, the bumper looked like it was falling off. We has a little fender bender involving the front bumper, and Jason and his crew did a superb job! And they detailed the interior which was filled with sand, french fries and assorted junk. Not a Tesla Certified shop! Tesla will not sell them parts! If you care about your vehicles integrity, do your research! Take it to a certified Tesla shop (check Tesla.com for one near you). And don't rely on you insurance either because the bottom line is, they are trying to save themselves money and the non-Tesla certified shops are trying to make money. I want to give a great shout out to Pablo and his team for doing a tremendous job on fixing my Acura in a timely and a professional manner! I am not someone who normally writes a yelp review, but this one is well deserved for their great service and others need to hear about it! My Acura was unfortunately rear ended while parking on the side of the road and there was an insurance issue. I shopped around about a dozen shop before coming across Pablo and his team. He caught me off guard when he volunteered to contact the other person's insurance company to figure out of the details that I was not familiar with. He eventually got me the estimate of my car with insurance and without insurance. Due to my unfortunate situation, Pablo was able to match the insurance's estimate and repaired my car sooner than the estimated date! I've had two cars repaired here and couldn't be happier. We took them a Prius that my stepdaughter backed into a pole, and they did an excellent job getting it back to normal. They handled all the insurance stuff making our lives easier and completed the work quickly. I also brought them a custom Dodge Challenger that I pulled too far forward on a curb and separated the lower spoiler from the grill, and it also needed a passenger mirror replaced, which I supplied. The dealer wanted an insane amount of money for these repairs but Pablo and his crew did everything perfectly for next to nothing. I'm very picky and the results for both cars are excellent. Bonus?
