I told them I could, and I arrived at 8:15 am. I was happy to help, and thought I'd have a chance to be treated, then go home and get ready for work. Unfortunately, I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes, and was not seen until 9 am! I could've gotten ready for work, prior to my 9 am dental appointment, and arrived to work on time. However, they had me arrive early, then had me sit and wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes! To make matters worse, not only was I late for work, but I was charged $75, by Dr. Peterson, who took less then 5 minutes to file and polish the retainer that had a sharp edge, which was my only concern. I contacted the practice manager Debbie and advised her of the scheduling fiasco, which resulted in my being late for work, and how I was upset about being charged $75, for something simple that took Dr. Petersen less then 5 minutes. Debbie said she'd discuss this with Dr. Petersen and call me back. Well, it's been 3 days since I spoke with her and she has yet to call me back. Two of my siblings are dentists. They were both disgusted by my being charged $75 to file down a sharp edge of a retainer, which again, took less then 5 minutes. This is not an appropriate fee for service. Dr. Tran's meticulousness made me feel assured that my teeth were getting taken care of instead of some other dental places trying to rush the job and get me out. They were very helpful and informative my dental health and the office felt very warm and welcoming.
