The one thing that bothered me a bit was that I would always feel pressured to schedule my next appointment fat in advance and reassured that it was no issue because I could always reschedule, but was always given the reminder text or call on a Friday while working and then they would close for the weekend, leaving me without time to reschedule within the grace period, and resulting in some cancellation fees. Totally understand why these are in place and that I should be better about remembering my appointments, but sometimes I just forget as many people do I am sure!

Her assistant, Jackie, botched multiple fillings that had to be filed down after the fact and continue to cause problems that can't be resolved without an out-of-pocket replacement. While Summit was able to get me a new retainer, the quality is questionable at best. I sought out a female practitioner and team who advertised experience and understanding of dental anxiety, but everyone I spoke to seemed ambivalent or even confused anytime I expressed concern about money or the quality of the work that was being done. I'm stuck with subpar fillings and will have to find a new provider anyway; I would caution new patients before pursuing care here.

I would avoid seeing Dr. Schubert, though. Dr. Schubert is incredibly condescending, rude, and unfair. If you have dental issues, she explains them to you like you are a moron, or a five-year-old child. Also, if you struggle to get time away from work on a week day, drive 1/2 an hour one way to see a good dentist, miss your exit, and still arrive within the 15-minute grace period of your appointment time (even if it is a 3 hour, important appointment, and the last appointment of the work day.) Dr. Schubert will send you away. She would rather cost one client hours of their work day, and hundreds of dollars, than leave work even one minute past the hour. She seems power driven. I like the other doctors who seem to genuinely care about their patients and their practice. I highly recommend this office as long as you avoid Dr. Schubert.

The girl (Dr Bottoms daughter) that worked on me finished up and then something went wrong. She attempted to take the"temporary" crown off and pulled, pried, and used a block of something they put in boiling water, then stuck it on your teeth! Well, she pulled and poked and tried to get it loose and it would not budge She finally gave up and said, "we will let nature take its course!" I was having total shoulder surgery and the dr really impressed on me the dentistry could cause an infection to the arm. I worried about this from that first day until this past week! Constantly on my mind all those months! When, after months, I went in to put the real crown on, they questioned if I didn't like the color. I said,"This is a temporary", so they took an XRay. Imagine my shock and upset when he told me it was a permanent replaced tooth! I worried and was afraid for 7 months because this was to be replaced when I was healed enough from shoulder surgery to do so.
