TWO: Today, I had a 10 am appointment. I got to the practice at 9:39 am. I checked in and afterward saw about 6-7 people enter the practice, check in, and be called for their appointment. At 10:10 am, I was still waiting for my name and was the only person in the waiting room left. I asked and confirmed with the receptionist that my appointment was indeed at 10 am. They were 'finishing up with another patient', so I waited. By 10:25 am, I was done waiting. Anyone walking out of your business based on poor experience is very telling of a business's failure to deliver exceptional customer service.
