No problem, I understand things happen but not a great intro to my next appointment that was *supposed* to be this week. I confirmed my appointment and then got a call 24 hours before needing to reschedule. I missed the call as I was working. I call back 4 hours later, after receiving 2 emails that my appointment was rescheduled for different times, and call to confirm my new appointment time I'd been assigned via email. I was told the emails were to get me to call them back to reschedule and were not real appointment times? There are no appointments until March of 2026 but I can get on the waiting list. Not sure why I have an appointment to be on a waiting list with and unknown of when I can get my cleaning and exam. March 2026 would have put me at 15 months from my previous cleaning. I am under the impression I am not an important patient here and am looking for a new dental office that values my health and time.

I let the Appletree team know in advance about my anxiety with dentists (which was probably obvious bc I was crying in the waiting room), and they were SO kind and accommodating. My first appointment eased my fears a lot, we did xrays and made an action plan to tackle my cavities. Since that first appointment, I've been back here three times, and I haven't had a panic attack once, which is HUGE! If you're on the fence about coming here - trust me, they are pretty great.

I had Avelina as my hygienist for my cleaning, and she was absolutely spectacular! This was by far the most comfortable dental cleaning experience I've ever had. She was so friendly, professional, and constantly made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Kiersten Stack was also extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Both Dr. Stack and Avelina noticed that I have a jaw-clenching issue and recommended a sleep guard. Dr. Stack went the extra mile during my scan for the guard to make sure my jaw was positioned correctly. You can truly tell that she cares about her patients and is willing to take the extra time to make sure everything is done right. I've been to three different dental offices over the past few years, and this was by far the best experience I've had. I've been going to this dentist for about 5 years. Dr. Jung and his staff have always been great…read moreand never tried to talk me into services I didn't need. Even when I didn't have insurance, Dr. Jung's prices have been super reasonable. About $200 per year for cleanings and x-rays twice a year, which was about what I would pay for insurance outside of my employer. One time I did have a cavity that didn't hurt. Dr. Jung showed me the proof with x-rays and it only cost $95 to fill. The front desk staff has been super friendly and greeted me by name for every appointment. I am particularly happy with their new dental hygienist, Maureen. She was super nice and took the time to clean my teeth very thoroughly. She didn't use that water pick thingy (magnetostrictive ultrasonic scaler) to clean my teeth, which I find to be annoying and occasionally painful. She just used the normal scalers and was super detailed. But it didn't take long at all. And we had a good talk. She seems to understand I can't talk while my mouth is being cleaned and didn't ask questions until I could respond, which I appreciate. I go out of my way (about 30 minutes) to see this dentist. He's great.

Dr. Jung and his whole staff were so welcoming and very efficient. Dr. Jung was very thorough and careful with my cleaning and filling. Then she numbed my mouth and ...said shhh. then slowly put her finger up my nose, and wiggled around. Then, slowly moved her finger in my mouth. after a few minutes she told me to suck. I found out that she bypassed my teeth and cleaned out my nose. sure my mouth tasted bad, then she sprayed liquor in my mouth and told me to suck again. this was the worse experience I have ever had. of course I had to come back to my real appointment. The next lady actually cleaned my teeth well with no fallout. they know what they are doing especially when I'm not aware of it. good service though.

Power was out in the neighborhood so when she arrived nobody was there and the office was locked up with a note on the door. No call no notice, just show up to a locked office. With the power being out, I understand except what type of facility doesn't have a back up generator or even battery back up? Closed office, nothing but a note on the door. They called to get her rescheduled the next day (Saturday) and they rescheduled the appointment for Monday. She showed up before the scheduled time on Monday, and they postponed the appointment for 2 hours later in the afternoon. They stated it would be about 40 minutes. It took almost 2 hours. While waiting I thought well I'll run up to the pharmacy to get her antibiotic prescription. The problem is they wouldn't call in the prescription till after the appointment was done. They're very disorganized.
