I told them I could, and I arrived at 8:15 am. I was happy to help, and thought I'd have a chance to be treated, then go home and get ready for work. Unfortunately, I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes, and was not seen until 9 am! I could've gotten ready for work, prior to my 9 am dental appointment, and arrived to work on time. However, they had me arrive early, then had me sit and wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes! To make matters worse, not only was I late for work, but I was charged $75, by Dr. Peterson, who took less then 5 minutes to file and polish the retainer that had a sharp edge, which was my only concern. I contacted the practice manager Debbie and advised her of the scheduling fiasco, which resulted in my being late for work, and how I was upset about being charged $75, for something simple that took Dr. Petersen less then 5 minutes. Debbie said she'd discuss this with Dr. Petersen and call me back. Well, it's been 3 days since I spoke with her and she has yet to call me back. Two of my siblings are dentists. They were both disgusted by my being charged $75 to file down a sharp edge of a retainer, which again, took less then 5 minutes. This is not an appropriate fee for service. I will never go back nor recommend this practice.

They were very professional in walking me through the process and providing further care/instruction when one of my surgery sights became infected. They answered my questions quickly and clear over the phone as well as by email, easing my fears about my healing process. I ship-shape now and all healed up thanks to their hard work. Thank you Colorado Oral Surgery Group!

My wife had her wisdom teeth removed at this facility. While the procedure itself went as planned, what stood out--painfully--was the complete absence of support for the actual human beings involved in the process, both patient and caregiver. From the moment we walked in, the tone was off. The first thing we were told--without even a greeting--was that we were four minutes late. Not exactly what you want to hear when you're already anxious and trying to be strong for someone you care deeply about. What followed was worse. After the surgery, my wife began vomiting and feeling very unwell. I called the office multiple times for help--no one answered. No callback. No follow-up. Just silence during a vulnerable moment when I needed guidance to care for her properly. When I finally got someone on the line to ask about her prescription--after significant confusion caused by the fact that it had been sent two weeks early and was released days before the procedure--I expressed my frustration and concern. The response? A cold, sarcastic: "Well, I'm sorry you're having a bad day." That comment said it all. This place may technically perform the procedures, but they fail in the most essential area: care. No compassion. No guidance. No sense that the people they serve are going through a challenging, emotional moment. As the person responsible for helping my wife recover, I felt completely alone--unsupported, dismissed, and ultimately treated as an inconvenience. People don't just need surgery. They need to feel like someone gives a damn while it's happening. If you're looking for a place that sees and supports both patients and their families, I cannot recommend this office. They don't even pretend to care. Sorry for the long review and this is my "3 steps back" assessment of it all. I think my intensity -- my urgency, my deep concern and protectiveness for someone I love -- may have been misread as something aggressive or domineering. I understand that, especially in the world we live in, those lines can blur for some people. I also recognize that not everyone has had kind or safe experiences with men, and that context can shape how people interpret certain behavior. For all of that, I hold no resentment. I truly understand, and I forgive the misunderstanding. My intention was rooted in love and care -- nothing else.
