Things went well until I drove away. I think there are new scratches on my rims but I can't prove that so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have photographed all four wheels prior to the work. The biggest problem was that the tires were not inflated properly. I got warnings right away that three of the four tires had low pressure. To me this is a very basic requirement when replacing tires. All 4 should be inflated to the proper pressure. I feel like this is a very basic service that they neglected to do.

Second, I brought the car home to my mechanic a week later and just 1 outer tie rod needed to be done. The car had just been inspected a few months so we knew the other stuff was probably fine even before double-checking. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of a naive college kid. I recently have returned from thanksgiving break on 11/2 WITH NO CAR. MY CAR BROKE DOWN IN NEW YORK CITY AND I AM WITHOUT A CAR ENTIRELY THANKS TO A&R!!! I've had to get it towed to another mechanic in the city and I'm currently in the process of going through small claims court to get all of my money back and possibly extra because this is a JOKE! As we were driving on the highway my son noticed we were losing tire pressure fast so we exited the highway and found a gas station/convenience store to add air. We checked with a local garage and they weren't available (nice way of saying they couldn't be bothered). At this point we already needed more air and I started googling tire centers nearby and found this place 6 miles away. My son immediately called them and they said to come on over right away. This place was amazing, they patched the tire and we were on our way with only a small amount of time lost. This could have been a bad situation if we hadn't found them when we did and they graciously helped us.

I was quoted a price then added some additional things, like fix the flat spare, check the front end and see which tire pressure sensor was throwing a code. When I went to pay, I wasn't charged for anything other than the original price of the tires. How could anyone not appreciate that?
