My partner and I wanted to surprise our friends who hosted us over the holidays with a professional cleaning. I called Owens Valley Cleaning Services and was promptly answered by Nicole who was very polite and efficient in scheduling our home cleaning. Unfortunately, they never showed up. When I called to inquire as to why they were late, Nicole said she had no idea where her employees were, and that they should have arrived. She then attempted to call them and find a solution to the problem but ultimately could not get ahold of her staff.

This company ripped out my fence with no permission to access a shut off for a neighbor. The fence still has not been fixed and they just left it in pieces on the side of my yard. The company was closed and I had to have a neighbor come and turn my water main on while I was still at work.
