The front yard sprinkler system had an intermittently malfunctioning sector: I diagnosed a…read moreleaking-sticking valve, embedded in concrete. The sector kept watering long after it was scheduled to stop. Finally, I had enough: So, I called Galvin Irrigation. Friday, Mr Galvin appeared almost instantly and found (confirmed) the bad valve that was leaking and sticking. Mr Galvin replaced the guts in the leaking-sticking valve with new, improved guts. The new guts allow the valve to be operated manually! I tested the timer and the new valve worked flawlessly. So, since we were deep within the sticking-leaking valve project: I asked him to order guts for the other three valves. He said yes, good idea, but he couldn't get the parts until next week. No problem! Monday, he returned, replaced, and, tested manually. I tested using the timer, and, my system is working perfectly. Galvin Landscaping has superior customer service and outstanding repairmen.

He gave me a great reasonable price to replace the concrete in my driveway. Jesus and his guys did an AMAZING job with the custom work I wanted for the driveway. I'm very picky, particular, perfectionist and can seem a little over bearing to some workers, but with this crew I was put at ease by his step by step explanations. I let them work in peace and had no complaints during. TELLEZ CONCRETE team EXCEEDED my expectations. It turned out fantastic, please check out pictures. Elias brought several teams and master stone mason, Francisco to do the work. Don "Pancho" used Clovis rebar/fence code and did amazing work. I also needed to move some sprinkler valves about two feet and he brought in Don Martin to do this job. I had an original home builder wood fence, it was falling apart. My new fence does not even compare to previous fence. I incentivised Elias for a fast build and he did a great job in 4 days! They show your attention to detail and your customers how important their work is to them as well. Do yourself a favor. Skip, avoid and don't do business with Building Hard Concrete, he will be a pain in your rear end as other reviewed have stated. My response to the owner: If didn't do poor quality work and have terrible customer service. Wouldn't my review be positive? You didn't clean up everything. I had to continually ask you to come clean up and remove the formers. What you should do as a business owner is take the criticism and grow from it. Finding a dependable and reliable contractor is tough to come by, if you can grow from this experience. It would make you a better owner and business. You would stand out in a positive way as opposed to a negative light.
