I was able to ask questions of those folks who were posting and narrowed down (WAY down) the lists of who I'd want to start a conversation with. And they were enthusiastic in responding! My personal residence had about 7 rotted out fence posts and my neigbhor and I agreed on splitting the costs, to begin looking into it. I reached out to Tim, the owner, and began the process of getting us a quote. And, I'm glad that I did! All the best attributes of working with a professional were apparent. Tim was friendly, listened well and directly answered questions. He communicated well and was on time! In person, he was friendly and offered some suggestions and did what he said he would each step of the way. The bid came promptly and was professionally laid out including a basic diagram/graphic of the fence in relationship to the homes and clearly marking each post that was to be replaced. It's also listed each property owner and the 50/50 split. Things matched up perfectly and exceeded expectations. The two man crew arrived when they were supposed to. They were friendly and very polite. They too were personable and answered questions directly. Everyone was just easy to work with! The way you always hope it would be... Look, let me save you some time. I've been working with multiple properties for 30 years with even much more extensive projects and this IS the company you want to work with! His quote was competitive and from the beginning he gave suggestions on what would look good and what wouldn't. I think where Adrian and his team shines is with discussing and implementing plans with clients. He was very responsive to our needs. We built the fence to be able to keep the dogs to one side of the front yard if necessary, so after he built the fence, he made a few corrections and additions based on our concerns. He gets an A+ there because he took the time and effort to make sure it turned out well and will keep the dogs to one area if it's necessary. He made several corrections and additions as we expressed our concerns. We ended up going with him but from the get-go it was clear that Adrian had some issues with managing time. We had issues like him coming late to sign the contract or give the estimate. Those things might be a dealbreaker for others with a tight timeline but our timeline was pretty flexible, but we do like being able to plan our week so that was a little annoying. We witnessed some rough language but we also understand that it is difficult work. We just want him and his to be mindful of this especially if there are young children it is important good language and tone used. But we are happy to support his business and he did great with meeting our needs and communicating with us. We want to thank Adrian and his team for their hard work and dedication in completing this project. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Seriously, Carlos Garcia is amazing…read more Carlos has been outstanding in every aspect of his work for us, including both a large one-time project and recurring biweekly service. He is reliable, punctual, and courteous, and he does great work, often going well above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We're like you; we scoured Yelp for the best reviews before reaching out to multiple landscapers. We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. We have also asked him to do smaller projects, like replacing broken sprinkler heads, which he has done promptly, cheerfully, and at a very reasonable cost. Every time Carlos finishes his work, I think, wow, this guy does such a great job, I should go write a Yelp review. Well, finally, here it is! Carlos Garcia is amazing.
