My personal residence had about 7 rotted out fence posts and my neigbhor and I agreed on splitting the costs, to begin looking into it. I reached out to Tim, the owner, and began the process of getting us a quote. And, I'm glad that I did! All the best attributes of working with a professional were apparent. Tim was friendly, listened well and directly answered questions. He communicated well and was on time! In person, he was friendly and offered some suggestions and did what he said he would each step of the way. The bid came promptly and was professionally laid out including a basic diagram/graphic of the fence in relationship to the homes and clearly marking each post that was to be replaced. It's also listed each property owner and the 50/50 split. Things matched up perfectly and exceeded expectations. The two man crew arrived when they were supposed to. They were friendly and very polite. They too were personable and answered questions directly. Everyone was just easy to work with! The way you always hope it would be... It should have been more than possible. Well, 3 days later, we realize they've abandoned the project. So I called Ricky. Explained the situation. He got a crew to us fast. They did a FANTASTIC job. His quote was competitive and from the beginning he gave suggestions on what would look good and what wouldn't. I think where Adrian and his team shines is with discussing and implementing plans with clients. He was very responsive to our needs. We built the fence to be able to keep the dogs to one side of the front yard if necessary, so after he built the fence, he made a few corrections and additions based on our concerns. He gets an A+ there because he took the time and effort to make sure it turned out well and will keep the dogs to one area if it's necessary. He made several corrections and additions as we expressed our concerns. We ended up going with him but from the get-go it was clear that Adrian had some issues with managing time. We had issues like him coming late to sign the contract or give the estimate. Those things might be a dealbreaker for others with a tight timeline but our timeline was pretty flexible, but we do like being able to plan our week so that was a little annoying. We witnessed some rough language but we also understand that it is difficult work. We just want him and his to be mindful of this especially if there are young children it is important good language and tone used. But we are happy to support his business and he did great with meeting our needs and communicating with us. We want to thank Adrian and his team for their hard work and dedication in completing this project. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Because of my busy work schedule, I wasn't able to thoroughly inspect the fence before signing off. Once I finally did, I noticed several issues, including large and uneven gaps between the pickets, one broken picket that wasn't properly nailed in, and another that was bent at the top. I contacted Juan, and to his credit, he had the crew return to replace the broken and bent pickets. However, he never addressed my concerns about the large gaps in the fence. This is supposed to be a privacy fence, yet I can clearly see into my neighbor's yard when standing near it, which defeats its purpose. I reached out again regarding the gaps. Juan responded that he would let me know the next steps. Instead, he later sent me photos of someone else's backyard and tried to use those pictures to explain why the gaps were normal. Those photos were not of my property. I understand that wood naturally shrinks as it dries, but the gaps on my fence were already significant, and this was less than a month after installation. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a reasonable solution, they chose to make excuses and use photos from another project to support their position. I've spent weeks going back and forth trying to resolve this issue, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I expected better communication, honesty, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company.
