Very clear communication and very easy to set up a quote for our fence replacement. They took a look not only at the problem fence but also others that might need replacing soon to give an accurate quote to our landlord. read more

My experience with this company never even reached the installation stage. The problems began immediately after I signed the contract and provided my payment information. From the start, there was a complete lack of professional communication. No one ever called me. All communication was conducted through text messages, often lengthy and confusing. I was instructed to send photos of my fence and informed when the utility flags were placement along the fence line. Throughout the following week, I repeatedly received messages asking whether the flags had arrived and requesting photos of them in place. Each time, I explained that I had not received anything. In an effort to keep the project moving, I even offered to purchase the flags myself from a local Lowe's. They quickly agreed, at which point they finally admitted that they had never received confirmation from their own internal team that the flags had been shipped in the first place. The company then scheduled an installation date, only to change. Based on the original date they provided, I had already arranged time off from work. To make matters worse, the representative I was communicating with told me that I did not need as much time off because the project would only take one day. At the same time, they revealed that the utility appointment had never even been scheduled because the request was still sitting in a queue. This cause the project to be delayed even longer. It became increasingly clear that there was a serious breakdown in communication within the company. One department appeared to have no knowledge of what another was doing, leaving me to uncover mistakes and delays that should have been managed internally. All of these issues occurred within a span of approximately two weeks. After repeated miscommunication, scheduling changes, missed steps, and an inability to provide a reliable installation date, I lost confidence in the company's ability to complete the project. As a result, I ultimately canceled the job. This experience reflected a lack of organization, communication, and accountability from the very beginning. Based on my experience, I could not justify moving forward with the project. read more

Start date was delayed, and I'm still waiting to schedule a new start date. Team is not very responsive about this - more than 48 hours with no update. read more

Do not hire this company if you don't want the headache. Ergeon installed my fence, and after multiple revisits, they officially completed the project on June 10. Because of my busy work schedule, I wasn't able to thoroughly inspect the fence before signing off. Once I finally did, I noticed several issues, including large and uneven gaps between the pickets, one broken picket that wasn't properly nailed in, and another that was bent at the top. I contacted Juan, and to his credit, he had the crew return to replace the broken and bent pickets. However, he never addressed my concerns about the large gaps in the fence. This is supposed to be a privacy fence, yet I can clearly see into my neighbor's yard when standing near it, which defeats its purpose. I reached out again regarding the gaps. Juan responded that he would let me know the next steps. Instead, he later sent me photos of someone else's backyard and tried to use those pictures to explain why the gaps were normal. Those photos were not of my property. I understand that wood naturally shrinks as it dries, but the gaps on my fence were already significant, and this was less than a month after installation. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a reasonable solution, they chose to make excuses and use photos from another project to support their position. I've spent weeks going back and forth trying to resolve this issue, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I expected better communication, honesty, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company. read more

Alejandro did the virtual quote yesterday afternoon. I must say he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fences and was kind and patient. I would definitely recommend Ergeon to anyone in need of a fence. The bid came in under the two others I received as well. read more

Quick, professional and thorough. Very informative and helpful, gave all the payment options as well as full project versus partial.

Manny was professional and patient with explaining everything and the vision we wanted. Looking forward to working with him in the future.

My experience was very positive. Your representative was very knowledgeable, professional, and the proposal was very well presented. My decision to contract with another company was primarily based on location. I decided to contract locally instead of out of Fresno. read more

Great job, awesome price, quality work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luis was very professional & answered all of my questions. Very thorough as well. The quotes he sent me were complete & professional. Ultimately we have to go with a vinyl installer that has low vinyl For a portion of our fence as the park doesn't permit tall panels all the way to the street. Luis thank you again for the time & effort you put into the quotes. Wanda Hoffberg read more

Recently made a service call to fix a board on fence. In beginning hard to find someone to call back. Everyone i spoke to sent me to different people. Finally i got lucky and a representative answered. I spoke to a Supervisor, he was apologetic, and sent sone one out within a week fix the board. Seems like it matters who you talk to. Just happy to get gate repaired for free. THANKS Ergeon for responding in a more professional matter. read more

Absolutely recommend this business. Lucio and Gabriel were very professional and they did an outstanding job. I will definitely tell everyone I know about their professionalism and workmanship read more

Wow. Before Ergeon we had 4 fence contractors, All quoting us outrageous numbers. We decided to go with something less and we found Ergeon. From our very first FaceTime video with the project manager, it became clear that they knew how to offer great professional service and I felt comfortable with what was offered to me at a very reasonable price. We decided to accept their quote. We love the fact that we didn't have to pay until we were completely satisfied with the completed project. Fast forward two months after our first meeting. Our fence is up and beautifully installed. I would recommend Ergeon 5 stars. Thank you! read more

Guy was great in helping me through the process of getting a quote. It was accomplished online through video and he was able to assist with all my technical issues; provided a well imaged quote and able to accommodate my special request for at "cat portal." The installation itself didn't start off great as there was a schedule change that impacted my work; however, my installer, Lucio, and his team were excellent. They were professional, answered questions, kept me updated on the whole process. I am quite happy with my new fence! It looks great and I appreciate all the hard work that went into getting the old one down and this fabulous new fence up! Thank you, thank you. read more

Very friendly and good service i like their customer service and he was very knowledgeable about my project unfortunately I went with a different company but they were a close second for the project that I had in mind read more

We are very happy with the end result of our fence. There was a slight delay the day of installation which caused a little stress. As I had to leave work temporarily to address an issue. Between Jenny, our project manager and Jonathan all worked out well. Jonathan and his coworker completed the job in one day, and did a beautiful job. read more

Did a fast and quick job. And best quality work. The price was great . I would recommend them to anyone

The entire process was efficient and easy. I appreciated Carlos' professional and helpful attitude. All my questions were answered and at one point he helped me simplify my request which was for the best. read more

Communication with the vendor was efficient but there seem to be a lack of communication with the vendor and project manager. I had to request changes to the gates I requested because they were not what I asked for. The quality of detailed work could be better. Some pickets weren't level, side posts, nails looked like they were slapped together and weren't lined up. Maybe I'm just being overly dramatic but I expect to get what Im paying for. All in all, I have a brand new fence and looks better than what I had. read more

Professional and prompt. Alan was great and provided me with an estimate within the time frame that I was given.

Asked for an estimate. Ruth messaged right away and said I would hear from their customer service. No one ever contacted me. I am adding to this review that the business continues to contact me about my project even though I closed the request. I also find it highly unprofessional to be offered $50 in an Amazon gift card to change my review to three stars because I was unsatisfied with not being contacted. Extenuating circumstances are not, you don't buy reviews simply because you want your business to look better. read more

Excellent service Very professional They were prompt and did quality work They even fixed a broken sprinkler head for the neighbor when they accidentally broke it Efficient quote system and good response times read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Woke up this morning to a couple guys cutting my shared fence down. I haven't received a bid or agreed to any work and they're cutting the fence and damaging personal property. Knocked my lumber over and broker a couple pots. Then he told me he wasn't on my property. I asked the guy to stop until we could work it out and he just kept cutting. Had to call the cops. They came and told them to put the fence back and follow the law. In CA, the shared fence law says you have to have a quote 30 days before work starts. Just showed up and told me they were doing the neighbors half??? This company, apparently, doesn't care about rules and laws and....common professional behavior. On top of that, you have to call a call center who then has to try and reach the person you're calling. Just an all around lousy experience so far and the work hasn't started yet. read more

The quote I got from them was almost double what I got from elsewhere. And I got 3 quotes total for fencing. Others were $1600 and his was $2800 read more

Ergeon provides first class service from start to finish. The do a pre inspection after a video walkthrough and make the sign off process easy. On the day of installation, the workers respected the property and the bushes I wanted saved and worked around the job was completely in a few hours and it looks great. We are very happy with the way it looks. The wood is beautiful. Thank you to everyone on the Ergeon team. We highly recommend this company. read more

I contracted with this company to build a gate in my driveway. I told them what I was looking for and that I was not looking to pay more than $2000 probably. They drew up plans and gave me a bid of around $1900. I accepted. That was Friday. Today, Tuesday, they called to say they screwed up and price will actually be $3,100. I told them a company so inept would not be allowed on my property. IF gates are really their business it seems impossible that they could have made such a huge error. I'm glad I got out when I did. read more

So far so good! We are at the start of our project however already the customer service has been fantastic. The process has been great and I have been able to ask a lot of questions without feeling like I am imposing or that it is a dumb question. Orlando has been attentive and responds quickly. He answered all my questions and was just real to talk with. When I wasn't sure if we would go with a local company or with him, he was the right amount to sales pitch in the response to remind me Ergeon's strengths without going too far to oversell and gave me the right space to make decisions. He clearly believes in his product to be patient and let the service speak for itself. At one point I didn't even realize I was talking with him because he was so quick to respond! Usually you have to wait but all through the process of quoting the job he was on it. When I was able to finally accept the quote, he called me within minutes! Again he was so quick I didn't realize it was him. Who gets back to you in minutes?? Orlando does!! All indicators are that things will go smoothly with the actual installation and I will add to my review when we have a new fence installed! read more

Even tho Ergeon didn't do our fence repair, our interactions over the phone were very positive!b Several times I missed our video meeting for various reasons. Alan was very forgiving and polite and ready to set up another opportunity to talk about the project. He was very quick to give us an estimate for repairs along with a projection of 7 weeks out for start time. We ended up going with a local Fence company because they could get in and do the job within 3 days. We will definitely keep Ergeon in our contacts tho, the next time we have a repair job like this. read more

I couldn't be more impressed with the fence and gate we had installed on our property. The installation and craftsmanship was so precise and the crew was professional and efficient. The project was also reasonably priced. We will definitely be calling them again for the next project. read more

I do not write reviews, but feel like I need to for this company. Please go elsewhere for any type of fence project. The sales and estimate process went smoothly to lock in the job. However, the actual installation process has been a total disappointment. What was said to be a two-week install window has been two full months of project manager handoffs, installation cancellations, escalations that go nowhere, and a general lack of communication. I canceled the project, as I am done putting any more time and energy into trying to work with Ergeon. 0/5 do not recommend them to anyone. read more

Contacted this company to replace my back gate that was blown down. I was assisted by Jose and sent him all the information he needed (pictures and videos). I asked him for two quotes on a non-motorized and motorized gate replacement as he mentioned they do not repair the gate. I asked him about financing and he sent me the link through Wisetack to get financed. I was approved for a specific amount and Jose sent me the two quotes. The amount quoted for the motorized gate was going to be way out of my budget ($8000+) so I agreed on the non-motorized gate replacement. Jose asked me to approve the quote and as I was looking it over, at the bottom of the quote it was asking me to provide my credit card information. Jose mentioned that I needed to put my credit card information down to start the whole process and I didn't feel comfortable putting my credit card information on the quote. I was already qualified through financing for the entire amount of the gate replacement, why would I need to provide my credit card information? He mentioned that I will not be charged and it is only for identification purposes. I told Jose that I will not put my credit card information and I will contact Ergeon for further explanation. Ergeon's financing department basically told me the same thing that it is required even though financing has been approved. She also mentioned that another way to get the whole process started was to provide 10% down and that way I wouldn't have to give my credit card information. At that point I said no, no thank you. I will go elsewhere for my back gate repairs/replacement. I don't see the point for giving my credit card information when financing has been acquired and the amount that is financed will cover the entire amount quoted. In my opinion this is a horrible business practice and I don't understand why they need my credit card information unless they are going to charge me for something. It's very strange and ridiculous! read more
