His quote was competitive and from the beginning he gave suggestions on what would look good and what wouldn't. I think where Adrian and his team shines is with discussing and implementing plans with clients. He was very responsive to our needs. We built the fence to be able to keep the dogs to one side of the front yard if necessary, so after he built the fence, he made a few corrections and additions based on our concerns. He gets an A+ there because he took the time and effort to make sure it turned out well and will keep the dogs to one area if it's necessary. He made several corrections and additions as we expressed our concerns. We ended up going with him but from the get-go it was clear that Adrian had some issues with managing time. We had issues like him coming late to sign the contract or give the estimate. Those things might be a dealbreaker for others with a tight timeline but our timeline was pretty flexible, but we do like being able to plan our week so that was a little annoying. We witnessed some rough language but we also understand that it is difficult work. We just want him and his to be mindful of this especially if there are young children it is important good language and tone used. But we are happy to support his business and he did great with meeting our needs and communicating with us. From the start, there was a complete lack of professional communication. No one ever called me. All communication was conducted through text messages, often lengthy and confusing. I was instructed to send photos of my fence and informed when the utility flags were placement along the fence line. Throughout the following week, I repeatedly received messages asking whether the flags had arrived and requesting photos of them in place. Each time, I explained that I had not received anything. In an effort to keep the project moving, I even offered to purchase the flags myself from a local Lowe's. They quickly agreed, at which point they finally admitted that they had never received confirmation from their own internal team that the flags had been shipped in the first place. The company then scheduled an installation date, only to change. Based on the original date they provided, I had already arranged time off from work. To make matters worse, the representative I was communicating with told me that I did not need as much time off because the project would only take one day. At the same time, they revealed that the utility appointment had never even been scheduled because the request was still sitting in a queue. This cause the project to be delayed even longer. It became increasingly clear that there was a serious breakdown in communication within the company. One department appeared to have no knowledge of what another was doing, leaving me to uncover mistakes and delays that should have been managed internally. All of these issues occurred within a span of approximately two weeks. After repeated miscommunication, scheduling changes, missed steps, and an inability to provide a reliable installation date, I lost confidence in the company's ability to complete the project. As a result, I ultimately canceled the job. This experience reflected a lack of organization, communication, and accountability from the very beginning. Based on my experience, I could not justify moving forward with the project.
