It started with the quote I was provided. Others sent me a text with a figure plus a few words on what the quote included. KA sent me a very detailed quote along with photos of what the fence would look like. In addition the materials they used exceeded the materials the others were going to use. Communication was outstanding from quote to installation. Every step of the way they made sure we were aware of what was going to happen. All calls were promptly returned and their crew arrived on time. Juan and his crew went above and beyond. Just my luck the day of installation it rained. The weather did not slow them down. Nor did they take shortcuts to get the job done quicker. As they were about done I wonder why it was taking a bit longer to put away their tools and pack up. When I went outside i found them returning my river rock to where it was before I moved it back for the installation. Then they swept and sprayed off my sidewalk. Needless to say they deserved the five star rating! I would highly recommend them for your fencing needs. One more point, the quote was very competitive and substantially less than one other contractor that we used in the past, but never again! I almost forgot, the fence looks great!!!

Disappointing I never heard back because I actually saw a fence in our neighborhood that they did a good job on. I guess they don't need the business.

I was shocked when I found out not only does the wood get personally custom cut for each and every job they also source their own materials. 5 star crew did a fantastic job with a quality instalation. It's rare to find companies building anything that last this day in age. People have become accustomed to disposable products and services on pretty much anything and everything. The Fence Company is a great company and they work hard to make there installs look great and professional. Also very friendly, happy staff as well. In the end, it's a great product built to last and it looks awesome! I'll be glad to due business again, I definitely recommend this business. Kudos The Fence Company for providing a superior product built to last!

I would absolutely NOT recommend this fence company. The owner is Gabino Pizano. He does not get…read moreback to you in a timely manner, very poor communication. Does not show up when he says he will, and will not get work done/installed when stated. I waited 2 months to a simple metal fence to be installed. There was always some sort of issue aka excuse. An accident, a flat tire, out of the country eat... Then there was no powder coater because he moved out of state supposedly. Again excuse! That also was a major delay. Finally months after the fence was supposed to be installed, they did not bring all the pieces and had to return to finish. We had rain ONE time which was August 19th, within one week I already had rust in multiple places on a BRAND NEW fence. That should never happen if it was truly powder coated. I called and left a voice mail and sent Gabino pictures- he said he would need to remove the fence and re powder coat it. That was weeks ago and I have still not seen or heard from him. This guy GABINO PIZANO is a joke- do not give him your business. He may seem like a nice enough guy but horrible communication and extremely poor quality of product. If you want crappy fence you should give him a call, but if you want a quality product DO NOT have him make your fence.

Exceptional Craftsmanship and Professionalism from Viking Masonry…read more From the very first meeting, Jeremiah impressed us with his professionalism and thoughtful approach. He listened carefully to our ideas, then offered creative suggestions we hadn't even considered. His expertise helped us choose the perfect rock façade for our home -- he explained what styles and colors would complement our house best and what to avoid. We appreciated being part of the process from the start. Jeremiah encouraged us to visit local rock yards to see samples in person, which made all the difference. Once we signed the contract, he returned to clearly explain every step of the project from start to finish. The office manager kept us informed throughout the process. The crew arrived promptly each day, worked hard, and showed real craftsmanship in their careful selection, cutting, and placement of every stone. They were polite, professional, and respectful of our property -- no loud music, and they cleaned up thoroughly every day. A portable restroom was provided for the crew, which kept everything neat and organized. We also received an exterior house plan to review and confirm the stone layout before installation -- a thoughtful touch that gave us confidence in every detail. The finished stonework has transformed our 28-year-old country home, adding beautiful curb appeal and character. We couldn't be happier with the results. Viking Masonry truly delivered excellence in both service and artistry. Highly recommended!

They rebuilt a galvanized steel pasture fence that is on very difficult mountainous terrain. The land is ungraded, uneven, and sloping. The original fence was unable to withstand the last couple of winter storms and was leaning and seperating. Instead of just shoring up here and there and doing patch work, they reset every post. This involved digging below and around the original footing, mixing and pouring concrete, and aligning each post and bar. Then they welded the posts and bars for stability. They also built a crossbar brace for the gate, which, to me, is a thing of beauty. The project was very challenging, yet the crew was dedicated to the task and brought it to a successful completion. After 4 days of watching the crew work, I have to admit I miss them not being here every morning, they were not just industrious but polite and pleasant. I am not just satisfied, but feel joy when looking over to the pasture and seeing this fence which is both solid and beautiful. I would not hesitate to use J&D Fence again and am happy to recommend them.

We are happy to have a new…read morefence and it does look decent however we did have a few simple things that we were not happy about. We had several boards that were warped, some areas did not have the nails put in so the boards were lose and our gate was on backwards. They did come back and turned the gate around but were not happy to do so. As far as the warped boards he said he has no control over the wood they get. We waited 3 months to do a post and made several calls to give them a chance to back their work but to no avail. Several locations the gap between the boards are about 1/2 in. Huge! So eventually we will need to probably put boards over the spaces all around and replace warped boards because it will just get worse. Our gate does not shut correctly because the post wasn't set right so we have to slam in. We were suppose to have a 1 year warranty but I am not sure what that was for. I did a review on their website and they deleted it. We really wish they would have just came and fixed those few things. We would have been more than happy to do a great review because we are happy to have a new fence, the crew was kind and respectful and the price was reasonable. You just have to be totally happy when they're done because they won't back their work.
