THIS IS THE GUY you want to hire for your landscaping needs. Seriously, Carlos Garcia is amazing…read more Carlos has been outstanding in every aspect of his work for us, including both a large one-time project and recurring biweekly service. He is reliable, punctual, and courteous, and he does great work, often going well above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We're like you; we scoured Yelp for the best reviews before reaching out to multiple landscapers. We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. We have also asked him to do smaller projects, like replacing broken sprinkler heads, which he has done promptly, cheerfully, and at a very reasonable cost. Every time Carlos finishes his work, I think, wow, this guy does such a great job, I should go write a Yelp review. Well, finally, here it is! Carlos Garcia is amazing. I'm telling you, your endless Yelp search is over -- hire this guy!

So this would be 4 weeks of six trees losing leaves. The second week he missed, he had raked a bunch of leaves underneath several of my bushes, about a foot high. Then the rains came, and everything was drenched. My concern was for my bushes, as they were basically smothering under wet leaves. I tried to rake them up but I am 68 years old and this old body doesn't work like that anymore. So the search was on for a responsible, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable gardener. After searching various websites, I came across JB Lawn Service. George responded quickly and we set up an appointment for him to come out and give an estimate. He was well within my budget, professional, and a good communicator. I hired him and he arrived the next week as promised. He had one assistant and they finished both front and back yards in 45 minutes! Like the song says, 'All the leaves are gone'! My yard gives me a peaceful feeling again! I am so happy with George's work and I will definitely tell my friends and family about him!

They even expanded on my plan, which pushed the cost slightly over my initial budget, but I appreciated their vision and decided to move forward with them. I was very satisfied with the final result. More importantly, their team was consistently responsive to all my questions and inquiries. After the project was completed, I noticed that three bushes they had relocated didn't look healthy. About two months later, they died. I reached out to Suarez, and within a week, they came back and replaced all three. They are honest, hardworking professionals, and I would definitely recommend them.

Nick and his crew have a really good understanding of what people need whether it is early plowing to get to a job or special needs like a particular shaped driveway and they are efficient, really skilled and very reliable. On particularly heavy snow days, they come back and make it possible to get in/out and allow you to get on with your day, even if that is just hours more of shoveling.
