After we spoke she sent another email with details and questions, "Will you be present at the appointment? Is there a property manager? Her workers called the morning the day they were going out and then called to give me a status update. There was an attention to detail I appreciated knowing I wasn't going to be at the house. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Excellent Service!…read more This was my first time renting a trailer for camping from a private owner (rvezy.com) and unfortunately, the trailer did not function properly. We experienced several issues, including no water, a generator/battery that wasn't charged, and eventually an overflow because the gray tank was full. I called on a Sunday and spoke with Tawnie, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She and her husband Brandon came out the very next day, Monday, to our campsite at Sherwin Creek Campground in Mammoth Lakes and quickly took care of the waste removal. They are such a wonderful couple and provided fast, professional, and excellent service. The cost was absolutely worth it! Thanks to them, we were able to continue using the trailer for the remaining two days of our camping trip. I was so happy with their service that I even passed their information along to our campground host. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing RV/trailer services. Thank you, Brandon & Tawnie for coming to our rescue and making a stressful situation much easier!

Sometimes it is really difficult to coordinate with technicians during the work week, so having evening house calls as an option really makes things smooth. He was able to set everything up and get it installed and even helped get the app working on my phone. I've also worked with Joshua on computer repair projects and he's been very helpful. I've had him reinstall operating systems and add upgrade components to computers for me. He's added more ram, installed solid state disks and graphics cards for me. I've consulted him on gaming computer build projects and he's been helpful there, too!
