Moved my stuff into my backyard, didn't wrap or cover it, never moved it back or to a safe spot. Brought over a brochure about smoke damage, which the Technician (if you want to call him that) was unable to read, nor was he able to speak English. The owner Mike Hamdorf told me my Homeowners would pay for sure, but they would pay nothing, and then Hamdorf billed me several thousand dollars. Some friends of mine had some major flooding and their insurance covered theirs, but years later the house was foreclosed on and had special sale restrictions because almost the whole house was full of mold.

Thank you clean to the Maxx for a professional clean, and always the best customer service!

The technician assured me they could properly clean and deodorize the rug, which led me to believe it would be treated professionally at their shop. Instead, the rug was cleaned in my driveway in a very basic manner and never taken in for the deep cleaning it clearly needed. The odor was still present afterward, and I feel the service provided did not match what was promised. I wish they had been honest upfront about what they could or could not do instead of giving unrealistic expectations. Very disappointed with the experience.
