I reached out to furniture and repair, who responded within minutes. We got a technician scheduled within the week to come and check out the issue. The technician George was FANTASTIC! He was quick, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He was able to get the power chair working again without replacing any parts, and was able to repair the broken footrest for under $200, a mere fraction of what Lay z boy wanted to charge sight unseen.
