I reached out to furniture and repair, who responded within minutes. We got a technician scheduled within the week to come and check out the issue. The technician George was FANTASTIC! He was quick, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He was able to get the power chair working again without replacing any parts, and was able to repair the broken footrest for under $200, a mere fraction of what Lay z boy wanted to charge sight unseen. My grandfather was extremely satisfied with George and Furniture & Repair. I cannot recommend them enough if you have a broken powerchair.

He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery. I asked if he needed directions, he simply quit responding and never showed up. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I really wanted to give him a chance, but in the end I feel that I was ripped off. Save your time and money and call someone else!
