Dr. Quach is not just my wife's OB and delivered our daughter. He also delivered my other two nephew and three niece; and soon to deliver my son later this year. Last year I had a surgery with Dr. Tri Quach. He was not care about his patient. He said I just need to stay at the hospital one day. The second date at 6:30 pm, I asked the nurse to call him to come to hospital sign the discharge for me. However, the nurse said he didn't answer his cell phone. He came to the hospital around 8:30 pm and sign the discharge for me. If a doctor are responsible, he will answer the phone call immediately because it was a call from a nurse of hospital. I love this Doctor and office. The staff is so friendly, kind and diligent. He delivered my first baby 6 years ago, now I'm on my third and he still has the same nurses, which tells me that they enjoy their work, they are experienced and organized (protocols, efficiency and processing patients) . I always get a reminder call the night before. I don't mind waiting for my appointment to see him. Its all worth it. He is so knowledgeable and he does his research and keeps up with the latest in his profession. He updates us with options and always has time to answer questions. He provides a plan for us and explains the birthing process to keep us at ease and advises us about his technique. He is a caring individual and I can see why he is in high demand. Currently 4 months pregnant with baby#2 and was ecstatic to come back here . My first experience was amazing !! although I ran through a minor setback with the (hospital) because they didn't have a bed for me and rescheduled me but that's something different had nothing to do with the dr at all . But then again It was me who got upset because I wanted the baby OUT so not the hospitals fault either I got induced since I didn't want to pass 40 months , the doctor was right on time for delivery ! He did a beautiful job with delivery and a amazing job on my sons circumcision as well and came back to check up on me after delivery which I appreciated very much. I trusted this doctor so much that I didn't even go with my son for the circumcising process since I knew he was in great hands . Heads up though , Sometimes the doctor seems very rushed but you can let him know and he will happily take his time to answer whatever you need and assure you baby is well . Honestly I prefer how quickly the doctor scans the baby It saves me so much time and gives me extra time for other things to do, as if being pregnant isn't hard enough to stay in a office for so long ... so let's move on until the baby pops! This is my first baby with Dr Quach. The experience me and my wife had to go through the labor is terrible. We had to wait more than 27 hours, the water broke and the baby in lots of distress, before Dr. Quach to make a decision for C Section. And the baby is 40 weeks and 3 days. My baby boy came out almost no breathing at all. What a terrible experience that we having. My boy is in fact in NICU now as I write this review. I wished that Dr. Quach made a better intelligent logical decision, so that my baby boy and my wife did not have experience something like this. No words to describe my feeling. This is really nightmare for us and our family. I hope that all the pregnant moms need to think twice before choosing Dr Quach. Horrific experience and could cost my baby his life. There is no word that I can find to describe how much we appreciate Dr Quach and his staff. My wife had a tough time throughout her pregnancy. Any pregnancy abnormalities you can possibly think of, from severe PUPP, missing an artery in umbilical cord, possible vasa previa, placenta previa, ...she had it all. Knowing these existing conditions during her pregnancy, we both were constantly worried and in stressed because these could be signs of an unhealthy baby. Visits after visits with Dr Quach, we both came to realize that we were well taken care of. He throughly explained each condition to us and really spent time with us during each visit. Fortunately, the baby was born in prefect condition. My wife was extremely pleased with Dr Quach's professionalism and expertises. He was really quick and thorough during her C-Section surgery. It has been 2 weeks now, there are no sign of inflammation or infection at all. If you find your situation similar to us, you need to stop looking and go see Dr Quach right away. Do not go to this doctor. He's very lazy. My son and wife almost died because of this guy. My son suppose to come out around 1 or 2 am. My wife 's water completely dries. The nurse called him. He didn't come until 7am. Just because he can get enough sleep for himself. Later that afternoon my wife had hemorrhage badly. The blood flood the hospital bathroom. I can't recount the medication the my wife has to endure to stop the hemorrhage. If you want your baby and the mother to endure the pain, go to this doctor. read more

I was referred by my sister to Dr. Quach after I found out I was pregnant. My sister and several of her friends have been seeing Dr. Quach and they strongly recommended him. I had reservation about going to Vietnamese doctors for several reasons, a couple of reason are because of their skills and long waiting time but because of the referral I decieded to check it out. I called to schedule the appointment and was lucky that they had availability the next day. The office is located on Bolsa street, right next to Asian Garden Mall. I found parking easily probably because it was a Tuesday afternoon. When I got there I was asked to fill out some paperwork and waited to take the urine test. My appointment was at 2:30pm and I got called in to the exam room around 3pm so it wasn't that bad. He is well staffed, about 7 assistants. I was nervous since it was my first pregnancy. Dr. Quach was nice, gentle and very compassionate. He listened, gave us the time to ask questions and answered our questions. He took his time and never rushed us like other doctors. I LOVE DR QUACH AND HIS STAFF! Dr. Quach is very nice, gentle & funny. He cares about your concerns & answers all your questions. His staff are also very sweet, they always greet me by name. They remember their patients! They have 2 waiting rooms & 2 restrooms. They always seem pretty busy but for good reason, they are a great practice! I usually went in on Saturdays because I worked monday through friday. They also always call me back quickly. Dr. Quach delivered my baby with no problems at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach but we were waiting a while for him since this is a little far from Westminster. I used to have Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance and Dr. Quach is Out-Of-Network for them but now I have Medi-Cal & they accept this insurance. She goes over my problems with me thoroughly, make sure she addresses all my needs, and makes me feel comfortable. I was lucky to have the chance to transfer to Dr. Quach. I have had history of ovarian cysts and my old OB told me to get a hysterectomy. I thought I should seek a second opinion and went to see Dr Quach. He tried treating me first and said I didn't need the surgery. A year later, I conceived my second child, such a miracle baby. I would give Dr Thomas Quach a 5 star. I must say that he is the best doctor that I have seen/known around the OC area. The only negative comment that I have, is the "waiting". It takes at least 45-50 minutes to see Dr Quach for 5 minutes ultrasound. Other than that, I would recommend Dr Quach to be your primary care doctor. read more

This is my first time rating my favorite doctor with this rate. But I have no choice. I've been with Dr. Quach since I don't even remember the year, because it's been too long. Anyway, Dr. Quach is still my fav OB doctor and his office staff (most of them, but not all) are still my fav too. However, I've experienced something different lately about his office especially his new staff. At first, when I called to make an appointment to check on my breast when I feel a lump on it, that new staff said his office doesn't have appointment for such thing. I was like stunt for a moment, you gotta be kidding me? he's my OB doctor, he's been doing that forever and now suddenly he doesn't do that anymore? I finally got to co Nhu (my fav) and she put me in for appointment. Doctor sent me out for Mammogram and ultrasound. I made the next appointment in case the result come out and need doctor read on it. When I took that mammogram and ultrasound, I got a paper result on that day saying I'm ok, nothing wrong with the come out. Normally when the result comes out ok, the office would call me or I call the office, they will tell me the result ok, no need to come, so I can avoid the $40 copay. Again, this, I need to check with my insurance company, because I think when you come back to the doctor office for the result of a test, there's no need for paying co-pay because you already paid last time for that same matter. The new staff picked up the phone again, said that the office won't give me the result unless I come to the office, that means I will have to go to the office, pay another co-pay $40 just to go see Dr. Quach so he can say in front of me that the result came out ok. How ridiculous that is? I don't understand why the office want to charge me a co-pay for not a doctor visit, but getting a result for my test. For the first time ever, I feel like ripe off, not to mention they already billed my insurance company for this matter. I feel so sorry for rating this but I want others know that this doctor office recently has changed in the system or something, I don't feel like they're there for help anymore rather than they're trying to get more money from the patients. So sad and so disappoint. And that new staff, I rated her 1 star only. read more

Dr. Quach is one of the best Dr. I have ever seen in my life. He is very gentle and knowledgable. All of his staff are awesome except the old lady in the front desk! I just had a miscarriage, and it made me very shock. Therefore, my memory is not working as well as before, so I usually forgot to ask the Dr. some thing about the medicine I have to take, or I also forgot what he just told me really fast. I decided to call the office to ask for those things. I did it twice, and the old lady said "why don't you ask the Dr. while you're seeing him." Of course I know that the office is always busy with phone call, but my purpose of calling the office was not for fun, but it was regarding to my health. It made me very disappointed. When my wife first found out that she was pregnant, we looked around for the best doctor in the Fountain Valley area. We called and visited many places, and we also talked to other people who received OB services before, and we finally chose this place. We are so glad that we chose Dr. Thomas Quach. He is very caring and knowledgeable. His office is beautiful, clean and spacious, and his staffs are very sweet. It does not seem like a doctor's office where you might be waiting for hours before getting service. All of our appointments at this office were on time and completed within an hour. I have seen other moms complaining how long they had to wait at other places, but our experience was surprisingly wonderful at this office. My wife was admitted to the hospital at about 4:15am and had shown sign that she was ready to deliver. We gave the hospital staff information about our doctor and in less than 30 minutes, he was at the scene. Throughout the pregnancy she was worrying about the delivery pain but all that was forgotten. Because we arrived at the hospital so late, we did not have time for any kind of induction or pain killer. Her cervical dilation was already 9 centimeters wide after she was rushed into the delivery room. Dr. Quach gave my wife instructions on how to push the baby. It took about 5 minutes to prep and, by the time the baby's head was shown, it took less than 2 minutes for the baby to come out. The importance is what follows once the baby comes out. Dr. Quach cleared the air duct, cut the umbilical cord, and handed the baby to my wife in less than a minute. It was a really amazing process. I become aware of the time from looking at the video that I took. Having a baby is a very special experience for us. We are so glad to have Dr. Quach care for my wife and my baby. Our baby was delivered on 10/4/2010 at 5:01am without any issue. This is a miracle doctor. read more
