Amazing service, Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Doctor Anh Thu Phung, the main doctor provided incredible service for my kids. She provided info on the medicine she was giving to my children and overall was an amazing doctor. Although my kid was crying after getting a flu shot, Doctor Thu was so helpful and even sang the song for frozen Let it Go because she knew it was my child's favorite movie and song!!! Just so the people reading this know. A disgusting human being named Lee T and many others, rated this place a 1 star for putting kids whom are almost dead in the first spot in line over kids who just have to take a flu shot. This person named Lee T disgustingly called out doctor Thu. I remember that specific moment because when I stepped in to explain how the children whom were put in front of her kids was because they were the doctors kids who needed urgent care because of their medical conditions they had when they were born. Oh My God -- Dr Bui is amazing. We have been so lucky to have her as our pediatrician for over a decade. She is competent, humorous, and clearly experienced. The whole staff is THE BEST. The doctors and nurses here are so caring, thorough, and respectful. Their phones are available 24/7 and the doctor will call you back, even in the late PM. That is true dedication. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this pediatric practice, highly recommended. read more

She is weird. She doesn't have communication skills and not repect customers. She doesn't patiently listent others speaking and always interrupts them. Be careful!! She oftently say stupid things with your relatives who is helping you that this can effect on your relationship, the other way she would talk bad about them with you if they were not avalable there. As a result, she has 2 faces and untrustable. She would like to detroy or control others' family rather than care for your kids. I love Dr. Trinh! She's very straight to the point and is extremely outgoing. Answers all of our questions and I really like her fun loving personality. She speaks a couple languages fluently including English and Vietnamese so my mom can also know whats going on with her grandson as well. The waiting room can be packed at times, but be prompt and arrive early for your child's appointment time and your wait is anywhere from 10 - 15 mins. read more

Dr. Bui is one of the best doctor I've ever had, she is caring and extremely outgoing and friendly toward her patients, she is also fluent in English, Vietnamese, and I've also seen her speak Spanish with her patients, overall a very well rounded doctor, I highly recommend her, and also all those who work at the office with her are also super nice and friendly, my family have gotten very close to them. She also personally call you back if you have any questions or concerns. I am sad now that I am no longer able to have her as my pediatrician now that I have reached the maximum age limit haha, but I'm glad I'm able to continue to see her every time my little brother visits the office. read more

An excellent pediatrician. My son been seeing this Doctor from the day he was born, and now he's 4 years old. This Doctor ways of preparing knowledge of what going to happen, or changes for our son during his growing stages were priceless. The reason I say this because there are times we just don't know what to ask. And this Doctor just spill out the details to prepare us (as parenting a child) so we don't freak out . Most Important of all. The Doctor will return our call. Be it during the day, off the office hours. And even in the middle of the night. Horrible!!!! Do not go there because their doctors are nothing good but assumptions. My son had an appointment at 10:30 when we got there they took us in right away and threw us a room to wait. I could see all these ppl that came after us got in and out, turns out, we were skipped turn by many ppl that came after us. Thought the PA's didn't know what the hell they were doing so I sucked it in and just wanted my child to get checked up and get the hell outta there. So the doc of the comes in and so I ask her is there's a reason why my appointment was at 10:30am but waited almost 40 minutes? Expecting an apology I was, instead she snaps at me and goes "well there are other kids that are more sick-er than your son, plus I can't control the time" Bullshit! First off, well maybe she shouldn't have taken other ppl in before us that way she could have better time managing. Second off, she shouldn't treat my son any lesser than other patients-she didn't even check him yet! I had an appointment but she took ppl with 11:00am appointments and walk-ins first because other ppl kids were more sick "supposedly". Then why the hell they encourage ppl to make appointments for, if all they go by is the child's condition?? When I checked in I saw three 11:00am appointments and there was only one doc of the day. Trying to fit everyone in and in my case I had to wait 40 min. Worst of all was they took our payment already and in the end she slams her folder and tells me that if I don't like it then I can leave and she doesn't need to check my child. What she did was a straight up 'patient abandonment' situation. I want her to know that writing a public review about her isn't gonna relief my anger. I also did a complaint against her to the medical board of California. I have a lot of RN friends and they have told me to complain her sorry ass for treating my child less important. She should be ashamed for calling herself a doctor and a pediatrician. Btw, the dumb doc of the day was Dr. Anh thu phung!!!! All that years spent in med school really didn't teach her anything!!!! read more

My oldest son cough a lot and the dr doesn't subscribe the description for coughing but only let him chew some medicine for cough one time a day before go to bed. Per my conversation with her if in a week he still coughing again then call her don't walk in the office, she will write another description for a stronger medicine. So after a week I don't see anything change he even cough more than before so I give her a call on Monday ask for the new medicine and also my youngest son got fever and the nurse said usually fever will go away in 3 days. I've been waiting for the new medicine and also a phone call from dr for my youngest son but it seem like no one even bother to call us back. I follow up the same day, they don't pick up the phone, call back Tuesday no one pick up the phone call Wednesday still no one pick up and finally they pick up a phone call on Thursday morning and the staff stating you should receive phone call from dr. Omg, is this how you operate your medical office. Me and my husband decided to change new dr. We cannot stand this kind of service from staff to doctor. read more
