I see Dr. Negin Behazen at the Garden Grove office and have for years. I have several different health issues and she is very responsive and her medical methods and treatments are very effective. If Dr. B feels there is an issue needing additional diagnosis or care she and the office staff request immediate tests and referrals. In one case I had horrific pain in my neck and shoulders. The pain was so bad she referred be to an Orthopedic doctor. The result was that I had no spinal fluid in the neck area and had to have surgery. Dr. B and her assistants keep me well by providing the best & most thorough care whether it be in office care, reevaluate medications, test and phone call follow ups, etc. I also like that I see the same folks in the front and back office each time I visit and they know who I am when I walk in and Susie knows who I am when I call. If you are looking for best and personal medical care highly recommend Dr. Behazen and the staff at the Garden Grove Pathway Medical Office. read more

Dr. Theodore Rose is a terrible doctor . I would stay away from him or anything he is associated with. There is zero patient care. It takes him months to move on anything. His communication & follow through skills are lacking. It took 3 months to get a surgical referral from him & the condition is at least 200% worse now then first seen by him. Started this process with him in June 2026 & it is now Oct 2026. Referral was finally given in September & now we have to continue to wait another month to schedule surgery. Unable to work with condition & no income for 4 months already. It looks like another few months with no income. This great Dr. has taken it upon himself to determine that qualifying for disability continuation (after he authorized it in the first place & indicated an end date long before he even referred patient to a surgeon) is not warranted when he caused the fubar in the first place. If you need a doctor that is on the ball, Dr. Theodore Rose is not it. I don't care what his credentials are or where he has worked. This whole process with him has been a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble & locate a better doctor. read more

What the hell is wrong with this place? The phone number is unreachable. You have to go through another Pathway Medical office just to get their phone number, but you can never get through -- nobody ever answers. Even if you leave a voicemail, nobody ever calls you back. The customer service is unbelievably terrible. This location should be shut down! read more

We drove down 5 hours to visit this office because of requirements to visit Dr. Allen Chou. He was extremely rude, dismissive and quite frankly seemed like he didn't understand anything that was being said. Not only did he flat out admit that he didn't care about the condition my partner was communicating to him, he walked out of the room mid visit out of frustration and just ended the meeting because he wasn't educated on the treatment my partner had been through. This is not a health office, this is a doctor who is seemly to old to care about the patients coming in for care. read more

They don't have a long waiting list and they greet you with care , the doctors take the time to listen and help you with your needs

Poor service no phone response number disconnects. Extremely poor customer service.unable to speak to a representative

I've scrubbed all previous reviews for Patricia Farnam. She was my primary for about 8 years and the only redeeming quality this office provided. This is no longer the case. Don't want to elaborate, would rather just move on. I found somewhere else to go and suggest you all do the same. read more

Angie the "office manager" is dismissive, rude, callous, rolls her eyes and more. Brought a relative here and she was so disrespectful to us both and this person is elderly. We waited 2 hours to be seen for an appointment made 2-3 months in advance. The staff is rude, lazy and condescending. The Dr is very kind, takes his time and verbally explained he's aware how poorly the staff treats people but is unsure what he can do? Oh I'm not sure maybe fire them and get a new staff of people who care about others especially the elderly. The Dr should just find a new location to see patients at on Wednesdays-apparently the only day Mr Hakim is in this building. I personally think the staff can make or break a business and it is truly disappointing to see how bad medical care has gotten since the world shutdown. read more

If I can i only give big ZERO star , this place is very terrible place, unprofessional and doctors didn't responsibly, they send me to wrong place , very bad Sevice. Don't go here just waste your time read more

The staff is unenthusiastic and will give you an attitude, unprofessional. The nurse has given me the wrong shot. They will schedule you an appointment at 4:30pm and will not let you in before 5pm because they're closed. The doctors seem wonderful which is why I give them an extra star read more

This place is a complete an utter joke. I have been unfortunate enough over the last several years to be "assigned" to this doctor/medical group. It is a revolving door of ever-changing doctors and physician assistants. I can't recall ever seeing the same person more than once. I have even been turned away from an appointment AFTER having shown up on time. The back office is just miserable. They are frustrating to the point that I would take great pleasure just screaming at them for their mind-numbing blockhead attitude and lack of anything resembling patient care or empathy. They have also managed to loose several years of medical history because of some idiotic clerical error. I didn't have a choice until recently, but if you do, protect yourself and stay away. Please. read more

I wish I could give this place a BIG FAT ZERO. No only is it old and dirty. They lost my chart, with all my personal history. I have been on the phone with these morons for 20 mins, while they try to figure out some more bullshit to tell me. How do you lose a patients chart? I will no longer visit this hospital. I pay too much money for good health insurance to be treated like this. read more

Don't walk, RUN from this pathetic place of a doctors office. I didn't take the advice of other reviewers and that was a terrible decision. After waiting over an hour for their "lunch", I approached the glass window with the rudest staff I have ever encountered. One girl had nothing but sassy remarks to my questions, while another was eating a burrito, and the third was laughing at something on her computer... needless to say, stay as far away from this place as you can! I will be changing doctors immediately. read more

This is honestly the worst clinic I've ever had to deal with. Obviously dealing with clinics is never a fun thing to do, but these guys set the bar at absolute zero. As mentioned by other posters, regular wait times are over an hour even with an appointment. Furthermore, calling in to check on results and get information is impossible. They ask you what you need, then put you on hold for 30-40 minutes. After waiting forever, someone picks up the phone and asks you AGAIN how they can help you! WHAT WERE THEY DOING FOR THE HALF HOUR?! After explaining, you get put on hold again for at least 10 minutes. Then usually, they don't have the records and say they'll give you a call back later (which never happens). Getting results of any kind usually takes 2-3 days of constant badgering. Avoid at all costs. Seriously. read more

Dr.Hakim himself is a good Dr. His office however is absolutely awful. They are rude, unprofessional and refuse to do the bare minimum to ensure quality patient care. Whether it's calling a Dr that they work with to authorize a prescription or simply calling you to let you know the status of a referral. Even my local CVS commented on how rude and useless they are. Don't get me started with their PAs. They don't really listen to you, it's almost like they just want you gone so they can get to their next appointment and leave. I saw one of their PAs and he told me I tore my knee and didn't even prescribe anything or give me instructions on how to care for it. He just told me to go see an ortho and left. So if you can AVOID this office, it's not worth your time or copay! read more

This is one of the worst places in medical history, they make appointments when they aren't even there. They make you wait for 1hr. In lobby and another in the little waiting room and finally the Dr. Comes in and gives you 2 minutes of his time .if you have questions well that's to bad. Defenenetly changing Dr. asap read more

Pathway Medical Group - Doctors Near Me - Garden Grove, California

The wait time here is always frustrating. What's the point of having us make an appointment if we end up waiting almost an hour to see a doctor EVERY TIME. I've been to this doctor's office 6 times and every time I'm here I'm waiting and waiting just to be seen. The doctors seem kinda of a joke. The front desk girls are always gossiping in Spanish. Trying to change facility read more

I came in for a first time visit with my new PCP. the HMO selected him so I wasn't sure. Dr. Ireifej , but most of the office staff called him Dr. Joe. I think its his first name because his last name, I can't pronounce. He was really nice and funny. it was a comfortable experience . he was very professional. he explained my questions well and I felt like he was taking his time. I would go back and see him. the staff were nice, too. read more

Long wait times. Completely outdated facility. Always crowded. The waiting room is not separated between sick and well seating which bothers me when I'm just going for non-sick visit. The location is horrible. The front and back office staff always look sloppy and aren't friendly. The doctor and two PA's I saw were nice and for the most part, pretty helpful. Their care is the only reason why I am giving two stars instead of one. read more

I am a heart patient who is recovering from my procedure. I filed for my disability insurance and EDD sent me paperwork to have the doctors office fill out and return within10 days from the date of the notice. I immediately went to the office and asked them to fill out the paperwork. They said they would call when the paperwork was ready. I waited 3 days and called back and they said the person who would be filling out the paperwork is aware and they would call me when they were ready. This is only 2 pieces of paper mind you. The weekend comes and goes and I wait until Tuesday and call asking for an appointment so that I can go back to work. She placed me on hold and got back on the phone and said the paperwork is still not ready and that they would call me. I said that is NOT why I am calling. I need to schedule an appointment, AND, I also would like to have that paperwork ASAP! Also, I have been to this office 6 times and NOT ONCE have I seen my doctor. They always have an assistant come and see me. I am beginning to wonder if my doctor even exists??? As soon as I get my paperwork and a new rx written, I am FIRING PATHWAY MEDICAL GROUP. read more

The assistant were unhelpful. I wanted to make a appointment for the next day but my PCP is not available until next week so I ask if any of his fellow coworkers are available for the morning the next day but the assistant told me to call the next day to find out if there any openings which is stupid when I have the flu. I called the doctor office to see if I can make a appointment to see my doctor so he can fill out paperwork for my medical leave and their assistant said no even though I explain it to her that I need him to sign it for me by March 31st. Their office assistant are very incompetent. read more

I'd give less stars if I could. Last three times I called to schedule an appt I waited on hold FOREVER. Horrible wait times all around, and rude receptionists. Save yourself the time and agony, find an office that knows how to manage their time. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Mai for about 6 years now. the first few years she was average. the last two she has been very impersonal, irresponsible, and neglectful. with every visit i am always given a referral to a specialist. she seldomly knows what is wrong with me or even examines my injury. i broke my rib and went to see her. she wrote me a referral for an xray and told me to return afterwards. she did not even ask to see it, if i had any pain, or how it happened. later i needed an MRI on my ankle. it has been 6 months and still no results. i have called the "nurses" and they always say that they will get back to me soon. i ended up going to another Dr and he told me exactly what was wrong and prescribed me the proper medication with a 15 minute office visit. he did not need xrays or an MRI I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO PATHWAY MEDICAL GROUP AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE, THAT I CARE ABOUT, TO SEE THEM read more

I'd rate negative stars if I could, it is incredibly unfortunate seeing as how I've already switched patient groups 3 times due to poor quality. I started seeing dr. Kuo (who was attentive but always rushed through our appointments) and for some reason I got switched over to dr. Williams which gave me the time of day but was much less concerned with how I felt and more concerned with masking my symptoms rather than finding the cause. She seems nurturing at first but after consecutive visits I realized this woman's career isn't a medical practice, it's a waste of time. I won't go into too much detail but seeking a primary care pshysician who will take your health as seriously as you do is beginning to seem a rarety in orange county. read more

IT should be a big fat below ZERO, everything negative on this page is TRUE, they lost chart my personal records, the personnel running the office are completely incompetent, they don't tell you when you get a referral to see another doctor, the doctors don't care what you tell them they treat like you know nothing they are there only for a paycheck,. I could go on and on but they are not worth my time. read more

. I went in for a hand issue of which I am still in horrible pain from. I had xrays blood work etc. I called for results who ever answered said I was fine I'm just experiencing aging. I personally was offended by it because I know what ever is going on with my hand is far from normal no offer of orthopedic surgeon was offered. A week later they call wanting me to go in for results I was given over the phone. Since co pays come out of my pocket I was not happy, This is a very bad experience for me as I still am suffering, It was a waste of my insurance money and my co pays to go here. I would not return, I found the women who take phone calls very rude and not concerned about your issues. I felt like a number, I thought the waiting room was clean but outdated and in need of a redo it is not pleasant, You also have to sit with sick patients no separations,I am contacting my insurance company over this experience, read more

His MA is a great lady. He deserves a great thank you from my mother and my family. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. My doctor, whom i never saw, although they billed Medicare $520 an hour and you see a PA for a billable minimum of one quarter hour although you see her for five minutes, little is accomplished. The PA I saw was Elaine Lau and she only referred me to another doctor, she did not take care of the issue. She refused to issue minimal medication for pain and basically told me to get another doctor, while is not a doctor, she is ONLY a PA. This clinic does not like to answer the phone and NEVER calls you back although they always say they will. For better care see a doctor outside of Garden Grove but not any of the Pathway Group. All of their clinics have bad referrals and are a "mill" for seeing patients and charging but little care. Also do not go to Alta Med, they are even worse. See a clinic or doctor that is not in Garden Grove or Fountain Valley, one in Tustin, Irvine, or Costa Mesa is a better bet. read more

This doctor office has the WORST receptionists!!!! They should fire them all. They are extremely slow & they never do their jobs right. A week ago I had an appointment for 2pm so I came in and apparently I didn't have one which means those idiot workers didn't write it down & I even showed them the number I called for the appointment and they said yeah that's our number but we don't have you down. I ended going to an urgent care and they attended me well but I had to make a follow up appointment with my doctor so I called earlier this week to make an appointment and they had me on hold for about 20 mins then hung up really rude. They could've answered and told me that they were really busy at the time and it would take a while and I would've been okay with that. I ended up calling again and I told them and they screamed at me. I made the appointment anyways for Thursday at 11:30 so I showed up at 11:25, signed in and sat down. Everyone that came in after me was called in first which was about 6 people. Finally after half an hour the idiot worker YADIRA calls me up and tells me that my appointment is in the next window and I noticed that all the people that signed in after me were all highlighted which meant they were already called. In order to save time she could've not skipped my name and called me up sooner to tell me that I went to the wrong window which idk bc that's the Windows I always sign in to. There policy is that they don't take ppl in after they are 15 mins late to their appointment so I ended up leaving bc it was already 30 mins after my appointment. Never going there again. YADIRA IS THE WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER AND JUST SEATS THERE AND POKES HER NOSE ALSO ANYONE THAT HAS EVER SAT IN THE FIRST SEAT ARE IDIOTS TOO BECAUSE THEY NEVER DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT!! read more
