I have been overjoyed with this practice since became a patient back in October of last year. However, recently she took on a new Hygienist to replace the one that left who was super amazing but he left to go to dental school in Jersey. My new Hygienist is Patty and she is a miracle worker! She had big shoes to fill as her predecessor was awesome but she has filled those big shoes with flying colors and then some! Going to the dentist is finally a pleasant experience, Patty is very aware and conscience about how the patient is feeling or what they are experiencing during the cleaning process or any other treatment with her in the office. She has such a beautiful way of sympathizing and empathizing with eachpatient as I know it's not a unique with just me. The reporte she has built with me comes so naturally to her that I am sure she builds very similar relationships with other patients. Furthermore, I can tell that Patty knows her craft extremely well, she has plenty of experience working with different demographics and types of people, she is tidy, neat, as well as clean with her equipment and work area. Most importantly she loves what she does and that shines as well as reflects in her work. I love and thank God daily for my marvelous Hygienist Patty! Thank you so much Patty! The only way to truly improve the experience at this practice is if Patty were to be working all 5 days of the week because at the moment she works Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and I absolutely refuse to have my mouth worked on and cleaned by anyone besides her. Well... it seems Dr. Troxel has left us in the hands of his brother from another mother. While his wife Misty provides the administrative backbone to the practice, making sure everything runs smoothly, and processing patients' insurance paperwork ASAP, Dr. Forsee blends previous methods at the practice with is passion for new digital capabilities. I was therefore able, remarkably, to have three crowns put in during a single visit and avoid the anxiety of delayed or incomplete procedures due to hurricane interruptions. The current team surrounding the doctor is a balanced mix of former friends and talent with new equally skilled professionals. Dr. Forsee and this exceptional team made themselves available around our needs to prepare my husband for crisis heart bypass surgery by removing a badly decaying wisdom tooth that could have led to infection.
