The check in process was easy and fast. The nurse showed true concern for my issue. My wait for Dr. O'Connor was very short. He listened to my concerns. Was thorough and explained what my next steps would need to be clearly and precisely. I even went back for my pre admission testing. Unfortunately, it's not a visit to Marathon without a visit to Urgent Care. But so glad I have found a medical facility and staff that I trust while in the Keys.

The food was delicious. The entire staff all the way up to the doctors and video specialist were so caring and helpful. It was a terrific experience except for being scared almost to death. I felt very well taken care of with all the up to date medical equipment. Marathon is a fortunate community to have such a first class facility to meet our needs. C J Corso

Janis Jeffers and Brooks Patterson who are both in the same office were referred. I called their office at what happened to be their lunch hour, I left a message. Within 10 minutes of thier lunch hour being over I received a call back. We set up an appointment for 3:00 PM (less than 1 hour later). I went to their office, filled out the typical paper work and was seen very quickly. (The office was busy) In probably 20 minutes Dr. Patterson had X-rays and the crown cemented back in place. Dr Patterson made a recommendation to see my dentist local to where I live for a permanent solution. The residents of Islamorada are very lucky to have such quality dental care as what is provided by this office. I highly recommend them. Everyone from the office staff, the dental assistant, the dentist and other patients were in good moods and happy to be there. For such a bummer reason to visit their office I am glad I had the opportunity.
