Before that, both days, they blamed their own staff's lack of knowledge and experience on, "they are doctors from other countries". The young girls at the front desk, rather than encourage and praise their "doctors from other countries", protecting and defending them, chose instead to use it against them as faults for being inexperienced and slow. If we hadn't been forced into pre-paying our cleanings after the initial exams, we would never have set foot in this establishment again. She asked to do a follow up visit just to see how it is progressing. She advised she forgot to charge for the filling so instead she wrote it off as a charity.
